Turah is the teaching of AL YHUH. Torah Witness (Truah) is the sealed scribed testimony of AL YHUH's Turah, written by Mashah in the plains of Moab before his death.
AL YHUH commissioned the Torah Witness as testimony for Him against Yshral, sealed as complete (Dbrym 31:24), placed beside the ark, not given to Yshral or any other nation to handle, interpret, or open.
(Dbrym 31:26) "Take this book of the Turah, and put it in the side of the ark of the oath of YHUH your AL, that it may be there for a witness against you."
(Dbrym 31:19) "Now therefore write ye this song for you, and teach it the children of Yshral: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Yshral."
Yshral received Turah through hearing, not through a written scroll. The Torah Witness is the sealed scribed testimony of AL YHUH from Brashyt, Shmuth, Waqora, Bmidbar, Dbrym.
Torah Witness is written in plain English for clarity. Names of key figures, Mashah (Moses), Abraham, Yitsaq (Isaac), Yaiqob (Jacob), Yshral (Israel), and the five books of Torah Witness (Brashyt, Shmuth, Wyqra, Bmidbar, Dbrym) are preserved in their restored forms and used throughout. Hebrew words are retained where no English equivalent carries the lawful meaning.
(Dbrym 4:2) "You shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall you diminish ought from it, that you may keep the commandments of YHUH your AL which I command you."
(Dbrym 12:32) "What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: you shall not add thereto, nor diminish from it."
How the Torah Witness Came to Be
Mashah taught the Turah of AL YHUH to Yshral by mouth and action through forty years in the wilderness.
(Dbrym 8:2) "And thou shalt remember all the way which YHUH thy AL led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no."
(Dbrym 29:5-6) "(5) And I have led you forty years in the wilderness: your clothes are not waxen old upon you, and thy shoe is not waxen old upon thy foot. (6) Ye have not eaten bread, neither have ye drunk wine or strong drink: that ye might know that I am YHUH your AL."
Yshral failed their test against Moab in the matter of Baal Peor.
(Bmidbar 25:1-3) "(1) And Yshral abode in Shittim, and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughters of Moab. (2) And they called the people unto the sacrifices of their mighty ones: and the people did eat, and bowed down to their mighty ones. (3) And Yshral joined himself unto Baal-peor: and the anger of YHUH was kindled against Yshral."
(Bmidbar 25:9) "And those that died in the plague were twenty and four thousand."
24,000 Yshralites died at the hands of Moab's weapon Baal Peor.
(Bmidbar 31:16) "Behold, these caused the children of Yshral, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against YHUH in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of YHUH."
Yshral made an oath with AL YHUH in the plains of Moab.
(Dbrym 29:1) "These are the words of the oath, which YHUH commanded Mashah to make with the children of Yshral in the land of Moab, beside the oath which he made with them in Horeb."
(Dbrym 29:12-15) "(12) That thou shouldest enter into oath with YHUH thy AL, and into his oath, which YHUH thy AL maketh with thee this day: (13) That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee an AL, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Ytsaq, and to Yaiqob. (14) Neither with you only do I make this oath and this oath; (15) But with him that standeth here with us this day before YHUH our AL, and also with him that is not here with us this day."
AL YHUH knew Yshral would fail to keep their oath and betray Him.
(Dbrym 9:24) "Ye have been rebellious against YHUH from the day that I knew you."
(Dbrym 31:16) "And YHUH said unto Mashah, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods of the strangers of the land, whither they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break my oath which I have made with them."
(Dbrym 31:21) "And it shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are befallen them, that this song shall testify before them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know their imagination which they go about, even now, before I have brought them into the land which I sware."
(Dbrym 31:29) "For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of YHUH, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands."
AL YHUH commanded Mashah to scribe the Torah Witness for AL YHUH against Yshral.
(Dbrym 31:19) "Now therefore write ye this song for you, and teach it the children of Yshral: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Yshral."
(Dbrym 31:22) "Mashah therefore wrote this song the same day, and taught it the children of Yshral."
Mashah completed the Torah Witness and sealed it as finished.
(Dbrym 31:24-26) "(24) And it came to pass, when Mashah had made an end of writing the words of this Turah in a book, until they were finished, (25) That Mashah commanded the Levites, which bare the ark of the oath of YHUH, saying, (26) Take this book of the Turah, and put it in the side of the ark of the oath of YHUH your AL, that it may be there for a witness against you."
AL YHUH called heaven and earth as witnesses to record against Yshral.
(Dbrym 31:28) "Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to record against them."
Two men of Yshral delivered the Torah Witness to Yshral, Mashah the lawgiver and Yahushua the Sceptre of Yshral from Aparym, formerly Hushai son of Nun (Shmuth 23:20-21, Bmidbar 13:16).
(Dbrym 32:44) "And Mashah came and spake all the words of this song in the ears of the people, he, and Hoshea the son of Nun."
Mashah died and AL YHUH buried him in the land of Gad in plains of Moab, facing Baal Peor.
(Dbrym 34:5-6) "(5) So Mashah the servant of YHUH died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of YHUH. (6) And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Beth-peor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day."
AL YHUH sealed the lawgiver function in Gad's portion, hidden and reserved for the latter day.
(Dbrym 33:20-21) "(20) And of Gad he said, Barukh be he that enlarges Gad: he dwelleth as a lion, and teareth the arm with the crown of the head. (21) And he provided the first part for himself, because there, in a portion of the lawgiver, was he sealed; and he came with the heads of the people, he executed the justice of YHUH, and his judgments with Yshral."
AL YHUH gave the Torah Witness as inheritance to the Yaiqob function to testify for AL YHUH in the latter day.
(Dbrym 33:4) "Mashah commanded us Torah, even the inheritance of the congregation of Yaiqob."
(Dbrym 32:9) "For YHUH's portion is his people; Yaiqob is the lot of his inheritance."
AL YHUH declared to Balak king of Moab what the Turah Witness Yaiqob hidden in Gad will do with it.
(Bmidbar 23:21) "He hath not beheld iniquity in Yaiqob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Yshral: YHUH his AL is with him, and the TRUAH (Torah Witness) of a King is among them."
(Bmidbar 24:14, 17-19) "(14) Come therefore, and I will advertise thee what this people shall do to thy people in the latter days. (17) There shall come a Star out of Yaiqob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Yshral, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth. (18) And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; and Yshral shall do valiantly. (19) Out of Yaiqob shall come he that shall have dominion, and shall destroy him that remaineth of the city."

Torah Witness Is the TRUAH of AL YHUH
AL YHUH's Torah Witness exists for one purpose, the TRUAH of AL YHUH against Yshral and Moab.
TURH (Turah): Tau, Uau, Resh, Hey
TRUAH: Tau, Resh, Uau, AYIN, Hey
AYIN: eye, sight, witness, fountain.
TURAH plus AYIN equals TRUAH. The written testimony plus the witness who sees, and pours it out. The fountain of Yaiqob, proving the enemies of AL YHUH as liars in the later days (Dbrym 33:28-29).
AL YHUH declared the TRUAH to Balak king of Moab directly.
(Bmidbar 23:21-24) "(21) He hath not beheld iniquity in Yaiqob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Yshral: YHUH his AL is with him, and the TRUAH of a King is among them. (22) AL brought them out of Mitsrayim; he hath as it were the strength of a bullock. (23) Surely there is no nachash against Yaiqob, neither is there any divination against Yshral: according to this time it shall be said of Yaiqob and of Yshral, What hath AL wrought! (24) Behold, the people shall rise up as a great lion, and lift up himself as a young lion: he shall not lie down until he eat of the prey, and drink the blood of the slain."
AL YHUH named the tribal functions of who carries the TRUAH, the bullock of Aparym and the lion of Gad bookending the declaration to Balak (Bmidbar 23:22-24, Dbrym 33:17, Dbrym 33:20-21).
AL YHUH gave notice to Balak of the two TRUAH holders.
(Bmidbar 24:14, 17) "(14) Come therefore, and I will advertise thee what this people shall do to thy people in the latter days. (17) There shall come a Star out of Yaiqob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Yshral, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth."
The Star from Yaiqob (Gad) and the Sceptre from Yshral (Aparym), who would strike the foundations of Moab and destroy their inversions in the latter days.
AL YHUH requires two witnesses to establish testimony (Dbrym 19:15). Mashah the lawgiver and Yahushua/Hushai Son of Nun of Aparym the Sceptre of Yshral witnessed the original Torah Witness together (Dbrym 32:44). The latter day TRUAH is testified for AL YHUH by two functions from the same pattern, Lawgiver (passed to Gad) and Sceptre (Aparym, Yusap).
AL YHUH knew Yshral would corrupt themselves and break their oath, commissioned Mashah to scribe the Torah Witness as testimony against Yshral and Moab for the latter day.
(Dbrym 31:29) "For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of YHUH, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands."
(Dbrym 4:2-3) "(2) You shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall you diminish ought from it, that you may keep the commandments of YHUH your AL which I command you. (3) Your eyes have seen what YHUH did because of Baal-peor, for all the men that followed Baal-peor, YHUH your AL has destroyed them from among you."
(Dbrym 9:24) "Ye have been rebellious against YHUH from the day that I knew you."
(Dbrym 31:27) "For I know thy rebellion, and thy stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, ye have been rebellious against YHUH; and how much more after my death?"
(Dbrym 4:25-27) "(25) When thou shalt beget children, and children's children, and ye shall have remained long in the land, and shall corrupt yourselves, and make a graven image, or the likeness of any thing, and shall do evil in the sight of YHUH thy AL, to provoke him to anger: (26) I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land whereunto ye go over Yarden to possess it; ye shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed. (27) And YHUH shall scatter you among the nations, and ye shall be left few in number among the heathen, whither YHUH shall lead you."
Mashah scribed the Torah Witness for AL YHUH and placed beside the ark.
(Dbrym 31:19) "Now therefore write ye this song for you, and teach it the children of Yshral: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Yshral."
(Dbrym 31:26) "Take this book of the Turah, and put it in the side of the ark of the oath of YHUH your AL, that it may be there for a witness against you."
AL YHUH reserved a feast for the latter day TRUAH memorial post restoration of scattered Yshral.
(Wayqra 23:23-25) "(23) And YHUH spake unto Mashah, saying, (24) Speak unto the children of Yshral, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of Truah (Torah Witnessed), a set apart gathering. (25) Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto YHUH."
(Dbrym 33:28) "Yshral then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Yaiqob shall be upon a land of grain and wine; also His Shmayim shall drop down dew."
(Dbrym 33:29) "Happy art thou, O Yshral: who is like unto thee, O people saved by YHUH, the shield of thy help, and who is the sword of thy excellency! and thine enemies shall be found liars unto thee; and thou shalt tread upon their high places."
Torah Witness for AL YHUH, ALuhay Abraham, Ytsaq, and Yaiqob, YHUH ALahaynu YHUH Akhad.
