Dbrym 30: The Return Protocol for Scattered Yshral
Dbrym 30 presents AL YHUH's restoration protocol for scattered Yshral. After documenting certain judgment in Dbrym 29, AL YHUH now reveals the only path back, not through self generated effort, religious innovation, or temple rebuilding, but through AL YHUH Himself acting upon hearts that return to Torah.
Dbrym 30 proves false every human-initiated restoration scheme. No political movement can accomplish this. No religious system can trigger it. No military action can force it. The return and restoration of Yshral depends entirely on AL YHUH's intervention after specific conditions are met.
The structure of restoration follows precise sequence:
- first the curses come to pass (verse 1),
- then hearts turn back to Torah (verse 2),
- then AL YHUH acts to restore (verse 3).
This order cannot be reversed or bypassed. Modern attempts at restoration without meeting these conditions violate the protocol AL YHUH established.
AL YHUH said Himself in verse 6 that He must circumcise hearts, manmade ideas cannot accomplish this transformation. This explains why two thousand years of religious efforts have failed to restore Yshral. The scattered state continues because the conditions remain unmet and AL YHUH has not yet performed the heart surgery of the small Yshralite remnant that He promised.
AL YHUH also confirms Torah's accessibility (verses 11-14) - it is not too hard or far off. This eliminates every excuse about Torah being impossible to keep. The choice between life and death stands clear (verse 19), with AL YHUH calling heaven and earth as witnesses.
Dbrym 30:1-3: The Promise of Restoration after Scattering
Direct Torah Citation
(1) And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon you, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before you, and you shall call them to mind among all the nations, whither YHUH your AL has driven you, (2) And shall return unto YHUH your AL, and shall hear and do his voice according to all that I command you this day, you and your children, with all your heart, and with all your soul; (3) That then YHUH your AL will turn your captivity, and have compassion upon you, and will return and gather you from all the nations, whither YHUH your AL has scattered you.
The Sequential Protocol of AL YHUH's Restoration
Verse 1: After Complete Fulfillment
"When all these things are come upon you, the blessing and the curse" - Both blessings and curses must fully manifest first. Not partial fulfillment but complete execution of Dbrym 28's terms. This has happened - Yshral experienced the blessings in the land, then every curse through dispersion.
"Which I have set before you" - AL YHUH placed these outcomes as choices. Yshral chose through their actions which would manifest.
"You shall call them to mind among all the nations" - The remembering happens in exile, not in the land. "Among all the nations" confirms complete scattering must occur first. This mental return precedes physical return.
"Whither YHUH your AL has driven you" - AL YHUH drove them out, not Romans, not Babylonians. AL YHUH takes responsibility for the scattering, which means only AL YHUH can reverse it.
Verse 2: The Heart Condition
"And shall return unto YHUH your AL" - The Hebrew "shuv" means turn back or return. This is spiritual turning, not physical travel. The return to AL YHUH must happen before return to land.
"And shall hear and do his voice" - Not hear only, but hear AND do. Both components required. This is Torah keeping, not religious feelings.
"According to all that I command you this day" - The same Torah commands given through Mashah. Not new revelation, not updated religion, but the original commands "this day" at Moab.
"You and your children" - Multi-generational return required. Not just individuals but families turning back to Torah together. Confirming Torah is the only path past and present for Yshral and their children.
"With all your heart, and with all your soul" - Complete commitment, not partial. Every aspect of being must align with Torah. No reservations, no alternatives, no mixing with other systems.
Verse 3: AL YHUH's Response
"That then YHUH your AL will turn your captivity" - Only after conditions in verses 1-2 are met does AL YHUH act. The sequence cannot be altered. "Turn your captivity" means reverse the enslaved condition, not just geographic location.
"And have compassion upon you" - AL YHUH's mercy activates after the return to Torah, not before. Compassion follows turning, not the other way around.
"And will return and gather you from all the nations" - AL YHUH Himself returns to gather. The Hebrew shows AL YHUH's own movement, He returns to collect His people. Not any other, no flase deities or man saviours, not political organizing, but AL YHUH's direct gathering.
"Whither YHUH your AL has scattered you", Symmetric reversal: the same AL YHUH who scattered now gathers. The same power that dispersed now collects. No human agency can accomplish what only AL YHUH can reverse.
Dbrym 30:4-10: The Gathering and Heart Circumcision of Later Day Yshral
Direct Torah Citation
(4) If any of yours be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will YHUH your AL gather you, and from thence will he fetch you: (5) And YHUH your AL will bring you into the land which your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it; and He will do you good, and multiply you above your fathers. (6) And YHUH your AL will circumcise your heart, and the heart of your seed, to love YHUH your AL with all your heart, and with all your soul, that you may live. (7) And YHUH your AL will put all these curses upon your enemies, and on them that hate you, which persecuted you. (8) And you shall return and hear and do the voice of YHUH, and do all his commandments which I command you this day. (9) And YHUH your AL will make you plenteous in every work of your hand, in the fruit of your body, and in the fruit of your cattle, and in the fruit of your land, for good: for YHUH will again rejoice over you for good, as he rejoiced over your fathers: (10) If you shall hearken unto the voice of YHUH your AL, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if you turn unto YHUH your AL with all your heart, and with all your soul.
AL YHUH's Direct Action Required
Verse 4: No Distance Too Far
"If any of yours be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven", The furthest possible distance. No geographical limitation on AL YHUH's gathering power. Even those completely lost, assimilated, unknown to themselves as Yshral, AL YHUH knows where they are.
"From thence will YHUH your AL gather you, and from thence will he fetch you"
Two actions:
- Gather (qabats) - collect together
- Fetch (laqach) - take hold of and bring
AL YHUH personally retrieves each scattered member. Not voluntary return but AL YHUH fetching those who belong to Him.
Verse 5: Prospered Greater Than Before
"Will bring you into the land which your fathers possessed" - The same physical land Abraham, Ytsaq, and Yaiqob received. Not a different location, not a spiritual metaphor, but the actual territory.
"And you shall possess it" - Inherited ownership restored. This happens after AL YHUH brings them, not through conquest or political negotiation.
"He will do you good, and multiply you above your fathers", The restoration exceeds the original. More empoewring, more multiplication than Abraham's time. This proves modern "Israel" is not the fulfillment - no multiplication above the fathers has occurred.
Verse 6: The Heart Surgery Only AL YHUH Can Perform
"YHUH your AL will circumcise your heart" - AL YHUH performs this surgery, not religious leaders, not personal decision. Physical circumcision humans can do; heart circumcision only AL YHUH accomplishes.
"And the heart of your seed", Generational transformation. Children born after this circumcision inherit changed hearts. The corruption cycle breaks permanently.
"To love YHUH your AL with all your heart, and with all your being", The purpose: complete 'ahab' becomes possible only after AL YHUH's surgery. Before this, partial 'ahab' mixed with corruption. After, pure complete restoration.
"That you may live" - Life depends on this heart circumcision. Without it, death continues even if physically alive.
Verse 7: Curses Transfer to Enemies
"Will put all these curses upon your enemies", Every curse from Dbrym 28 transfers to those who hated Yshral. The same judgments that fell on Yshral fall on their persecutors ( we find out who they are in Dbrym 32 the Witness for AL YHUH).
"And on them that hate you, which persecuted you"
Two groups identified:
- Those who hate (internal hatred)
- Those who persecuted (external action)
Both receive the curses. This reversal only happens after AL YHUH circumcises hearts and restores Yshral.
Verse 8: Yshral's Restored Hearing and Doing of the Torah
"And you shall return and hear and do the voice of YHUH", After heart circumcision, true hearing and doing becomes possible. The order: AL YHUH acts first (verse 6), then Yshral can truly hear and do.
"Do all his commandments which I command you this day", The same Torah from Moab. Not new commands, not updated law, but original Torah given through Mashah.
Heart circumcision enables keeping the Oath instructions, not replacing them.
This connects directly to Dbrym 28:1 where the first requirement was "diligently hearken unto the voice of YHUH your AL, to guard and to do all his commandments." The primary command: GUARD the Torah from corruption. No additions (Dbrym 4:2), no subtractions (Dbrym 12:32), no perversions. Pure recognition of Torah as given, without manmade interpretation or religious overlay. Guarding and revering the Name of AL YHUH stands as the foundation, (Shmuth 20:2-3) without this, all other commands become corrupted.
The heart circumcision in verse 6 finally enables this pure guarding that Yshral previously failed to maintain.
Verses 9-10: Yshral's Conditional Prosperity Overflow
"Will make you plenteous in every work"
Complete and overhwleming prosperity in:
- Work of hands (labor/creation/businesses)
- Fruit of body (children)
- Fruit of cattle (livestock)
- Fruit of land (agriculture)
"For YHUH will again rejoice over you"
AL YHUH's joy returns.
Yshral's relationship restoration with AL YHUH includes bonded connection, not just restored status.
"If you shall hearken unto the voice of YHUH your AL", Condition remains even after restoration.
The empowering from AL YHUH continues only through ongoing Torah keeping.
"Which are written in this book of the law", Written Torah Witness, not any other way. The book of the law contains everything needed. No additional revelation required.
"If you turn unto YHUH your AL with all your heart, and with all your soul", Complete return to AL YHUH free from inversions is required for complete empowerment. Partial return for Yshral brings no results. The restoration protocol demands return of Yshral's loyalty to AL YHUH from the Torah not the inversions made up about Him.
Dbrym 30:11-14: Torah's Complete Accessibility
Direct Torah Citation
(11) For this commandment which I command you this day, it is not hidden from you, neither is it far off. (12) It is not in heaven, that you should say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it? (13) Neither is it beyond the sea, that you should say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it? (14) But the word is very near unto you, in your mouth, and in your heart, that you may do it.
No Excuse for Yshral Not Knowing or Doing
Verse 11: Torah is Not Hidden, Not Far off for Yshral
"For this commandment which I command you this day" - The same Torah given at Moab. Present tense "this day" emphasizes immediate availability. Not ancient mystery but present reality.
"It is not hidden from you" - The Hebrew "niphleit" means not wonderful, not extraordinary, not beyond comprehension. Torah is plain, understandable text.
This proves false:
- Rabbinic claims of hidden meanings requiring sages
- Kabbalistic mysteries beyond common understanding
- Christian "spiritual" interpretations
- Any claim that Torah needs special revelation to understand
"Neither is it far off" - Not distant in space or time. Not requiring long journeys or years of study.
The Torah of AL YHUH stands immediately accessible and comprehendible to any blood born Yshralite.
Verse 12: Not in Heaven
"It is not in heaven" - Torah already came through Mashah. No ascending required. No mystical journey needed. AL YHUH already taught it to Yshral through Mashah.
"That you should say, Who shall go up for us to heaven" - No mediator needed to retrieve Torah. No prophet must ascend. The complete Torah already exists on earth through the scribing of Mashah.
"And bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it", The purpose remains hearing and doing, not philosophical understanding. Torah exists for practical action, not heavenly contemplation.
Verse 13: Not Across the Sea
"Neither is it beyond the sea", Not in foreign lands. Not requiring travel to distant teachers. Not hidden in other nations' wisdom. Torah is not in Rome, Athens, Babylon, or any gentile location.
"Who shall go over the sea for us", No maritime journey required. No need to import foreign wisdom. No combining Torah with Greek philosophy or Roman law or Eastern mysticism.
"That we may hear it, and do it", Again emphasizing practical application. The goal is hearing and doing, not collecting wisdom from distant sources.
Verse 14: In Your Mouth and Heart to Do Torah
"But the word is very near unto you" - Immediate proximity. Not requiring intermediaries, not needing transportation. The word sits as close as your own body.
"In your mouth" - You can speak it now. The words of Torah can be recited immediately. No special language training required. No secret pronunciation needed.
"And in your heart" - Already planted within. Not requiring external insertion. The capacity to understand Torah exists in every blood born Yshralite to which there is few left. This is not about feelings but about internalized understanding of AL YHUH.
"That you may do it" - The third repetition of purpose: doing. Not knowing about it, not believing in it, not feeling it, but DOING it. Torah's proximity enables immediate action.
AL YHUH proves false Every Excuse of Yshral's
These four verses eliminate every claim that Torah is:
- Too hard to understand (for oath-bound Yshral)
- Requiring special teachers
- Hidden in mystical meanings
- Needing additional revelation
- Impossible without Mishkhan or priesthood
- Requiring travel to special locations
- Beyond normal human capability (for those under oath)
AL YHUH states plainly: Torah is near, clear, and doable FOR YSHRAL.
The mouth can speak it, the heart can hold it, the body can do it. No excuse remains for those from Yshral who claim Torah is impossible to keep. The only barrier is a 'heart that turns back' not Torah's accessibility.
This accessibility specifically applies to blood-born Yshral under the Moab oath. The non-Yshralite nations were not given this priestly empowering and responsibility. However, the restoration will require the prophet like unto Mashah (Dbrym 18:15-19) and the lawgiver function preserved through Gad (Dbrym 33:20-21) who guards Mashah's portion.
Until AL YHUH raises up this restoration, Torah remains accessible to scattered Yshral but may seem hidden to others not bound by blood oath.
Dbrym 30:15-20: Yshral's Choice Set Before Witnesses
Direct Torah Citation
(15) See, I have set before you this day life and good, and death and evil; (16) In that I command you this day to love YHUH your AL, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that you may live and multiply: and YHUH your AL shall empower you in the land whither you go to possess it. (17) But if your heart turn away, so that you will not hear, but shall be drawn away, and worship other mighty ones, and serve them; (18) I denounce unto you this day, that you shall surely perish, and that you shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither you pass over Yarden to go to possess it. (19) I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, empowering and cursing: therefore choose life, that both you and your seed may live: (20) That you may 'ahaba' YHUH your AL, and that you may hear and do his voice, and that you may cleave unto Him: for He is your life, and the length of your days: that you may dwell in the land which YHUH swore unto your fathers, to Abraham, to Ytsaq, and to Yaiqob, to give them.
AL YHUH Gives Yshral a Choice With Witnesses
Verse 15: Two Paths Only
"See, I have set before you this day" - Visual presentation, immediate timing. Not future possibility but present choice. AL YHUH makes the options visible and current.
"Life and good, and death and evil"
Two pairs, perfectly aligned:
- Life with good
- Death with evil
No third option exists. No neutral ground for Yshral. No mixing life with evil or death with good. The choice is binary and the outcomes are fixed. No heaven, no hell, physical choices that have generational empowerings, or consequences.
Verse 16: The Life Path Defined
"In that I command you this day" - Present tense command, not suggestion. The requirements for life are commanded, not offered as option.
"To 'ahab' YHUH your AL" - 'Ahab' comes first, before action. But this 'ahab' must produce action or it proves false.
"To walk in his ways", Practical daily conduct according to Torah pattern. Not occasional observance but continuous walking.
"To keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments"
Three categories of Torah all required:
- Commandments (mitsvot) - direct orders
- Statutes (chuqqim) - decreed boundaries
- Judgments (mishpatim) - Right decisions
"That you may live and multiply", Purpose and result. Life and increase come through Torah keeping, not despite it.
"YHUH your AL shall empower you in the land", Empowering tied to both Torah keeping AND land location. Outside the land, full empowering cannot manifest even with Torah keeping.
Verses 17-18: The Death Path Declared
"But if your heart turn away", Death begins with heart turning, not external action. Internal turning precedes visible betrayal.
"So that you will not hear", Turning away causes deafness to Torah. Not cannot hear but will not hear. Choice creates incapacity.
"Shall be drawn away, and worship other mighty ones"
Progressive departure from AL YHUH:
- Heart turns away
- Hearing stops
- Drawing away occurs
- False worship begins
- Service to other mighty ones
"I denounce unto you this day", Formal oath declaration. AL YHUH publicly announces the verdict before it happens.
"You shall surely perish", Double emphasis in Hebrew (mot tamut). Absolutely certain death, not possible death.
"Not prolong your days upon the land", Land possession requires Torah keeping. Break Torah, lose land. This formula never changes.
Verse 19: AL YHUH Calls Heaven and Earth as Witnesses
"I call heaven and earth to record this day against you" - Eternal witnesses that cannot die or forget. Heaven and earth will testify at judgment that the choice was clearly presented.
"I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing", Four outcomes in two pairs. The choice determines which pair manifests.
"Therefore choose life", AL YHUH reveals His desire but doesn't force the choice. The command to choose proves free will exists within the oath framework.
"That both you and your seed may live", Choice affects generations. Parents choosing death condemn children. Parents choosing life preserves children.
Verse 20: Cleaving to AL YHUH and His Torah is Life Itself for Yshral
"That you may ahab YHUH your AL" - Again, ahab means to choose and demonstrate loyalty through action. This love/loyalty enables the choice of life. Without choosing AL YHUH above all else, Yshral chooses death even when knowing better.
"That you may hear and do his voice" - Ahab produces hearing, hearing produces doing. The sequence cannot be reversed.
"That you may cleave unto him" The Hebrew "dabaq" means to cling, stick, adhere inseparably. Not casual association but permanent bonding.
"For he is your life, and the length of your days" AL YHUH Himself IS life, not just life-giver. Separation from Him equals death regardless of physical breathing.
"That you may dwell in the land which YHUH swore" Full circle return to the patriarchal promise. The oath to Abraham, Ytsaq, and Yaiqob finds fulfillment only through Torah keeping by their descendants.
The Choice of Life-Death, Good-Evil, Remains Active for Yshral
These verses establish that every generation faces this same choice. Heaven and earth still witness. The paths for Yshral remain unchanged. Choose Torah and live, or turn away and die. No religious system has created a third option. No manmade innovation has altered these terms for Yshral.
The choice AL YHUH set before Yshral in the land of Moab stands before every descendant today.
Dbrym 30: Chapter Summary
The Return Protocol is for Yshral Alone
Dbrym 30 establishes AL YHUH's restoration protocol exclusively for scattered Yshral. This chapter makes clear that only oath-bound Yshral can trigger the restoration sequence, not the non-Yshralite nations, not religious movements, not political entities. The curses activated by Yshral's betrayal remain in effect upon the land and cannot be reversed until Yshral specifically returns to Torah.
The Immutable Sequence of Return and Restoration of Yshral
The restoration follows unchangeable order:
- All empowering and curses fully manifest (verse 1)
- Yshral remembers among the nations where scattered (verse 1)
- Return to Torah with all heart and soul - including children (verse 2)
- Only then AL YHUH acts to gather and restore (verse 3)
This sequence cannot be bypassed. Modern attempts at restoration violate AL YHUH's protocol because the heart condition, returning to pure Torah without additions or subtractions, has not occurred.
AL YHUH Must Perform the Surgery
Verse 6 contains the critical revelation: "YHUH your AL will circumcise your heart." This surgery only AL YHUH can perform. No religious system, no manmade effort, no temple service can accomplish this transformation. Our choice is if we want to 'listen' and 'do' Torah in our daily lives.
AL YHUH and His Torah are not a religion.
Torah Accessibility for Yshral
Verses 11-14 establish that Torah is not hidden or far off FOR YSHRAL. Those bound by blood oath have inherent capacity to understand and do Torah. The nations were never given this priestly responsibility for AL YHUH. While anyone may choose to follow commands they learn, only Yshral's return can lift the curses and restore the land.
This distinction matters: others may keep Torah commands for their own benefit, but the oath consequences, both curses and empowering, apply only to bloodline Yshral who inherited the oath through birth.
The land remains under curse until these specific people return.
AL YHUH Gives Yshral a Choice
Heaven and earth stand as witnesses to the choice AL YHUH presents to Yshral: life through Torah keeping or death through the ways of the nations around them. No third option exists. The Hebrew "ahab" (love) means oath loyalty demonstrated through action, not emotional sentiment.
To love AL YHUH means to choose Him through Torah keeping, not feelings.
The Priesthood Function
Yshral serves as AL YHUH's priesthood to the world, a function that cannot be transferred or assumed by others. This special status comes with permanent obligation. The oath of Moab binds Yshral and their descendants FOREVER (Dbrym 29:14-15). No generation can escape these terms.
The curses upon the land affect all nations jointly as nations were cursed by Yshral walking away from AL YHUH, only Yshral's return to Torah can reverse them.
This is not about Yshralite superiority but about assigned function.
Yshral's Current Reality
The scattered state continues "as it is this day" because:
- Yshral has not returned to pure Torah (guarded from corruption)
- Hearts remain uncircumcised (AL YHUH has not yet performed the surgery)
- The gathering has not occurred (AL YHUH has not fetched His people)
Religious movements claiming to accomplish this restoration prove false by their very existence.
When AL YHUH acts, it will be unmistakable, hearts circumcised, Torah purely kept, curses reversed, and Yshral multiplied above their fathers in the land.
Until then, the choice remains before every descendant of Yshral: choose life through Torah or death through turning away. The witnesses - heaven and earth - continue recording.
The oath stands forever.
Next Torah Witness Scroll is Dbrym 31
While Dbrym 30 establishes the restoration protocol and the choice of life or death, the oath narrative continues directly into Dbrym 31 where Mashah prepares for his death and empowering Yahushua as the Sceptre of Yshral. Dbrym 31 reveals AL YHUH's foreknowledge of Yshral's coming betrayal, not as possibility but as certainty.
AL YHUH commands Mashah to write the Song of Witness (Dbrym 32) specifically as testimony against Yshral when they turn away.
This transitions from the hope of potential restoration (Dbrym 30) to the documented certainty of betrayal (Dbrym 31), setting up the Song of Witness that will testify against Yshral throughout their scattered generations. The oath in Moab moves toward its conclusion with witnesses established, betrayal predicted, and judgment recorded in advance.
