Forward to Who is AL YHUH
The Scope of The Torah Witness 'Who is AL YHUH'
This Torah Witness scroll does not attempt to contain the Great and Awesome AL YHUH. AL YHUH cannot possibly be fully comprehended, catalogued, or confined by any created being. What follows are His own declarations about Himself, His functions, and His established order as recorded in the Torah alone.
These specific aspects of AL YHUH are documented because they are the precise points where inversion, misrepresentation, and mockery occurs. Those without authority to possess Torah have seized these fundamentals and twisted them into weapons of control.
Every corruption of the Torah begins with redefining who AL YHUH is, what He established, and how His creation operates.
Why Focus on These Particular Aspects of AL YHUH
The inversions of AL YHUH's identity follow predictable patterns:
- His Creation Order - Twisted to support evolution, mysticism, or chance rather than His spoken word
- His Day Cycle - Moved to begin at sunset to match pagan darkness worship
- His Name YHUH - Replaced with generic titles (Lord, God, HaShem) to hide His identity
- His Calendar - Corrupted to sever His people from appointed times
- His Character - Redefined to match the gods of false religions
- His Authority - Diluted through additions that claim equal standing with Torah
By documenting what AL YHUH Himself declared in Torah during the creation account, and the first experiences of Man and Woman, this witness exposes the most glaring inversions, and corruptions against Torah and AL YHUH specifically, upon which entire worldwide systems of deception are built.
What This Torah Witness Scroll Establishes
Through Torah alone, this witness documents:
- When a day begins and ends according to AL YHUH's creation pattern
- How AL YHUH formed the earth, what the stars and heavens are for, what they are made of and their specific function to hold back water.
- The seven-day cycle He created and why, six days of work, one of rest, the pattern for all time
- AL YHUH's spoken word as the creative force, "And AL said" brings forth reality, not evolution or chance
- AL YHUH's order and function of creation
- His actual Name YHUH, not the substitutions religions created
- The distinction between AL (Mighty One) and EL (Canaanite deity), exposing the contamination of Baal Peor
- AL YHUH's character as revealed through His actions in Brashyt
- AL YHUH's justice system and how He judges
- AL YHUH's enemies as He Himself identifies them
What This Torah Witness Scroll Does Not Attempt
Th Torah Witness scroll is not a theological treatise. It contains no mystical interpretations. It does not explore meanings beyond what Torah explicitly states about AL YHUH. It does not attempt to reconcile AL YHUH with any religious system, for AL YHUH needs no reconciliation with human invention.
This Torah Witness does not attempt to contain the uncontainable AL YHUH, instead focusing on key aspects of AL YHUH that have become the most inverted.
This Torah witness presents AL YHUH's own words about Himself. Where religions have added their interpretations, this scroll returns to source. Where traditions have obscured AL YHUH's instructions, this testimony strips away the additions.
Where YHUH's Name has been hidden, this Torah witness speaks it.
How to Approach This Testimony
AL YHUH defines Himself tothelevelthat He wishes to be known. This scroll presents His words, His works, His way. Your agreement or disagreement changes nothing. AL YHUH is who He declares Himself to be, not who religions claim He is.
This Torah Witness is not addressed to those who simply believe differently or have no interest in Torah, AL YHUH never commanded the nations to keep His oath that He made with Yshral. Torah is Yshral's responsibility alone. The stranger who minds their own affairs is not under judgment for not knowing Torah. But when Yshral abandoned their guard function, they left Torah exposed to those who would seize it for evil purposes.
Those who twist AL YHUH's Torah to deceive others commit a crime far greater than simple disbelief. Torah explicitly condemns those who falsely represent AL YHUH:
"The prophet which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak... even that prophet shall die" (Dbrym 18:20). The pattern repeats: do not add to His word (Dbrym 4:2-3, 12:32), test every prophet who claims His authority (Dbrym 13:2-3), remember what happened at Baal-Peor when His word was mixed with lies (Bmdbr 25:2-3). To base entire systems on corrupted Torah, to commit atrocities in His Name, to make His Name meaningless through substitution, these are direct assaults upon AL YHUH Himself. He distinguishes between those who simply believe differently and those who weaponize His own words against His creation.
What follows are AL YHUH's own declarations from Torah, presented without addition or interpretation. Each section builds from His creation account through His revealed character, establishing the foundation stolen and corrupted by unauthorized systems.
The Torah Witness scroll 'Who is AL YHUH' begins with Brashyt, where AL YHUH first speaks.
AL YHUH: The Creator of the Heavens and Earth, and All That is In Them
Introduction: AL YHUH: The Creator of Function and Order
AL YHUH reveals Himself first as Creator, not through mystical appearances or philosophical concepts, but through observable, functional creation. Brashyt opens with AL YHUH working, establishing patterns that govern all existence. He creates, He names, He assigns function, He separates what should not mix, and He evaluates His work as good when each element performs its assigned role.
The Torah witness scroll 'Who is AL YHUH examines Brashyt 1-3 to establish who AL YHUH is through His creative acts. Every element AL YHUH creates has specific function, nothing exists randomly or without purpose, nothing operates without boundaries, nothing reproduces outside its kind.
AL YHUH demonstrates His character through careful establishment of order: creating support systems before the things that need them, establishing food before the eaters, preparing habitation before the inhabitants.
The Hebrew language itself reveals these functions. When AL YHUH names something, the Hebrew name contains its purpose unlike translations that obscure meaning. Where He called light "Yom," we will use Yom. Where He called grain "lakhem," we will expose the "herb" deception. The visual nature of Hebrew shows us what AL YHUH did - we SEE Him work during light, we SEE evening come after work, we SEE morning bring new day. These are not mystical interpretations but observable patterns AL YHUH established in the Torah.
AL YHUH's creation account provides the foundation for understanding all legitimate function and exposes all deviations and inversions from His established order. When we observe AL YHUH’s systematic approach, methodical, purposeful, ordered - we see His actual character, not the character given to Him by those who do not know Him through His Torah.
Day 1: Light and Time Functions Established
Brashyt 1:1-5
Verse 1: "In the beginning ALAHYM created the heavens and the earth."
ALAHYM established the two foundational realms of existence. The heavens function as the upper boundary, the earth as the lower foundation. All creation operates within these established borders. He created two realms: one above, one below. Everything that follows happens within this framework.
Verse 2: "And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Being of ALAHYM moved upon the face of the waters."
ALAHYM created the raw materials in unorganized state - formless but ready for shaping. The earth existed but lacked structure. Waters covered everything with darkness above them. His Being moved over the waters - not abandoning the darkness but maintaining active authority over the unformed materials. The Hebrew shows "moved" as continuous action - He was actively present, not distant.
Verse 3: "And ALAHYM said, Let there be light: and there was light."
ALAHYM's voice commands physical reality. He spoke - light existed. No delay, no process, no evolution. His word creates immediately. AL YHUH’s speech as creative force over all matter. The light came into existence separate from any light source - pure light by His command alone.
Verse 4: "And ALAHYM saw the light, that it was good: and ALAHYM divided the light from the darkness."
ALAHYM evaluated the light according to His standards and declared it good (Thub). Then He divided light from darkness - establishing the principle of separation. Light and darkness do not mix, do not blend, do not merge. He created distinct categories that maintain their boundaries.
This separation function continues throughout creation - He divides, He separates, He establishes boundaries that should not be crossed.
Verse 5: "And ALAHYM called the light Yom, and the darkness he called Laylah. And there came to be Arab, and there came to be boker - the first day."
The Time Function Established:
ALAHYM named the light "Yom" (day) - this is its identity and function: the work period. He named the darkness "Laylah" (night) - its function: the rest period. These are not arbitrary labels but functional assignments.
Now observe carefully what the Hebrew shows us visually: ALAHYM worked during Yom (light period) creating and dividing. After the work came "Arab" - evening, the mixture transition between light and dark. This is not the beginning of anything but the ending of the work period. Then came Laylah (night) for rest. Then came "boker" - daybreak, when light breaks through darkness, the morning that begins a new Yom.
The complete cycle: Yom (work in light) → Arab (evening transition) → Laylah (rest in dark) → boker (morning/daybreak) = one complete day.
ALAHYM established that days begin with light, with boker, with morning. He worked during light which He named Yom. The day was measured from light to light, morning to morning. This is the time function He created - work during light, rest during darkness, new day begins with return of light.
Functions Established on Day 1:
Light (Yom): Period for work and activity
Darkness (Laylah): Period for rest
Separation: Light and darkness do not mix
Time Cycle: Day begins with morning light (boker), not evening darkness
Speech Authority: ALAHYM's word creates physical reality
Evaluation: ALAHYM declares things good when they function properly
Day 2: Firmament and Water Boundary Functions Established
Brashyt 1:6-8
Verse 6: "And ALAHYM said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters."
ALAHYM commanded a firmament to exist in the midst of the waters with specific function: divide waters from waters. Not mix them, not cycle them, but DIVIDE them. The Hebrew word "raqiya" means something solid, beaten out, like a hammered metal dome. This is not empty space or atmosphere - it is a solid structure with dividing function.
Verse 7: "And ALAHYM made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so."
ALAHYM made the raqiya and executed the division. Waters under the firmament - these include the deep (tehom) beneath the earth that comes up through springs and fills seas. Waters above the firmament - this is what we see as blue sky. The blue is not reflection from oceans below, not empty space with scattered light - it is literally waters held back by the solid firmament structure.
The firmament functions as an impenetrable barrier. It holds back massive waters above so life can exist below. Without this solid dome structure, the waters above would crush all life. ALAHYM created this protective boundary that maintains permanent separation between the water realms.
The water source reality: rain comes when ALAHYM opens windows in the firmament (as seen in the flood account), and water comes up from the deep below through springs. There is no "water cycle" of evaporation and clouds - that contradicts His clear description. Waters above, firmament between, waters below, deep beneath. Four distinct water locations, not one cycling system. (We discuss in later scrolls of witness how this shows the later day enemies of AL YHUH have modified the skies to produce water from ships producing vapour clouds, this is not AL YHUH’s design system)
Verse 8: "And ALAHYM called the firmament Shmayim/Heavens/Expanse. And there came to be Arab, and there came to be boker - the second day."
The Firmament Function Established:
ALAHYM named the firmament "Heaven" (shamayim) - from "sham" (there) and "mayim" (waters), literally "waters there" or "place of waters." The very name tells us heaven contains waters, not empty space or spiritual realm. This is the expanse between waters below and waters above, the dome that enables life by holding back the upper waters.
Notice ALAHYM did not declare the second day "good." This is the only day without that declaration. The separation was necessary, the structure was commanded, but dividing waters that were once together is not called good - it is simply necessary for life to exist.
ALAHYM worked during the light of day creating the firmament. Then came Arab (evening transition), then night for rest, then boker (morning/daybreak) completing the second day cycle.
Functions Established on Day 2:
Firmament (Raqiya): Solid dome structure that prevents mixing of waters
Waters Above: Held back by firmament, visible as blue sky
Waters Below: Under the firmament, includes seas and the deep (tehom)
Heaven (Shamayim): The expanse containing and separating waters
Protective Boundary: Firmament enables life by restraining waters above
Permanent Separation: Waters divided with no natural mixing mechanism
Water Sources: From above (through firmament windows) and below (through springs from deep)
Day 3: Land, Sea, and Plant Functions Established
Brashyt 1:9-13
Verse 9: "And ALAHYM said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so."
ALAHYM commanded the waters under heaven to gather into one place - establishing that all waters were originally connected as one body. The dry land was already there beneath the waters, not created new but revealed by water's gathering. The Hebrew "yabbashah" (dry land) indicates it existed under the waters, waiting to be exposed. ALAHYM didn't create land on day three - He revealed what He had already placed beneath the waters.
Verse 10: "And ALAHYM called the dry land Aratz; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and ALAHYM saw that it was good."
ALAHYM named the dry land "Aratz" (earth) - its function: to provide stable foundation for all land-based life, to receive seed, to bring forth vegetation, to support man's habitation and work. He named the gathered waters "Yamim" (seas) - their function: to remain in their gathered boundaries, to provide habitat for water creatures, to serve as the collected body that must not overtake the land again.
Now ALAHYM evaluated and declared it good. Unlike day two's separation of waters that belonged together, this separation of land from water was good - each in its proper place serving its designed function. Land provides stability, seas provide contained waters. Both necessary, both bounded, both good when maintaining their assigned positions.
Verse 11: "And ALAHYM said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so."
ALAHYM commanded Aratz to bring forth three categories of vegetation:
- "Deshe" (grass/vegetation) - the general covering of green
- "Asab zera" (seed-yielding herbs) - specifically plants that produce seed for reproduction, including grains (lakhem) for bread
- "Atz pri" (fruit trees) - trees yielding fruit with seed inside
The critical phrase: "after his kind" (le-mino). Each plant reproduces only its own kind through its seed. The seed function locks each plant into its created category. Wheat produces wheat. Apple trees produce apple trees. No mixing, no evolution, no transformation between kinds. The seed in itself maintains the boundary of each kind permanently.
Verse 12: "And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and ALAHYM saw that it was good."
The earth obeyed precisely - bringing forth vegetation exactly as commanded. Each category maintained its kind boundaries through seed. The Hebrew emphasizes "the seed in itself after its kind" - the reproductive function is locked within each plant, preventing corruption through mixture. Grass brought forth grass, herbs brought forth herbs after their kinds, trees brought forth trees after their kinds.
ALAHYM saw that it was good - the plant system functioning properly with each kind maintaining its boundaries through seed reproduction. This is good: distinct kinds, clear categories, reproduction without corruption.
Verse 13: “And there came to be Arab, and there came to be boker - the third day."
The Plant Preparation Function:
Consider the order: ALAHYM created plants on day three, before the sun on day four, before animals on days five and six. This destroys any notion that plants need sun to exist - they existed and grew by His light and command alone. More importantly, He prepared food before creating the eaters. The grass was ready for animals that would come. The grain was ready for man who would come. The fruit trees were ready with food before any creature needed them.
This is His pattern - provision before need, preparation before requirement. He doesn't create need then scramble to provide. He establishes complete support systems before bringing forth what depends on them.
ALAHYM worked during the light of day establishing land, seas, and vegetation. Then came Arab (evening transition), then night for rest, then boker (morning/daybreak) completing the third day cycle.
Functions Established on Day 3:
Aratz (Dry Land): Foundation for habitation, receiver of seed, producer of vegetation
Yamim (Seas): Contained water bodies with established boundaries
Deshe (Grass): Ground cover, food for grazing creatures to come
Asab Zera (Seed Herbs): Reproductive plants including grains for bread
Atz Pri (Fruit Trees): Fruit producers with seed for continuation
"After His Kind" (Le-mino): Locked reproduction preventing mixture between kinds
Seed Function: Maintains permanent boundaries between plant types
Provision Order: Food prepared before eaters, support before need
Day 4: Time Governance and Calendar Functions Established
Brashyt 1:14-19
Verse 14: "And ALAHYM said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:"
ALAHYM commanded "ma'orot" (lights) to exist in the firmament with specific governmental functions. Not random celestial bodies floating in space - these are lights placed IN the solid firmament structure, appointed as time authorities. Their functions:
- Divide day from night (maintaining the separation He established day one)
- For "otot" (signs) - markers of appointed times and warnings
- For "mo'edim" (seasons/appointed times) - His feast days and agricultural cycles
- For "yamim" (days) - daily time measurement
- For "shanim" (years) - annual cycles
These ma'orot are AL YHUH's calendar system - His created time-keeping mechanism. Every appointed time, every feast day, every agricultural season operates by these lights He placed as governing authorities.
Verse 15: "And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so."
The ma'orot function both as time governors AND light providers upon the earth. They are IN the firmament - not beyond it, not millions of miles away, but set within the solid dome structure above the earth. Their light reaches earth because ALAHYM placed them specifically for that purpose.
Verse 16: "And ALAHYM made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also."
ALAHYM made two great ma'orot with distinct ruling functions:
- The "ma'or gadol" (greater light) - to "memsheleth" (rule/have dominion) over the day
- The "ma'or qaton" (lesser light) - to "memsheleth" (rule/have dominion) over the night
The Hebrew: "memsheleth" is the same root as dominion/rule. These lights don't just provide illumination, they GOVERN their assigned time periods.
The greater light has complete dominion over day. The lesser light has complete dominion over night. No crossover, no sharing of authority. When the greater light rules, it is DAY. When the lesser light rules, it is NIGHT. This is absolute time governance placed into the Firmament structure separating the waters.
The stars also were made, set in the firmament as additional markers for signs, navigation, and seasonal changes. Not distant suns but lights with specific earth-related functions.
Verse 17-18: "And ALAHYM set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and ALAHYM saw that it was good."
ALAHYM personally set these ma'orot in the firmament, He placed each one in its exact position for its specific function.
Their purposes clearly stated again:
- Give light upon the earth (not for other worlds, specifically for earth)
- Rule over the day and night (Dominion over time)
- Divide light from darkness (maintain the separation from day one)
ALAHYM evaluated this time-governance system and declared it good. The calendar functions properly, the ruling authorities maintain their boundaries, the agricultural seasons are marked, the appointed times can be determined.
This is good - time has structure, authority, and purpose.
Verse 19: “And there came to be Arab, and there came to be boker - the fourth day."
The Calendar Function Established:
ALAHYM established: His complete calendar system on day four. His created order for measuring time. The greater light marks days - when it rises, a new day begins (boker). When it sets, evening comes (Arab). The lesser light marks weeks/months/years through its phases. Together with the stars/lights constellations, they mark the mo'edim (appointed times) and agricultural seasons.
AL YHUH created precise and observable time governance. Each light maintains dominion over its assigned period with no confusion possible. You cannot mistake day for night when one ruler completely withdraws for the other to govern. There is no gradual blending - there is transfer of authority at specific moments (sunrise/sunset).
The plants created on day three now have their time governors - not that plants needed these lights to exist (they already lived by ALAHYM's light), but now seasons are established for seedtime and harvest, summer and winter, growth and dormancy cycles.
ALAHYM worked during the light of day establishing time government. Then came Arab (evening transition), then night for rest, then boker (morning/daybreak) completing the fourth day cycle.
Functions Established on Day 4:
Ma'orot (Lights): Time authorities set IN the firmament, not beyond it
Ma'or Gadol (Greater Light): Complete dominion over day period
Ma'or Qaton (Lesser Light): Complete dominion over night period
Memsheleth (Rule): Authority that cannot be shared or violated
Otot (Signs): Markers for appointed times and warnings
Mo'edim (Seasons): His feast days and agricultural appointments
Calendar System: ALAHYM's created time measurement, not human invention
Separation Maintenance: Lights continue dividing light from darkness
No Crossover: Each ruler maintains exclusive dominion during its period
Day 5: Water and Sky Life Functions Established
Brashyt 1:20-23
Verse 20: "And ALAHYM said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven."
ALAHYM commanded the waters to "sharatz" (swarm/bring forth abundantly) with "nephesh chayah" (living creatures). Not singular creation but mass abundance - the waters were to teem with life. The Hebrew "sharatz" means explosive multiplication, swarming abundance. This is the water life function: abundant population within water boundaries.
He also commanded "oph" (fowl/flying creatures) to fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. Notice their domain: "above the earth" but "in the open firmament" - they operate in the air space between earth and the solid firmament dome. They cannot go beyond the firmament, cannot enter the waters above. Their flight function has boundaries.
Verse 21: "And ALAHYM created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and ALAHYM saw that it was good."
ALAHYM created "tanninim gedolim" (great sea creatures/whales) first among water life - establishing size hierarchy in the waters. These massive creatures demonstrate His power through scale. Nothing in waters exceeds the size limits He designed.
Then "every nephesh chayah that moves" which waters brought forth abundantly "le-mino" (after their kind). Each water creature locked into its kind through reproduction. Fish produce fish. Whales produce whales. Shellfish produce shellfish. No water creature transforms into another kind. The water boundary contains them, the kind boundary defines them.
"Every winged fowl after his kind" - the oph maintain their distinct kinds as well. Eagles produce eagles. Doves produce doves. Sparrows produce sparrows. Each bird kind maintains its reproductive boundary. They share the air domain but not their seed function - each locked to its own kind.
ALAHYM saw that it was good - water creatures functioning in water, birds functioning in air, each reproducing after its kind only. The life systems work properly within their assigned domains and reproductive boundaries.
Verse 22: "And ALAHYM barakh them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth."
The Barakh Function:
ALAHYM "barakh" (empowered/empowered) them with reproductive authority. This is the first barakh in Torah - given to living creatures for multiplication. The barakh is not mystical empowering but functional empowerment: "Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill."
The command has three parts:
- "Peru" (be fruitful) - produce offspring
- "Rebu" (multiply) - increase in number
- "Mil'u" (fill) - populate your domain completely
Water creatures must fill the waters in the seas - their domain is water, they cannot leave it. Birds multiply in the earth - they nest and reproduce on land though they operate in air. Each group has reproductive authority within assigned boundaries only.
The barakh function enables continuous reproduction without ALAHYM creating each generation. He created the original kinds with reproductive power, then commanded them to exercise that power within their domains. This is delegated creation authority - they participate in ongoing creation through reproduction, but only "after their kind."
Verse 23: “And there came to be Arab, and there came to be boker - the fifth day."
The Living Creature Functions:
ALAHYM established life functions that distinguish from plant functions. Plants have seed and reproduce in place. These creatures have "nephesh chayah" (living soul/breath) and movement. They actively inhabit their domains rather than being rooted. They consume food rather than producing it from soil and light. They have volition within boundaries - choosing where to swim, where to fly, what to eat, when to reproduce.
The order: water and sky creatures before land animals and man. The domains are filled systematically, waters below (day 5), sky between (day 5), then land (day 6). Each domain receives its proper inhabitants in sequence, each with functions suited to their realm.
The water creatures' function includes maintaining ocean ecology, providing food for each other and later for man, demonstrating ALAHYM's power through variety and scale. The birds' function includes seed distribution, insect control, beauty in flight, songs of praise, and food for man.
ALAHYM worked during the light of day creating and empowering living creatures. Then came Arab (evening transition), then night for rest, then boker (morning/daybreak) completing the fifth day cycle.
Functions Established on Day 5:
Nephesh Chayah: Living creatures with breath, movement, and volition
Sharatz (Swarm): Abundant multiplication within boundaries
Water Domain: Sea creatures function only in water, cannot leave
Air Domain: Birds function between earth and firmament, cannot exceed
Tanninim Gedolim: Great sea creatures establishing size limits
Le-mino (After Kind): Each creature reproduces only its own kind
Barakh Authority: Delegated reproduction power within domains
Peru-Rebu-Mil'u: Three-part multiplication command (fruitful-multiply-fill)
Domain Filling: Systematic population of each realm in order
Day 6: Land Animals and Man Functions Established
Brashyt 1:24-31
Verse 24: "And ALAHYM said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so."
ALAHYM commanded the earth to bring forth three categories of land creatures, each with distinct functions:
- "Behemah" (cattle/livestock) - domesticated animals designed for human partnership
- "Remes" (creeping things) - small creatures that work the soil and micro-systems
- "Chayto-Aratz" (beasts of the earth) - wild animals maintaining natural balance
Each category "le-mino" (after his kind) - the same reproductive lock as all previous life. Land animals cannot become sea creatures, cattle cannot become wild beasts, each maintains its created category through reproduction.
Verse 25: "And ALAHYM made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and ALAHYM saw that it was good."
ALAHYM made each category maintaining kind boundaries. The behemah (cattle) were created specifically as provision animals - their function includes providing milk, meat, hides for clothing, strength for plowing and carrying. They were designed to need human care and protection while providing for human needs. This is not accident but purposeful symbiotic design.
The remes maintain soil health, decomposition, pollination - the micro-functions that larger life depends upon. The chayto-Aratz maintain their wild domains without human management, demonstrating ALAHYM's provision that doesn't require human intervention.
ALAHYM saw that it was good - land animals functioning in their roles, ready for man who would come the same day. The provision was prepared before the need.
Verse 26: "And ALAHYM said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."
The Dominion Function:
ALAHYM declared His intention to make "adam" (man) in His "tselem" (image) and "demuth" (likeness). Man would bear ALAHYM's representative authority on earth. Then He assigns man's function: "radah" (dominion).
The Hebrew "radah" has been corrupted through translation. Radah means to rule, govern, have stewardship over, like how ALAHYM rules: He provides, protects, sustains, maintains order, ensures each thing functions properly. This is radah - caring governance, not tyrannical domination.
Man's radah extends over:
- Fish of the sea - managing water resources and creatures
- Fowl of the air - stewarding bird populations and sky domain
- Behemah - the cattle that need human care for optimal function
- All the earth - the land itself requires cultivation and management
- Every remes - even tiny creatures under human stewardship
This is not ownership, its assigned responsibility. As ALAHYM cares for all creation, man must also care for what's under his radah. The animals need man's protection, breeding management, feeding schedules, shelter provision. Man needs their milk, meat, hides, labor. Created the same day because neither functions properly without the other.
Verse 27: "So ALAHYM created man in his own image, in the image of ALAHYM created he him; male and female created he them."
ALAHYM created MAN in His image - the male bears the tselem (image) of ALAHYM. This is clear: "in the image of ALAHYM created he HIM." The image-bearing is singular, masculine, man bears ALAHYM's image.
"Male and female created he them", this is the overview statement showing the end result. Brashyt Chapter 2 provides the actual sequence: man created first in ALAHYM's image, then later woman created from man as his helper counterpart. Woman came from man, not from ALAHYM directly. She bears man's image (being taken from him), while man bears ALAHYM's image.
ALAHYM's character throughout Torah is masculine, He is Father, He is King, He is referred to with masculine pronouns consistently. Man (male) was created bearing this image. Woman was created from man to be his counterpart and helper, not as another image-bearer of ALAHYM.
Verse 28: "And ALAHYM barakh them, and ALAHYM said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have radah over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."
ALAHYM gave humanity the same barakh as the animals, reproductive authority. AL YHUH added two functions animals didn't receive:
- "Kibeshuha" (subdue it) - bring the earth under cultivation, make it serve its purpose
- "Radah" (dominion) - the governing care over all living things
The earth needs subduing, wild land must be cultivated, water channels dug, fields planted, boundaries established. This is man's work function. Then radah over all creatures, ensuring each performs its function, maintaining the balance, preventing corruption.
Verse 29: "And ALAHYM said, Behold, I have given you every Asab zera (seed-bearing herb), which is upon the face of all the earth, and every Atz in which is the pri Atz (fruit of tree) yielding seed; to you it shall be for food."
The Food Order Function:
ALAHYM assigns human food, provided behemah (cattle) and herded breeds as provision animals. Their milk, meat, wool, hides were man's primary food and clothing source.
Then ALAHYM adds:
- Asab zera - seed-bearing herbs, specifically lakhem (grain) for bread
- Pri Atz - tree fruit with seeds
The food order: animals (meat/milk) first, grain second, fruit third. Man was never designed as plant eater. The behemah were created as provision animals the same day, before this plant food addition. Both animal and grains, and fruits "for food", man needs all three categories.
Vegetables are not on this list as they were not created by AL YHUH.
Verse 30: "And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is nephesh chayah (living soul), I have given every yerek Asab (green herb) for food: and it was so."
Animals receive different food - yerek Asab (green plants). Not grain, not fruit, but the green vegetation. They eat plants, humans eat animals and grain/fruit. This creates the perfect cycle: plants feed animals, animals feed humans, humans cultivate plants, manage animals, maintain the system.
Verse 31: "And ALAHYM saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And there was day, and there came to be Arab, and there came to be boker - the sixth day."
The Complete System Function:
ALAHYM evaluated everything He made - the complete creation with all interdependent systems - and declared it "tob me'od" (very good). Not just good like individual days, but VERY good as a complete, functioning system. Every part needs every other part:
- Animals need man's care and plants for food
- Man needs animals' provision and plants for additional food
- Plants need cultivation and animal fertilization
- Earth needs subduing and management
- All creatures need governance to maintain proper function
Created the same day to establish immediate symbiosis. Man didn't wait ages for animals, they were there when he opened his eyes. Animals didn't wait for caretaker, man was there to begin radah immediately.
ALAHYM worked during the light of the sixth day creating the complete land system. Then came Arab (evening transition), then night for rest, then boker (morning/daybreak) completing the sixth day cycle.
Functions Established on Day 6:
Behemah: Domesticated provision animals needing human care
Partnership Design: Animals and man created same day for immediate symbiosis
Radah (Dominion): Caring governance reflecting ALAHYM's rule - provide, protect, sustain
Tselem (Image): Man bears ALAHYM's representative authority
Kibeshuha (Subdue): Cultivate and organize the earth for productivity
Food Order: Animals/meat primary, grain secondary, fruit tertiary
Yerek Asab: Green plants as animal food (not human food)
Interdependence: Every part needs every other part to function properly
tob Me'od: Very good - the complete system functioning together
Brashyt 2: The Detailed Order of Man's Creation and Function
The Seventh Day Rest Function (Brashyt 2:1-3)
Verse 1: "Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them."
ALAHYM completed the heavens, earth, and all their "tsaba" (host/army). The Hebrew tsaba indicates organized ranks - everything in its assigned position with its designated function. Not random placement but ordered arrangement like military formations. Each star in position, each creature in its domain, each plant in its place. The creation stands complete as an organized system.
Verse 2: "And on the seventh day ALAHYM ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made."
ALAHYM ended His "malakah" (work/craftsmanship) on the seventh day. He "shabbat" (ceased/rested) from all His malakah. This establishes the rest function - even ALAHYM demonstrates the work-rest cycle. Six days of creating, organizing, establishing functions - then rest. Not because He was tired but to establish the pattern: work has completion, rest has its time.
Verse 3: "And ALAHYM barakh the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which ALAHYM created and made."
ALAHYM gave the seventh day barakh and "qadash" (set apart/sanctified) it. This day has different function than the six work days, it is set apart for rest. The rest function is not laziness but sanctified cessation from melakah. ALAHYM created the rest function as essential to the complete cycle.
The Formation of Man (Brashyt 2:4-7)
Verse 4-5: "These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that YHUH ALAHYM made the earth and the heavens, And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for YHUH ALAHYM had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground."
Now we see the detailed account - "YHUH ALAHYM" (His personal name with His title) revealing the specific order. Plants existed in design before growing in earth - they awaited two things: rain from above and man to "abad" (work/serve) the ground. This shows man's essential function - without man to till, the ground doesn't produce properly. The system was designed requiring human participation.
Verse 6: "But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground."
Before rain, "ed" (mist/springs) rose from the earth watering the ground surface. Water came from below, not above - the deep providing moisture until ALAHYM would open the firmament windows for rain. This confirms water sources: below from the deep, above from firmament windows.
Verse 7: "And YHUH ALAHYM formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."
Man's Unique Formation:
YHUH ALAHYM "yatsar" (formed/fashioned) man - like a potter shapes clay with intention and design. He used "aphar min ha-adamah" (dust from the ground) - man's physical composition is earth elements, linking him permanently to the ground he must work.
Then YHUH ALAHYM "naphach" (breathed) into man's nostrils "nishmat chayim" (breath of life). This is unique - no animal received ALAHYM's direct breath. Others became living creatures, but only man received the breath directly from ALAHYM's own being. Man became "nephesh chayah" (living soul) through ALAHYM's personal breath.
This establishes man's unique position:
- Formed personally by ALAHYM's hands (not just spoken into existence)
- Animated by ALAHYM's own breath (not just given life)
- Bears ALAHYM's image (as stated in chapter 1)
- Connected to adamah (ground) which he must work
- Living soul through direct AL YHUH's breath
The order is critical: man formed BEFORE garden planted, BEFORE woman created, BEFORE animals named. Man is the first detailed work of chapter 2, establishing his priority in the creation order.
The Garden Function and First Command
Brashyt 2:8-17
Verse 8: "And YHUH ALAHYM planted a garden eastward in Aidan; and there he put the man whom he had formed."
YHUH ALAHYM "nata" (planted) a garden - He personally cultivated this space, not just commanded it to exist. The location: "mikedem" (eastward/from the beginning) in Aidan. Aidan means pleasure/delight - this was the delightful place of beginning.
"There he put the man" - Hebrew "sham yasem et-ha'adam." Man was formed outside the garden (from dust of ground), then placed inside. The garden was prepared specifically for man's habitation and work. Man didn't evolve there or accidentally find it - YHUH ALAHYM deliberately placed him in this prepared environment.
Verse 9: "And out of the ground made YHUH ALAHYM to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil."
YHUH ALAHYM caused trees to grow with two functions: "nechmad le-mareh" (pleasant to sight) providing beauty, and "tob le-ma'akal" (good for food) providing sustenance. The garden supplies both aesthetic pleasure and practical provision - both are legitimate functions from ALAHYM.
Two special trees in the garden's midst:
- Atz ha-chayim (Tree of Life) - its function: perpetual life sustainment
- Atz ha-da'at tob ve-ra (Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil) - its function: testing obedience through prohibition
These trees existed for specific purposes. The Tree of Life to sustain life. The Tree of Knowledge to test whether man would obey ALAHYM's command when he had free access to everything else.
Verse 10-14: "And a river went out of Aidan to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads..."
[Describes the four rivers: Pishon, Gihon, Chidekel (Tigris), and Perat (Euphrates)]
One river flowed from Aidan, then divided into four "rashim" (heads/sources). This shows Aidan as the water source point - water flowed FROM Aidan outward to the world. The river system provided automatic irrigation for the garden and then the greater earth. Man didn't need to carry water - the system was designed with built-in provision.
Man's Work Function in the Garden
Verse 15: "And YHUH ALAHYM took the man, and put him into the garden of Aidan to dress it and to keep it."
YHUH ALAHYM "yikach" (took) the man and "yanicheihu" (caused him to rest/placed him) in the garden. Two specific work functions assigned:
- "Le-abdah" (to work/serve/dress it) - active cultivation, planting, pruning, harvesting
- "Le-shamrah" (to keep/guard/protect it) - defensive function against corruption or intrusion
Man was not placed in paradise for idle leisure. He had work assignments immediately: cultivate and protect. The garden needed human management to function optimally. This establishes work as original design, not curse result. Man was created TO work, given specific work before any sin occurred.
The dual function shows man as both servant and guardian - he serves the garden through cultivation while guarding it from harm. This is the radah (dominion) function in practice: serving while protecting what's under your authority.
The First Command and Test Function
Verse 16: "And YHUH ALAHYM commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:"
YHUH ALAHYM "yetsab" (commanded) - this is the first direct command to man. Note the abundance: "mikol Atz-ha-gan akol tokel" (from every tree of the garden eating you shall eat). The Hebrew doubles the verb for emphasis - freely, abundantly eat. Nearly unlimited provision - every tree but one available.
Verse 17: "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."
The Test Pattern Established:
The prohibition: "Atz ha-da'at tob ve-ra lo tokal mimenu" (tree of knowledge good and evil not shall you eat from it).
The consequence: "beyom akhalka mimenu mot tamut" (in the day you eat from it dying you shall die). Hebrew doubles the verb again - certain, assured death.
This establishes ALAHYM's test pattern:
- Abundant provision - every tree but one
- Clear prohibition - don't eat from this specific tree
- Stated reason - knowledge of good and evil
- Certain consequence - dying you shall die
- Time frame - in the day you eat
No deception, no trickery, no hidden terms. YHUH ALAHYM gave:
- Clear permission (eat from all trees)
- Clear exception (except this one)
- Clear consequence (death)
- Clear timing (that very day)
The tree's function was testing obedience. Would man trust ALAHYM's word about good and evil, or decide for himself? Would he honor the single boundary while enjoying abundant provision?
Man now had:
- Purpose (work and guard the garden)
- Provision (every tree but one)
- Prohibition (don't eat from Tree of Knowledge)
- Promise of consequence (certain death)
Everything needed for successful function, with one boundary to test willing obedience to ALAHYM's authority.
Man's Naming Authority and Woman's Creation
Brashyt 2:18-25
Verse 18: "And YHUH ALAHYM said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him."
For the first time, ALAHYM declares something "lo-tob" (not good) - man's solitary state. Not a mistake in creation but a deliberate incompleteness to be resolved. Man was created alone FIRST to establish his priority and to let him experience the need before ALAHYM provided the solution.
"E'eseh-lo ezer kenegdo" - "I will make for him a helper corresponding to him/matching him/suitable for him." The Hebrew "ezer" means helper/aid - one who assists and supports. "Kenegdo" means corresponding to, matching, or literally "as before/opposite him" - a counterpart that fits with him perfectly.
Not identical to him but corresponding to him. Woman's function defined before her creation: helper suited to man's needs.
Man Names the Animals: Exercising Dominion
Verse 19: "And out of the ground YHUH ALAHYM formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto the man to see what he would call them: and whatsoever the man called every living creature, that was the name thereof."
YHUH ALAHYM formed "min-ha-adamah" (from the ground) all land beasts and birds. Note: same source material as man - from the ground - but not the same formation process. Man was "yatsar" (carefully formed) and received ALAHYM's breath directly. Animals were formed but without that AL YHUH's breath impartation.
ALAHYM brought them "el-ha-adam" (to the man) to see "mah-yikra-lo" (what he would call it). This is delegated authority - ALAHYM letting man participate in the naming function. Whatever man called each "nephesh chayah" (living creature), that became its actual name. Not temporary labels but permanent identity assignments.
Verse 20: "And the man gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for man there was not found an help meet for him."
The Naming Function:
Man "yikra shmuth" (called out names) for:
- All "behemah" (cattle/livestock)
- All "oph ha-shamayim" (birds of heaven)
- All "chayat ha-sadeh" (beasts of field)
This is radah (dominion) in action, understanding each creature's function and naming it accordingly. In Hebrew, names reveal function and purpose. Man had to understand what each animal was created to DO in order to name it properly.
This demonstrates Adam's intellectual capacity and authority over the animal kingdom.
"U-le-adam lo-matsa ezer kenegdo" - but for man not was found helper corresponding to him. Through naming all animals, man discovered none matched him, none could fulfill the helper function he needed. This was purposeful, man needed to understand his uniqueness and his need before woman was created. He saw male and female in animals but recognized no female counterpart existed for him.
Woman's Formation from Man
Verse 21: "And YHUH ALAHYM caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;"
YHUH ALAHYM caused "tardemah" (deep sleep/supernatural slumber) to fall on man. This was not normal sleep but AL YHUH'sly induced unconsciousness. Man was completely passive in woman's creation, he didn't participate, request, or design. ALAHYM alone designed and created woman.
"Yikach achat mi-tsalotayv" - He took one from his ribs/sides. The Hebrew "tsela" means side, rib, or part. ALAHYM took part of man's own body, woman would be built from man's actual substance, not separate clay.
"Closed up the flesh" - healed the place completely, leaving man whole but having contributed to woman's formation.
Verse 22: "And the rib, which YHUH ALAHYM had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man."
"Yiven" (built/constructed) - different word than forming man or animals. ALAHYM "built" woman like constructing something complex and beautiful. He built her "le-ishah" (into woman) from the tsela taken from man.
Woman is literally built from man's essence, his bone, his flesh, his DNA.
"Yevi'eha el-ha-adam" - brought her to the man. Like presenting a perfectly crafted gift. Man awoke to find ALAHYM presenting him with the helper he needed but couldn't find among animals.
Man's Recognition and Authority
Verse 23: "And the man said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man."
Man immediately recognized what ALAHYM had done: "zot ha-pa'am" (this time/now at last!) - expressing joy at finally finding his match.
"Atzem me-atsamai u-basar mi-besari" - bone from my bones and flesh from my flesh. Man acknowledges woman came FROM him, not separately created. She is derived from him, built from his substance.
"Le-zot yikarei ishah ki me-ish lukachah-zot" - to this shall be called woman (ashah) because from man was taken. Man exercises naming authority over woman just as he did with animals, but recognizes her unique status, she shares his essence. The name itself reveals her source: aish (man) → ashah (woman, literally "from man").
Marriage Function Established
Verse 24: "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh."
This establishes marriage function:
- "Ya'azov" (leave/forsake) - man leaves his parental authority
- "Dabak" (cleave/cling) - permanently attaches to his woman
- "Hayu le-basar akhad" (become to flesh one) - reuniting what was separated
The marriage returns woman to man, reconstituting the original unity.
Verse 25: "And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed."
"Arumim" (naked) - without covering, completely exposed. "Lo yitboshashu" (not ashamed) - no shame or self-consciousness about their state. This wasn't because nakedness was good, but because they hadn't yet been taught about clothing.
Their training was incomplete.
AL YHUH had not yet instructed them about covering their bodies, this knowledge would come later. They were like children who don't know they need clothes until taught. The Tree of Knowledge would unnaturally accelerate their awareness, giving them sight to see their nakedness before AL YHUH had properly taught them how to make coverings.
This shows AL YHUH's intended teaching order, He would have taught them clothing-making in proper time, along with animal slaughter for meat and skins. But eating from the forbidden tree gave them premature knowledge without the skills or means to address what they suddenly understood. They became aware of their need but lacked the training to meet it.
Functions Established:
Man's Functions:
- Name animals (understanding and authority)
- Recognize his need for helper
- Name woman (authority over her)
- Leave parents and cleave to wife (marriage leadership)
Woman's Functions:
- Ezer (helper/assistant to man)
- Kenegdo (counterpart/complement)
- Built from man's substance (derivative existence)
- Return to man in marriage (reconstituting unity)
Order Established:
- Man created first (priority)
- Woman created from man (source)
- Woman created for man (purpose)
- Marriage returns woman to man (unity)
Brashyt 3: The Testing of Functions of the New Creation
The Serpent's Function and Test (Brashyt 3:1-7)
Verse 1: "Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which YHUH ALAHYM had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath ALAHYM said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?"
The "nachash" (serpent) was "arum" (cunning/crafty/shrewd) more than any beast of the field. This was its created function, to be the most cunning creature. AL YHUH made it this way deliberately. The serpent could walk and talk, this was its original form before consequences changed it.
Notice who the serpent approaches, the woman, not the man. It questions her: "Aph ki-amar ALAHYM" (Has ALAHYM really said?) - introducing doubt about ALAHYM's clear command. The serpent performs its function perfectly: using cunning to test whether humans will maintain their assigned roles.
The test begins: Will woman maintain her helper function or take leadership? Will she defer to man who received the command directly, or act independently?
Verse 2-3: "And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, ALAHYM hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die."
Woman responds but adds to ALAHYM's command - "neither shall ye touch it" was never said. ALAHYM only prohibited eating, not touching. She also softens the consequence from "dying you shall die" to "lest you die" (pen temutun) - suggesting possibility rather than certainty.
This shows woman didn't receive the command directly - man did (2:16-17). She has secondhand information and has already begun modifying it. She's engaging the serpent in theological discussion rather than deferring to man who stands there with her ("she gave also to her husband with her" - v.6).
Verse 4-5: "And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For ALAHYM doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as ALAHYM, knowing good and evil."
The serpent directly contradicts ALAHYM: "lo-mot temutun" (not dying you shall die). Then offers alternative explanation, ALAHYM is withholding knowledge that would make them like Him. The serpent suggests ALAHYM's motive is keeping them inferior.
"Your eyes shall be opened", you'll gain sight you don't currently have. "You shall be as ALAHYM knowing good and evil" - premature knowledge without proper training. The serpent speaks truth mixed with lie, their eyes WOULD open, they WOULD know good and evil, but this wasn't beneficial as implied.
The Function Failure
Verse 6: "And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat."
Woman makes three evaluations - taking ALAHYM's role of declaring what is "good":
- "Good for food" - she judges its edibility (ALAHYM's role)
- "Pleasant to eyes" - aesthetic judgment (ta'avah le-einayim)
- "Desired to make wise" - wanting premature knowledge
"She took... and did eat", woman takes leadership, acts first, makes the decision. Complete reversal of her helper function.
"Gave also unto her husband with her" - Hebrew "imah" means he was there with her the whole time. Man stood silent while serpent deceived his woman. He didn't protect, didn't intervene, didn't exercise his authority. When she gave him fruit, "he did eat", followed instead of leading.
Both failed their function test:
- Woman: Led instead of helping
- Man: Followed instead of protecting/leading
- Serpent: Succeeded in its deception function
Verse 7: "And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons."
"The eyes of them both were opened", exactly as the serpent predicted, but not as beneficial as implied. "They knew that they were naked", sudden awareness without preparation or training.
They gained knowledge of their condition they weren't ready for.
"They sewed fig leaves together", attempted self-covering with inadequate materials. Fig leaves don't last, don't truly cover, don't provide warmth or protection. This shows the problem with premature knowledge, awareness without proper skills or resources. They know they need covering but don't know how to make proper clothing. Their training should have included this gradually, with ALAHYM teaching them animal slaughter, hide preparation, and garment making in proper time.
The Test Results:
The serpent's cunning exposed critical failures:
- Woman abandoned helper role for leadership role
- Man abandoned protector role for passive follower role
- Both chose premature knowledge over patient training
- Both attempted self-solution (fig leaves) instead of seeking ALAHYM's instruction
The test revealed they weren't ready for independent judgment about good and evil. They needed more training, more time under ALAHYM's instruction. But they chose shortcuts, gaining knowledge without wisdom, awareness without ability, sight without solutions.
ALAHYM's intended teaching order was disrupted. Now He must address both their disobedience AND their premature knowledge condition.
AL YHUH's Investigation and Consequences
The Seeking and Hiding (Brashyt 3:8-13)
Verse 8: "And they heard the voice of YHUH ALAHYM walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of YHUH ALAHYM amongst the trees of the garden."
"They heard the kol (voice/sound) of YHUH ALAHYM walking" - He approached audibly, giving them opportunity to come forward. "In the cool of the day" - literally "le-ruach ha-yom" (in the wind/breath of the day), likely evening when work ends and teaching time begins.
"They hid themselves" - Hebrew "yitchabe" shows continuous hiding action. Their new awareness made them fear meeting with ALAHYM. Instead of running TO Him with their problem (needing proper clothing), they hid FROM Him among the trees.
Premature knowledge created fear where there should have been trust.
Verse 9: "And YHUH ALAHYM called unto the man, and said unto him, Where art thou?"
YHUH ALAHYM calls specifically to "ha-adam" (the man) - not the woman, not both. "Ayekah?" (Where are you?) - not because He doesn't know, but giving man opportunity to take responsibility. He addresses the one with primary authority first. This isn't information gathering but responsibility establishing.
Verse 10: "And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself."
Man admits three things:
- "I heard thy voice" - acknowledges ALAHYM's call
- "I was afraid because I was naked" - fear from premature awareness
- "I hid myself" - admits to hiding
Man doesn't admit to eating from the tree. He explains the symptom (nakedness awareness) but not the cause (disobedience). Already the knowledge of good and evil is corrupting, he knows to be evasive.
Verse 11: "And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?"
ALAHYM asks two diagnostic questions:
- "Who told you that you were naked?" - exposing unnatural knowledge source
- "Have you eaten from the tree I commanded you not to eat?" - direct confrontation
The first question reveals the problem, no one should have told him about nakedness yet. This knowledge came prematurely. The second question addresses the specific violation of the single prohibition.
Verse 12: "And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat."
Man's response shifts blame twice:
- "The woman whom YOU gave to be with me" - blaming ALAHYM for giving him the woman
- "She gave me" - blaming woman for giving him fruit
Only at the end: "I did eat" - minimal admission after maximum blame-shifting. Man fails the responsibility test just as he failed the protection test. He won't own his failure to lead and protect.
Verse 13: "And YHUH ALAHYM said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat."
ALAHYM turns to woman: "Mah-zot asit?" (What is this you have done?). He questions her separately, acknowledging her individual responsibility despite her derivative creation.
Woman also shifts blame: "The serpent deceived me" - true but incomplete. She doesn't acknowledge choosing to lead, evaluating the fruit, or giving to her husband. Like man, minimal admission: "I did eat."
The Consequence Assignments (Brashyt 3:14-19)
Verse 14: "And YHUH ALAHYM said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:"
ALAHYM addresses serpent first - no question asked because serpent performed its function perfectly. It succeeded in deception, but success brings consequences.
"Arur atah" (cursed are you) - the first curse in Torah. Serpent becomes most cursed of all animals. "Upon your belly shall you go", loses legs and upright posture it originally had. "Dust shall you eat", its food source becomes the lowest possible, the very ground itself.
The serpent's success in its deception function results in permanent physical demotion. It tested humans effectively but pays the price for that effectiveness.
Verse 15: "And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel."
"Eyvah" (enmity/hostility) established between:
- Serpent and woman (personal level)
- Serpent's seed and woman's seed (generational level)
"He shall bruise your head" - fatal blow from above "You shall bruise his heel" - non-fatal strike from below
Perpetual conflict established. The woman who listened to serpent will now have permanent hostility with it. Her descendants will have authority to crush it, though suffering minor injury in the process.
Woman's Consequences
Verse 16: "Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee."
Woman receives consequences in her two primary functions:
- Childbearing function: "Greatly multiply your pain and your conception" - the reproductive function becomes painful. "In pain shall you bring forth children" - the helper role of producing man's offspring now involves suffering.
- Relationship function: "Your desire shall be to your husband" - Hebrew "teshukah" means longing, craving, or desire to control. "He shall rule over you" - Hebrew "mashal" means govern, have dominion.
The woman who took leadership receives two consequences: pain in her biological function and reinforced submission to man's authority. She must now desire the one she tried to lead, and he must rule where she tried to usurp.
Man's Consequences
Verse 17-19: "And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return."
ALAHYM identifies man's specific failure: "Because you listened to your wife's voice", followed instead of leading. "And ate from the tree I commanded you not to eat", violated direct command.
Man's consequences affect his work function:
- "Cursed is the ground for your sake" - the adamah (ground) work becomes more difficult
- "In sorrow shall you eat from it" - food procurement becomes more laborious
- "Thorns and thistles it shall bring forth" - obstacles to cultivation
- "Sweat of your face shall you eat bread" - lakhem (bread/grain) requires hard labor
- "Until you return to the ground" - death returns him to his source material
Man who failed to protect and lead must now struggle with the very ground he was formed from. His primary function (working the ground) becomes his primary hardship.
But this is also natural consequence, outside the garden, the earth is untilled, uncultivated, wild. The garden was prepared and planted by AL YHUH, with irrigation system already functioning. Outside, man must start from bare ground, clear the land, dig irrigation channels, remove rocks, establish fields. This isn't just punishment but the natural result of leaving AL YHUH's prepared training ground.
Without direct connection to AL YHUH in the garden, man must learn through hard experience what he could have learned through patient teaching.
AL YHUH's Mercy and Protective Removal
The Naming and Clothing (Brashyt 3:20-21)
Verse 20: "And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living."
Adam exercises his naming authority again, now calling his woman "Chauah" (Eve) meaning "living" or "life-giver." Even after the failure and consequences, Adam acknowledges woman's essential function, she will be "em kol-chai" (mother of all living). Despite death entering through their disobedience, life will continue through woman's childbearing function.
This naming shows acceptance of their situation and faith in continuation despite the death sentence. Adam doesn't reject his wife for her role in the failure but affirms her ongoing purpose.
Verse 21: "Unto Adam also and to his wife did YHUH ALAHYM make coats of skins, and clothed them."
AL YHUH's Teaching Mercy:
"YHUH ALAHYM made" - He personally crafted "katnot or" (coats of skins). This required:
- Selecting appropriate animals
- Slaughtering them properly
- Skinning and preparing hides
- Crafting fitted garments
This is profound mercy and final teaching moment. AL YHUH demonstrates what they should have learned gradually:
- How to kill animals humanely
- How to use every part (meat for food, skin for clothing)
- How to prepare and work with hides
- How to construct proper, lasting garments
Their fig leaves were inadequate - temporary, fragile, incomplete covering. AL YHUH's skin coats were:
- Durable (would last through hard labor)
- Complete (full coverage for protection)
- Warm (necessary outside garden's perfect climate)
- Fitted (made specifically for each of them)
"And clothed them", He dressed them like a parent dressing children who don't yet know how. This wasn't just provision but instruction. Now they knew how to make proper clothing for themselves and their children. The first animal death provided the pattern for all future provision, nothing wasted, life given for life sustained.
The Protective Removal (Brashyt 3:22-24)
Verse 22: "And YHUH ALAHYM said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:"
AL YHUH speaks to His council: "Behold, the man has become like one of us, knowing good and evil." The premature knowledge has occurred, man now has awareness without wisdom, sight without solutions.
This creates a dangerous situation.
"Lest he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever" - the danger is permanent imprisonment in corrupted state. If man eats from Tree of Life while corrupted by premature knowledge and disobedience, he becomes eternally fixed in failure. Living forever with this corrupted nature, pain, struggle, and separation from proper relationship with AL YHUH would be true suffering.
This isn't punishment but protection, preventing corruption.
Verse 23: "Therefore YHUH ALAHYM sent him forth from the garden of Aidan, to till the ground from whence he was taken."
"Sent him forth", Hebrew "shalach" means sent with purpose, not violently expelled. Man is sent to do what he was created for - "la'avod et-ha-adamah" (to work the ground). He returns to his source material and original function, but now outside the training garden.
"From whence he was taken", returning to the adamah (ground) he was formed from. The garden was special training ground; now man must work the common earth. This is like a student leaving school to face the real world - harder but necessary given their choices.
Verse 24: "So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Aidan Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life."
"Drove out" Hebrew "garash" is stronger than "sent forth." After sending didn't work (perhaps man tried to return), AL YHUH had to forcefully expel him.
AL YHUH "placed" (caused to dwell) at the garden's east:
- Keruvim (Cherubims) - powerful guardians, fierce protectors
- Flaming sword turning every way - "the flame of the sword turning itself"
Their function: "lishmor et-derek Atz ha-chayim" (to guard the way of the tree of life). The path is guarded, preventing any return or access to the Tree of Life.
AL YHUH's Character Revealed Through the Test:
The complete test sequence reveals AL YHUH as:
Teacher - Gave clear instructions, provided abundant resources, set one boundary for training
Tester - Allowed serpent to test whether they'd maintain functions under pressure
Just - Consequences matched failures precisely, naturally resulting from choices made
Merciful - Provided proper clothing, taught necessary skills before sending them out
Protective - Prevented corruption by removing access to Tree of Life
Forward-thinking - Guards the way for future restoration rather than destroying it
The test exposed that man and woman needed more training before handling independent judgment. They gained premature knowledge but AL YHUH mercifully equipped them for survival outside the garden. The natural consequences of their choice is working untilled ground without direct instruction.
Functions Established Through the Test:
Testing Function: AL YHUH tests to reveal readiness, not to trick or trap
Consequence Function: Natural results that match the violation precisely
Mercy Function: Providing necessary skills even after functional failure
Protection Function: Preventing permanent corruption by limiting access
Guardian Function: Kerubim and sword maintain boundaries for future restoration
Training Function: Hard experience outside garden completes education they rejected inside
The expulsion of Adam and Chauah from AL YHUH's personal garden wasn't abandonment but graduation to harder school, the untilled earth where they'd learn through labor what they could have learned through listening.
AL YHUH: The Oath Keeper
The following Torah Witness establishes AL YHUH as the maker and keeper of Oaths.
The Noach Oath: Never Again Destroy by Water
Brashyt 8:21, 9:9-15
After Noach's altar offering, AL YHUH swore within Himself: "I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living" (8:21). He established this with "lo" (never) statements, making worldwide flood destruction impossible.
The rainbow serves as the oath sign: "I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a oath between me and the earth... the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh" (9:13,15). Despite acknowledging human corruption continues, AL YHUH bound Himself never to respond with total destruction by water again.
AL YHUH's keeps oaths even when we do not. True to Himself.
The Abraham Oaths: Land and Seed Forever
Brashyt 12:3, 15:18, 17:7-8, 22:16-17
AL YHUH swore multiple oaths to Abraham that establish permanent realities:
The Blessing/Curse Formula (12:3): "I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee." This creates automatic consequences for how nations treat Abraham's seed - blessing for blessing, curse for cursing. This mechanism operates perpetually.
The Land Grant (15:18): "Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates." AL YHUH cut this oath while Abraham slept, making it unconditional. The boundaries are specific and permanent.
The Everlasting Possession (17:7-8): "I will establish my oath between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting oath... all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession." The Hebrew "olam" means perpetual - no expiration date.
The Ultimate Oath (22:16-17): "By myself have I sworn, saith YHUH... in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies." AL YHUH swore by Himself - the highest oath possible.
These passed through Ytsaq specifically: "In Ytsaq shall thy seed be called" (21:12), excluding Ishmael and establishing the oath line through one son only.
The Lot Territory Oath: Moab and Ammon Protected
Dbrym 2:9, 2:19
Despite Moab and Ammon being banned from AL YHUH's assembly forever (Dbrym 23:2-3), their territories remain protected by oath to Lot:
"Distress not the Moabites, neither contend with them in battle: for I will not give thee of their land for a possession; because I have given Ar unto the children of Lot" (2:9). The same protection extends to Ammon (2:19).
AL YHUH even destroyed giants to give these territories to Lot's incest-born children. This demonstrates His absolute oath-keeping - protecting land rights of those He later banned forever. When Moab hired Balaam against Yshral, they lost buffer territories but kept their oath-protected core land of Ar.
The Pinchus Priesthood: Forever Reward for Zealousness
Bmdbr 25:12-13
When Pinchus killed an Israelite leader and Midianite woman who were defiling the camp during the Baal-Peor plague, AL YHUH swore: "Behold, I give unto him my oath of peace: And he shall have it, and his seed after him, even the oath of an everlasting priesthood; because he was zealous for his AL, and made an atonement for the children of Yshral."
The Inherited Oaths: Yshral's Automatic Rights
Shmuth 2:24, 6:6-8
When Yshral cried out in Egypt, "AL remembered his oath with Abraham, with Ytsaq, and with Yaiqob" (2:24). Their deliverance wasn't based on righteousness but on oaths sworn to forefathers 400 years earlier.
AL YHUH declared seven "I will" statements fulfilling these ancient oaths: bring out, deliver, redeem, take as a people, be their AL, bring to the land, give as inheritance (6:6-8).
The 400-year prophecy to Abraham (Brashyt 15:13-14) fulfilled exactly, affliction, judgment on Egypt, departure with wealth, fourth generation return.
Why These Oaths of AL YHUH Matter
These condensed examples of AL YHUH's Oaths establish:
- AL YHUH keeps oaths even when we do not (Noach oath stands despite continuing corruption)
- Oaths pass to specific descendants automatically (Abraham's promises through Ytsaq only)
- Even enemies receive oath protection (Moab/Ammon territories protected despite their ban from Yshralite Assembly)
- Zealousness - Passion for AL YHUH earns highest rewards (Pinchus's forever priesthood)
- Ancient oaths activate at appointed times (400 years exactly for Egypt deliverance)
Each oath AL YHUH swore continues operating today with the same force as when first spoken. No human court can overturn them. No religious authority can modify them. These oaths stand because AL YHUH spoke them, and His word lasts forever.
The Oath Cut at Horeb: Who Is Bound by the Ten Commands?
Shmuth 19-24
At Mount Horeb (Sinai), AL YHUH established His Oath with a specific group - not all nations, but Yshral and the mixed multitude who left Mitsrayim with them. This Oath binds them to the Ten Commands - Torah light, the basic requirements. Only Yshral would later receive the full Torah obligation through the Moab oath.
The Mixed Multitude Included (Shmuth 12:38)
Verse 12:38: "And a mixed multitude went up also with them; and flocks, and herds, even very much cattle."
“be'gam Arab rab alah itam" - And also a mixed multitude went up with them. The Hebrew "Arab rab" means mixed crowd - non-Yshralite who joined the exodus. These weren't all nations but specific peoples who chose to leave Mitsrayim with Yshral. They witnessed the plagues, saw AL YHUH's power, and attached themselves to Yshral.
The Preparation and Offer (Shmuth 19:3-6)
Verse 19:5-6: "Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my oath, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an Qadush nation."
AL YHUH makes conditional offer:
- "Im-shamoa tishme'u be'koli" - If hearing you will hear my voice
- "U'shmartem et-briti" - And keep my oath
- "Vi'heyitem li segulah" - You shall be to me a special treasure
- "Mamlekhet kohanim" - Kingdom of priests
- "Goy kadosh" - Set-apart nation
This offer went to all present - Yshral and the mixed multitude camping with them.
The People's Agreement (Shmuth 19:7-8)
Verse 19:8: "And all the people answered together, and said, All that YHUH hath spoken we will do. And Mashah returned the words of the people unto YHUH."
"Waya'anu khol-ha'am yachdav" - And ALL the people answered TOGETHER. Not just Yshral, but all present including the mixed multitude. They declared: "Kol asher-diber YHUH na'aseh" - All that YHUH has spoken we will do.
This unified agreement bound everyone present, Yshralite's by blood and non-Yshralite's by choice.
The Blood Oath Ceremony (Shmuth 24:3-8)
Verse 24:3: "And Mashah came and told the people all the words of YHUH, and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which YHUH hath said will we do."
Again, "kol-ha'am" (ALL the people) answered "kol akhad" (with one voice): "All the words which YHUH said we will do."
Verse 24:4-5: "And Mashah wrote all the words of YHUH, and rose up early in the morning, and builded an altar under the hill, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Yshral. And he sent young men of the children of Yshral, which offered burnt offerings, and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen unto YHUH."
Mashah wrote all the words - creating the written witness. Twelve pillars for twelve tribes, but the mixed multitude participated in the ceremony.
Verse 24:6-7: "And Mashah took half of the blood, and put it in basons; and half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar. And he took the book of the oath, and read in the audience of the people: and they said, All that YHUH hath said will we do, and be obedient."
"Sefer ha'brit" - the Book of the Oath read to all. They declared: "Kol asher-diber YHUH na'aseh ve'nishma" - All that YHUH said we will DO and OBEY. This is the third agreement, adding obedience to action.
Verse 24:8: "And Mashah took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the oath, which YHUH hath made with you concerning all these words."
"Dam-ha'brit" - Blood of the Oath sprinkled on the people. This is blood ratification, the most binding form of agreement. The blood fell on Yshralites and mixed multitude alike - all who stood there became Oath bound.
The Oath Meal (Shmuth 24:9-11)
Verse 24:9-11: "Then went up Mashah, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Yshral: And they saw the ALAHYM of Yshral... Also they saw ALAHYM, and did eat and drink."
The leadership representing all the people ate a Oath meal in AL YHUH's presence, sealing the agreement. Eating together after blood Oath creates unbreakable bond. Oaths and meals go hand in hand.
Who This Oath Binds:
Yshral by Blood: The twelve tribes descended from Yaiqob are bound by ancestry and agreement.
Mixed Multitude by Choice: The Arab rab who left Mitzrayim and stood at Horeb are bound by their verbal agreement and blood sprinkling.
Their Descendants: Both groups' children inherit the Oath obligations - Yshralites by birth, mixed multitude descendants by their ancestors' choice.
Not All Nations: This Oath was NOT made with all of the nations of the world, they have their own ways. Only those present at Horeb or descended from those present are bound.
What Was Agreed To in this Oath:
Three Declarations:
- "All that YHUH has spoken we will do" (action)
- "All the words which YHUH said we will do" (confirmation)
- "All that YHUH said we will do and obey" (action plus obedience)
Blood Ratification: The sprinkled blood made the agreement unbreakable, binding them and their descendants forever. The true meaning of a blood oath, is that it passes through the bloodline, it cannot be escaped and remains int effect as long as the bloodline exists.
Written Witness: The ark containing the Oath stands as perpetual testimony to what they agreed.
The Horeb Oath establishes the key oath bound people, not all nations, but a specific group who voluntarily entered blood Oath with AL YHUH. The mixed multitude had the choice to remain in Mitzrayim or not participate, but they chose to bind themselves and their descendants to the terms of the ten words spoken at Horeb. This Oath cannot be revoked or transferred to others who weren't present or descended from those present.
The Oath in the Plains of Moab: Yshral Bound to Full Torah
Dbrym 27-31
In the plains of Moab, before entering the land promised to Abraham, Ytsaq, and Yaiqob, AL YHUH established a second, more comprehensive Oath with Yshral alone. This Oath bound them to the complete Torah, establishing their function as priests to the nations.
The Distinction from Horeb (Dbrym 29:1)
Verse 29:1: "These are the words of the oath, which YHUH commanded Mashah to make with the children of Yshral in the land of Moab, beside the Oath which he made with them in Horeb."
"ALeh dibrei ha'brit" - These are the words of THE oath. "Milvad ha'brit asher karat itam be'Horeb" - BESIDES the Oath He cut with them at Horeb. This is additional to Horeb, not replacement. Yshral now carries both oaths - the basic Ten Commands PLUS complete Torah.
The Curse Ceremony at Mount Ebal (Dbrym 27:11-26)
Verse 27:15-26 (Pattern): "Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image... And all the people shall say, Amen."
Twelve specific curses proclaimed, and to each one "ve'amar kol-ha'am amen" - and ALL the people said AMEN. By saying "amen" they:
- Agreed to the curse
- Accepted it upon themselves
- Bound their descendants
- Made themselves judge and jury
Each "amen" was voluntary self-cursing for specific trespasses against the oath. Yshral was not forced, they agreed verbally to their own judgment terms.
The empowering and Curses Detail (Dbrym 28)
Verse 28:1: "And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of YHUH thy ALAHYM, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day..."
"La'asot et-KOL-mitzvotav" - to do ALL His commandments. Not just ten, but ALL. This is complete Torah obligation.
Verse 28:15: "But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of YHUH thy ALAHYM, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee..."
Again "KOL-mitzvotav ve'chukotav" - ALL His commandments and statutes. The Oath Cut in the Plains of Moab requires complete Torah observance, not partial.
The curses (verses 16-68) are extensive, detailed, and horrifying - utter destruction, scattering, becoming a byword among nations. Yshral heard all these and still agreed.
Who Stands in This Oath (Dbrym 29:10-15)
Verse 29:10-12: "Ye stand this day all of you before YHUH your ALAHYM; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, with all the men of Yshral, Your little ones, your wives, and thy stranger that is in thy camp, from the hewer of thy wood unto the drawer of thy water: That thou shouldest enter into Oath with YHUH thy ALAHYM, and into his oath..."
All of Yshral stands to enter "bi'brit YHUH" and "be'alato" (into His oath). This includes:
- Tribal leaders
- Elders and officers
- All men of Yshral
- Children and wives
- Strangers in the camp (but as part of Yshral's camp)
Verse 29:14-15: "Neither with you only do I make this Oath and this oath; But with him that standeth here with us this day before YHUH our ALAHYM, and also with him that is not here with us this day:"
The Oath binds:
- Those standing there that day
- "Asher einenu poh" - Those who are NOT there (future generations of Yshral)
This makes it perpetual for all Yshral descendants but ONLY Yshral - not other nations.
The Priest Function of Yshral Established (Dbrym 30:15-20)
Verse 30:19: "I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, empowering and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:"
"Ha'idoti bakhem ha'yom et-ha'shamayim ve'et-ha'arAtz" - I call as witnesses against you today the heavens and the earth. Universal witnesses that cannot die or forget.
Yshral's choice affects "atah ve'zarekha" - you and your seed. Their priest function: to demonstrate Torah to nations, showing both empowering for hearing and doing the Torah and curses for turning aside from it.
What Makes This Oath Different from Horeb:
Scope:
- Horeb: Ten Commands (basic law)
- Moab: Complete Torah
Participants:
- Horeb: Yshral and mixed multitude
- Moab: Yshral ONLY
Function:
- Horeb: Basic moral requirements to be in alignment with AL YHUH
- Moab: Yshral as a Priest nation demonstrating complete Torah
Witnesses:
- Horeb: The mountain and blood
- Moab: Heavens and earth themselves
Yshral's Unique Binding to the Torah in the Plains of Moab:
Complete Torah Obligation: Only Yshral is bound to observe ALL commandments, statutes, and judgments given through Mashah.
Priest Function: Yshral is to demonstrate through doing and living Torah the empowering that happens with Torah adherence, and the grievous curses for turning aside.
Generational Binding: Future generations of Yshral are automatically included, inheriting the full obligation.
Self-Imposed Judgment: By saying "amen" to each curse, they became their own judges, removing any excuse.
No Exit Clause: Unlike contracts with escape provisions, this Oath has no termination option.
The Oath Cut in in the Plains of Moab between AL YHUH and Yshral establishes Yshral's unique position, while a nation, Yshral carries Torah as their national law, serving as AL YHUH's demonstration to the world. The mixed multitude remains under Horeb's basic commands. The Oath stands with its empowering, curses, and mercy provisions that AL YHUH built into it.
The Lasting Consequences of Oaths: AL YHUH's Example
The Forever Nature of Sworn Words
AL YHUH's oaths, words sworn before Him, and words He swears stand forever, binding the speaker and their descendants through all generations. AL YHUH Himself demonstrates this principle, He keeps oaths that bind Him to specific actions regardless of changed circumstances.
The consequences for better or ill are lasting in oaths
- Abraham's Oath to Philistines still protects their water rights
- AL YHUH's Oath to Lot protects Moab's territory despite their Forever ban from assembly with Yshral (Dbrym 2)
- The Oath to Abraham about making his seed numerous prevented their complete destruction despite repeated violations (Dbrym 32)
Why AL YHUH Forbids Certain Oaths to be Made with Banned Nations
Understanding these oaths reveals why AL YHUH later commands Yshral: "You shall make no Oath with them" (Dbrym 7:2). He knew that:
Oaths Cannot Be Revoked: Once sworn, they stand forever regardless of the other party's behavior. The Philistines gained permanent water rights through recognizing AL YHUH's power and requesting oaths while they could.
Enemies Use Oaths for Protection: Nations recognized that getting Yshral to swear agreements would shield them from judgment. Moab tried this repeatedly, seeking the peace AL YHUH forbade Yshral from granting them.
Future Generations Are Bound: Those who weren't present, who had no voice in the agreement, inherit the obligations. Children pay for oaths their ancestors swore.
Strategic Timing Matters: The Philistines approached Abraham when they saw "ALAHYM is with you." They bound him while he was powerful, protecting themselves from his empowered descendants forever.
The Weight of Our Words
AL YHUH teaches the gravity of oath-making:
Words Create Reality: Just as AL YHUH's "Let there be light" created light, sworn oaths create unbreakable obligations. Speaking an Oath brings it into existence permanently.
Unintended Consequences Multiply: AL YHUH's promise to Abraham included protecting Lot's descendants. This resulted in Moab and Ammon who became both Yshral’s and AL YHUH greatest enemy.
Mercy Requires Oath-Keeping: Even when keeping an Oath seems harsh, breaking it would be worse. AL YHUH's reliability depends on His absolute faithfulness to His word, even when it protects those who invert His words and mock Him.
Oaths Reveal Character: AL YHUH shows His nature through keeping oaths that disadvantage Him. Moab exists because He won't violate His word to Lot.
AL YHUH's Character Revealed Through Oaths
AL YHUH as the Oath Maker and Keeper reveals Him as:
- Absolutely Reliable: AL YHUH’s word never fails
- Self-Binding: AL YHUH limits His own options by His promises
- Generationally Faithful: AL YHUH keeps oaths to thousandth generation
- Strategically Wise: AL YHUH knows Oath consequences but swears anyway
- Upright in Judgment: AL YHUH protects even enemies through prior oaths
AL YHUH is the Oath Keeper and expects the same from those with whom He has made oaths with.
Dbrym 23:21-23: "When thou shalt vow a vow unto YHUH thy ALAHYM, thou shalt not slack to pay it: for YHUH thy ALAHYM will surely require it of thee; and it would be a trespass in thee. But if thou shalt forbear to vow, it shall be no trespass in thee. That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform."
AL YHUH commands: when you make an oath, fulfill it without delay. He will surely require it. Better not to vow at all than to vow and not pay. What goes out from your lips you must keep and perform, even when it benefits your enemies, even when it costs you dearly, even when you realize the consequences you didn't foresee. This is the standard AL YHUH sets by His own example, absolute faithfulness to sworn words regardless of cost.
This is what is so particularly damaging about what Yshral did to AL YHUH in regard to their sworn oath to Him, repaying His faithfulness and truth to His word with betrayal. (Dbrym 28, 32, Dbrym 4)
AL YHUH: The Judge, Executor of Oaths, and Justice
AL YHUH’s Perfect Judgement Through Established Law
AL YHUH is not an arbitrary judge who decides cases based on mood or favoritism. He established a complete Law system based on the functions He assigned at creation, the oaths He swore to the fathers, and the distinct roles He gave each nation of the world. Every judgment in Torah follows AL YHUH's established patterns: measure for measure justice, multiple witness requirement, and advance warning of consequences.
From Brashyt 1, we learned AL YHUH assigns everything a specific function. This principle extends to nations and peoples, each has an assigned role with corresponding accountability. (Brashyt 11)
Yshral received a unique function as His priest nation, His inheritance, His conduit on earth. The nations received their territories and roles. Each group is judged based on their function not by standards given to others.
Three Standards of Judgment
AL YHUH judges three distinct groups by three different standards:
Yshral - Judged by Torah: Yshral alone is bound to complete Torah (Dbrym 27-32). They are AL YHUH’s "am segulah" (special treasure), His "nachalah" (inheritance), His "mamlekhet kohanim" (kingdom of priests).
Yshral’s function: demonstrate Torah's empowering and curses to all nations. They face judgment for violating any aspect of Torah they swore to keep. To guard and do Torah, with first instruction to guard it from contamination, corruption, inversion, and being placed in the wrong hands (as it is today).
Nations - Judged by Treatment of Yshral and AL YHUH: The nations are not bound by Torah but by a simpler standard: how they treat AL YHUH's people. From Abraham's oath: "I will empower those who empower you and curse those who curse you" (Brashyt 12:3). Yshral serves as AL YHUH's measuring stick for nations - treat them well and be empowered, harm them and be cursed. This is because Yshral is AL YHUH's conduit on earth; to hate Yshral is to hate AL YHUH Himself.
Nations also face basic justice - eye for eye, tooth for tooth - what some call karma but is actually AL YHUH's perfect measure-for-measure judgment.
There is no "heaven or hell" in Torah, no Forever damnation for "sin" - there is cause and effect, action and consequence. Crimes are dealt with on earth, affecting you and your descendants. This should be relief for those who've been terrorized with lies about eternal torture.
AL YHUH’s Torah shows earthly justice, not a mystical afterlife punishment.
Mixed Multitude - Judged by Ten Commands: Those who joined Yshral at the exodus and stood at Horeb are bound by the Ten Commands they agreed to keep (Shmuth 19-24). Not full Torah, but the basic moral law they witnessed and accepted through the blood Oath.
The Torah Witness Requirements
The Witness Principle (Dbrym 19:15): "At the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established."
AL YHUH follows His own law, He does not judge without proper witnesses.
This is why:
- Heaven and earth are called as witnesses (Dbrym 30:19)
- The Song of Mashah serves as Forever witness (Dbrym 31:19)
- Living witnesses must arise in the later day to testify
Measure for Measure Justice (Shmuth 21:24): "Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot"
AL YHUH's justice is precise, the punishment exactly matches the crime. What you do to others returns to you. How you judge others becomes your judgment. The measure you use becomes your measure. This is not vengeance but perfect justice, ensuring consequences match actions exactly.
Advance Warning Required: AL YHUH never judges without warning. Before any judgment:
- Clear commands are given
- Consequences are stated
- Witnesses are established
- Time for repentance provided
Yshral's Function in the Torah
Yshral's role extends beyond keeping Torah for themselves. Yshral functions for AL YHUH as:
- AL YHUH's Demonstration: Their success shows Torah's empowering; their failure shows Torah's curses. Nations learn by watching Yshral's outcomes.
- The Measuring Standard: How nations treat Yshral determines their judgment.
- Living Witnesses: In the later day, living Yshralite’s must arise to witness both for Torah and against violations. Without Yshralite witnesses, the Law case cannot proceed.
- AL YHUH's Inheritance: As His personal portion from all nations, crimes against Yshral are crimes against AL YHUH's own property. He takes it personally because they are His.
Yshral's Priesthood Function is Currently Broken
Why This Matters for World Conditions today:
Yshral's priest function was to bring AL YHUH close to earth - they were the connection point between Him and the rest of the nations, Yshral was the ‘firstborn’ of AL YHUH (Shmuth 4:20-22) and with that came the specific function to be the elder example and protection to the rest of the nations.
Through Torah observance, Yshral would:
- Create a light post of truth that exposed all inversions as false
- Fight against Moab and other nations' corrupting influences
- Protect nations from falling into delusion and madness
- Demonstrate AL YHUH's justice and mercy tangibly on earth
When Yshral broke their priest function, they didn't just harm themselves, they cursed the entire world. By cursing themselves, they removed the protective barrier between nations and deception. Without the Torah light post, nations have no standard to measure truth against lies. Without the priest buffer, Moab's inversions spread unchecked, and without AL YHUH close to earth through His Priests, the world to this day progressively suffers under cruelty, and its made clear what ensued is Yshral’s fault.
Now the nations suffer under Yshral's curses:
- Confusion and madness (the world can't tell truth from lies)
- Serving false gods (every religious system inverted)
- No protection from exploitation for the young or the old (Moab rules without mercy, Dbrym 29, Dbrym 32)
- No priest to intercede or teach proper function (Dbrym 28, Dbrym 4)
- Complete delusion about reality itself
The current world state - where everything is inverted, nothing makes sense, and madness is called normal, exists because the priest function is broken. Yshral joined Torah with Moab's Baal Peor who now rules the nations through deception with no Torah light to expose them, no priest to protect the innocent, no standard to restore sanity.
The nations are cursed BY Yshral's failure, suffering under Moab's merciless rule with no advocate.
The Encoded Torah Witness System
AL YHUH knew Yshral would violate their Oath with Him and be scattered to the four corners of the world. He knew Moab would mock and invert His Torah. He knew witnesses would be needed in the later day.
Therefore, AL YHUH encoded an indestructible witness system against Yshral and Moab within His Torah:
- Dbrym 27: The Oath ceremony where Yshral said "Amen" to each curse attached to a behavior
- Dbrym 28: The detailed empowering and curses Yshral agreed to
- Dbrym 31: The prophetic declaration of Yshral’s future violation
- Dbrym 32: The Song that serves as Forever witness against both Yshral and the who would fill the void left when Yshral turned aside from Torah
This Torah Witness system ensures that even when Yshral is scattered and Torah seems forgotten, the witness remains. When living Yshralite’s arise in the later day to testify, they activate this encoded witness system, enabling AL YHUH to execute judgment according to His established law.
The Oath Framework Established: Dbrym 27-32
Dbrym 27: The Self-Imposed Verdict Yshral stood between two mountains and said "Amen" to twelve specific curses. They became their own judge and jury, binding themselves and their descendants to these consequences. No forced agreement - voluntary acceptance of judgment terms written in stone as permanent witness.
Dbrym 28: The Complete Terms of Service AL YHUH detailed every consequence in advance - 14 verses of blessings for obedience, 54 verses of curses for violation. Complete transparency before the agreement. When curses came, they were exactly what Yshral agreed would be just punishment for abandoning their priest function.
Dbrym 29: The Generational Binding Clause The Moab oath bound not just those present but "him that is not here with us this day" - all future generations inherit the agreement without choice. Establishes double obligation (Horeb + Moab) and prophetically describes how nations would witness Yshral's destruction as oath violation, not random misfortune.
Dbrym 30: The Mercy Provision and Curse Transfer Despite knowing they would fail, AL YHUH embedded return protocol - when scattered Yshral returns to Him, He restores. Curses transfer to those who persecuted Yshral during judgment. Moab and others who mocked while Yshral suffered will inherit every curse they witnessed.
Dbrym 31: The Prophetic Verdict Declaration AL YHUH tells Mashah exactly what will happen - Yshral WILL rebel, WILL be scattered, WILL suffer. Not possibility but certainty. The Song commissioned as indestructible witness that cannot be forgotten, surviving in memory when books burn.
Dbrym 32: AL YHUH’s Witness Song Against Yshral and Moab The complete witness against Yshral and Moab for the later day encoded in song format includes, charges against Yshral, identification of enemies as "vine of Sodom" (Moab), promise of vengeance "in due time." Self-executing testimony that activates when living witnesses arise to sing it with understanding
These 6 chapters of Torah establish that:
- AL YHUH gave clear terms in advance
- Yshral voluntarily agreed it would be natural consequence if they abandoned the Torah
- The agreement was witnessed and recorded
- No future claim of ignorance or injustice could stand
- The judgment that followed was self-imposed, not arbitrary
AL YHUH demonstrated perfect judicial process:
- Clear law given
- Voluntary agreement obtained
- Multiple witnesses established
- Written record created
- Consequences exactly as declared
When judgment came to Yshral for their betrayal of AL YHUH, it was precisely what they had agreed to. This is AL YHUH's character as Judge, complete transparency, voluntary agreement, perfect execution of stated consequences. No ambiguity.
For complete restoration of these chapters to their lawful meaning, see the full witness scrolls on Dbrym 27 and Dbrym 28, where each verse is examined to reveal the framework Yshral agreed to and how it operates today.
AL YHUH: Myths and Mockeries Exposed
His Name and How to Address Him
Part 1: His Titles and Names in Torah
AL (Alup-Lamed)
Torah writes the title for mighty one using two Hebrew letters: Alup-Lamed, creating the sound "AL." This title means "mighty one" or "powerful authority." Every translation of YHUH's title 'AL' changes this to "El", the name of the Canaanite deity who accepts child sacrifice through fire and promotes ritual cannibalism.
Alup doesn't make an "E" sound. This change is deliberate mockery and contamination of YHUH's Title AL.
"El" is the bull god of Ugarit, father of the Canaanite pantheon including Baal. When they write "El Shadday," they invoke "El the destroyer." When they write "El Elyon," they elevate the Canaanite bull god. Every prayer to "El" invokes the deity who burns children alive, a practice AL YHUH calls an abomination, and destroyed the seven nations occupying the land of Yshral for (Dbrym 12:31, Dbrym 7).
AL is YHUH's Title Requiring His Full Name for Identification:
"Who is like unto you, O YHUH, among the ALhym?" (Shmuth 15:11)
- ALhym is plural - multiple entities claim this title
- Only His name YHUH distinguishes Him from false ALs
"Upon their alahym also YHUH executed judgments" (Bmdbr 33:4)
- Egypt's false mighty ones are called alahym
- Same title, different entities
"For YHUH your ALhym is AL of ALhym" (Dbrym 10:17)
- Literally "mighty one of mighty ones"
- His name YHUH required to identify which AL
"For every abomination to YHUH, which He hates, have they done unto their alahym; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their alahym" (Dbrym 12:31)
- He distinguishes Himself from deities accepting child sacrifice
- The very practice "El" is known for throughout Canaanite texts
The contamination of AL YHUH’s title begins in Brashyt 1:1 - "In the beginning ALhym created" becomes "In the beginning Elohim created." From the first verse, they invoke the Canaanite pantheon instead of AL YHUH.
ALhym, Royal Court Structure, Not Multiple Gods
ALhym appears in plural form (-ym ending in Hebrew) yet takes singular verbs when referring to AL YHUH. This is royal court language, not multiple beings.
"And ALhym said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness" (Brashyt 1:26)
- "Us" and "our" = AL YHUH addressing His court
- Like earthly kings saying "we decree" though they are one person
- The pattern human kings copied from the King of Kings
"Hear, O Yshral: YHUH our ALhym, YHUH is one" (Dbrym 6:4)
- ONE YHUH, not three, not compound, a singular being with a singular Name
- Plural ALahym with singular identity
- Royal structure, not trinity
"And YHUH ALahym said, Behold, the man is become as one of us" (Brashyt 3:22)
- Addressing His court about man's condition
- Administrative hierarchy, not multiple gods
"You shall have no other alahym before Me" (Shmuth 20:3)
- Plural form for false mighty ones too
- Context determines single royal vs. multiple entities
- YHUH's singular letters prove He is ONE being
YHUH - His Memorial Name Forever
Four Hebrew letters: Yud-Hay-Ua-Hay (י-ה-ו-ה)
Not "YHVH", there is no V in ancient Hebrew. The letter is Ua (or pronounced ‘oo’), not Vav. The V-sound is a modern contamination sigil marking the corruption of Baal Peor (Moab).
"And ALahym said moreover unto Mashah, Thus shall you say unto the children of Yshral, YHUH ALahym of your fathers, the ALahym of Abraham, the ALahym of Ytsaq, and the ALahym of Yaiqob, has sent me unto you: this is My name le'olam (forever), and this is My memorial unto all generations" (Shmuth 3:15)
This establishes forever:
- YHUH = His personal name, not title
- Le'olam = No expiration, no replacement
- Memorial = To be spoken and remembered
- All generations = Perpetual obligation for Yshral to know and use His Name
Memorial (zeker) means active remembrance and proclamation. A memorial that cannot be spoken is mockery.
The Name Combinations in Torah
YHUH ALahym - Specific identification during creation (Brashyt 2-3) AL YHUH - Emphasizing Him as THE mighty one YHUH AL'AHYM - Full title and name together
These combinations prevent identity theft. "AL" alone could mean any claimed mighty one. "YHUH ALahym" identifies the Creator who gave Torah to Yshral.
Part 2: His Name Revealed Through the Oath Line
When Men Began to Call Upon the Name YHUH
"And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Anush: then began men to call upon the name of YHUH" (Brashyt 4:26)
This marks the first recorded instance of humanity calling upon the specific name YHUH. Before this, the text uses ALahym when describing interactions with Adam and Cain. With Anush (meaning "mortal man"), the specific memorial name YHUH enters human invocation.
The timing matters. After Cain's line builds cities and develops technology (Brashyt 4:17-22), Seth's line begins calling on YHUH's name (Brashyt 4:26). Two paths diverge - one toward human achievement without YHUH, another toward relationship through His name.
The Forefathers of Yshral Knew His Name
The contradiction appears immediate when comparing texts:
Shmuth 6:3 states: "And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Ytsaq, and unto Yaiqob, as AL Shadday, but by My name YHUH was I not known to them"
Yet throughout Brashyt, they clearly use His name:
Abraham:
- "And Abram said, YHUH ALhym, what will you give me" (Brashyt 15:2)
- "And he believed in YHUH; and He counted it to him for righteousness" (Brashyt 15:6)
- "And Abraham called the name of that place YHUH-Yireh" (Brashyt 22:14)
Ytsaq:
- "And YHUH appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt" (Brashyt 26:2)
- "And he said, For now YHUH has made room for us" (Brashyt 26:22)
- "And YHUH appeared unto him the same night" (Brashyt 26:24)
Yaiqob:
- "And, behold, YHUH stood above it, and said, I am YHUH AL of Abraham your father, and the AL of Ytsaq" (Brashyt 28:13)
- "And Yaiqob vowed a vow, saying, If ALhym will be with me... then shall YHUH be my ALhym" (Brashyt 28:20-21)
Resolving the Shmuth 6:3 Statement
The Hebrew of Shmuth 6:3 can be read as a rhetorical question: "And by My name YHUH, was I not known to them?" This reading eliminates the contradiction entirely.
The logic test proves this interpretation:
- Mashah tells Yshral "YHUH has sent me to you" (Shmuth 3:15)
- The elders immediately recognize and accept this name (Shmuth 4:31)
- They bow and worship upon hearing YHUH has visited them
- No confusion, no questioning "Who is YHUH?"
If the forefathers never knew the name YHUH, their descendants wouldn't recognize it through Mashah. Instead, "the people believed" immediately (Shmuth 4:31). They bow and worship upon hearing YHUH has visited them (Shmuth 4:31). No confusion, no questioning "Who is YHUH?" The name YHUH was their inheritance, passed from father to son through the Oath line of Abraham, Ytsaq, and Yaiqob.
The Distinction: Name Known vs. Power Demonstrated
The forefathers knew YHUH by His name but experienced Him primarily as AL Shadday, the AL who provides and sustains:
- Abraham received provision and promises as AL Shaday (Brashyt 17:1-2)
- Ytsaq received protection and prosperity under this title (Brashyt 26:24)
- Yaaqob knew Him as AL Shaday through adversity (Brashyt 28:3, 35:11)
Through Mashah, Yshral would experience YHUH's full power:
- Plagues demonstrating authority over creation (Shmuth 7-12)
- Sea splitting showing control over nature (Shmuth 14:21)
- Enemies destroyed displaying military might (Shmuth 14:28, 17:13)
- Torah given revealing complete will (Shmuth 20, Dbrym 5)
The name YHUH wasn't new to the Yshralite's, though its full authority was newly demonstrated.
The Oath Line Name Preservation
The name passed through specific lineage:
From Adam's line through Seth:
- Seth to Anush (when calling on YHUH began)
- Through Noah "who walked with ALahym" (Brashyt 6:9)
- But who "builded an altar unto YHUH" (Brashyt 8:20)
To Abraham explicitly:
- "I am YHUH that brought you out of Ur" (Brashyt 15:7)
- The name given in Oath context
- Passed to promised seed only
Through Ytsaq, not Ishmael:
- "In Ytsaq shall your seed be called" (Brashyt 21:12)
- The Oath name goes with Oath line (Brashyt 17:19-21)
- Ishmael receives empowerment but not the name authority (Brashyt 17:20 vs 17:21)
Through Yaiqob, not Esau:
- Yaiqob receives the empowerment and name (Brashyt 27:28-29, 28:13-14)
- Becomes Yshral, carrying the name forward (Brashyt 32:28)
- Twelve sons inherit what pagans never received (Brashyt 49:28)
The Mixed Multitude at Horeb
"And a mixed multitude went up also with them" (Shmuth 12:38)
At Horeb, both Yshral and the mixed multitude who joined them heard:
- The Ten Words spoken directly (Shmuth 20:1-17)
- The name YHUH in Oath context (Shmuth 19:3-6)
- The basic requirements for relationship (Shmuth 20-23)
This mixed multitude chose to join Yshral, accepting "YHUH" as their AL (Shmuth 12:38). They received the name through Oath participation, not birthright as is the case for Yshral.
In the Plains of Moab - The Oath Distinction
"These are the words of the Oath, which YHUH commanded Mashah to make with the children of Yshral in the land of Moab, beside the Oath which he made with them in Horeb" (Dbrym 29:1)
Two distinct oaths:
- Horeb - Yshral and mixed multitude receive basic law
- Moab - Yshral alone receives complete Torah
Only Yshral at Moab receives:
- Complete Torah with all commandments, statutes, and judgments (Dbrym 5:31)
- Complete priest nation function (Shmuth 19:6)
- Full responsibility for guarding His name (Dbrym 28:58)
- Generational binding including unborn descendants (Dbrym 29:14-15)
"Neither with you only do I make this Oath and this oath; But with him that stands here with us this day before YHUH our ALahym, and also with him that is not here with us this day" (Dbrym 29:14-15)
Future generations of Yshral inherit the name-guarding responsibility without choice. Born into Oath, bound to protect His name from mockery.
The Nations Never Received YHUH's Name
The nations weren't given YHUH's name directly:
- No Oath relationship established - only Yshral chosen (Dbrym 7:6-7)
- No oath sworn at Horeb or Moab - only Yshral and mixed multitude stood there at Horeb, and Yshral only in the plains of Moab(Dbrym 5:2-3, 29:10-15)
- No Torah obligations imposed - Torah given to Yshral specifically (Dbrym 33:4)
- No name-guarding responsibility - Yshral appointed as priests (Shmuth 19:5-6)
They nations know YHUH through:
- Yshral's testimony when functioning properly as priests (Shmuth 19:6)
- Witnessing His acts on Yshral's behalf (Dbrym 4:34)
- Learning from Yshral's teaching when Yshral is doing Torah (Dbrym 4:6-8)
False religions using YHUH's name engage in a specifically damaging form of mockery, having no authority to use what was never given to them. Stealing and then hiding the Name of YHUH through false genealogies (Christianity through fake David), false prophets (Islam through modified stories), and false authority (Judaism through Tanakh/Baal Peor, Talmudic additions).
The Oath line of Abraham, Ytsaq, Yaiqob and the 12 tribes of Yshral hold exclusive rights to the guardianship of the Name YHUH.
Part 3: Yshral's Unique Name-Bearing Responsibility
Yshral Chosen as Name Guardians
"For you are a Set-apart/Qadush people unto YHUH your ALahym: YHUH your ALahym has chosen you to be a special people unto Himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth" (Dbrym 7:6)
"And YHUH has avouched you this day to be His peculiar people, as He has promised you, and that you should keep all His commandments" (Dbrym 26:18)
Yshral alone received:
- The Oath relationship with His name (Shmuth 19:5)
- The priest function to the nations (Shmuth 19:6)
- The responsibility to demonstrate His reality (Dbrym 4:35)
- The obligation to guard His name from mockery (Dbrym 28:58)
What "Guarding YHUH's Name" Actually Means
Torah never commands hiding His name. The guard duty means:
Protecting from false attribution:
- "You shall not take the name of YHUH your ALahym in vain" (Shmuth 20:7)
- Vain (la-shav) means falsely, deceptively, for worthless purposes
- Not letting others claim His authority falsely (Dbrym 4, Dbrym 23:2-3)
Preventing contamination with false deities:
- "Make no mention of the name of other alahym" (Shmuth 23:13)
- Not mixing His name with foreign deity names
- Keeping His statutes and character pure from Baal-Peor mixing (Bmydbr 25:2-3, Dbrym 12:32-13:2-3)
Using His name YHUH properly as commanded:
- "You shall fear YHUH your ALahym, and serve Him, and shall swear by His name" (Dbrym 6:13)
- "To Him shall you cleave, and swear by His name" (Dbrym 10:20)
- Using His name for oaths, not substitutes
Teaching His Name YHUH correctly to next generation of Yshral:
- "And these words, which I command you this day, shall be in your heart: And you shall teach them diligently unto your children" (Dbrym 6:6-7)
- Passing true pronunciation to each generation
- Not letting the name be forgotten or altered
Defending His Name YHUH against mockery:
- "That you may fear this glorious and fearful name, YHUH YOUR ALAHYM" (Dbrym 28:58)
- Making His name feared and respected
- Not allowing it to be mocked or misused
The Unique Case: Yahushua's Name Authority
We are not to replicate YHUH’s Name into our names, there is only ONE individual in Torah who ever received AL YHUH's name to use and the change was made by AL YHUH Himself to establish Aparym as the sceptre of Yshral before receiving the land of oath to Abraham, Ytsaq, and Yaiqob:
"Behold, I send a messenger before you, to keep you in the way, and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for My name is in him" (Shmuth 23:20-21)
This messenger's identity:
- Originally named Hushai son of Nun (Bmdbr 13:8)
- "And Mashah called Hushai the son of Nun Yahushua" (Bmdbr 13:16)
- Name changed from "salvation" to "YHUH is salvation"
- From tribe of Aparym (Bmdbr 13:8)
Yahushua's actual function:
- Executed military commands with AL YHUH's authority
This case of YHUH's Name use establishes the pattern:
- AL YHUH gave His name ONCE for specific military authority
- Having His name didn't authorize writing scripture
- Only Mashah was lawgiver (Dbrym 33:21)
- Yahushua executed but didn't write any aspect of the Torah
How Yshral Failed Their Guard Duty of the Name YHUH
The Baal-Peor Contamination
"And Yshral joined himself unto Baal-peor: and the anger of YHUH was kindled against Yshral" (Bmydbr 25:2-3)
The critical connection - Dbrym 4:2-3:
- Verse 2: "You shall not add unto the word which I command you"
- Verse 3: "Your eyes have seen what YHUH did because of Baal-peor"
- The 2-3 pattern creates 23 - Moab's signature number
- AL YHUH directly links ADDING to Torah with Baal-Peor
"Behold, these caused the children of Yshral, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against YHUH in the matter of Peor" (Bmdbr 31:16)
The joining involved - Bmdbr 25:2-3 (the 23 pattern):
- Verse 2: Called to sacrifices of their alahym, ate and bowed to their alahym
- Verse 3: Yshral JOINED to Baal-peor
- The 2-3 verses show Moab's 23 inversion signature
- The joining/mixing/ADDING is the contamination method
- This connects directly to Dbrym 4:2-3, and Dbrym 12:32-13:2-3 warning against ADDING prophets and writings to Torah
The Name Substitution Pattern
Instead of guarding His name from contamination, Yshral allowed inversions of His Name to mock Him:
- "El" - the Canaanite deity name to be swapped for AL
- Using "Baal" (Lord) as His title - the exact title of false deities
- "Adonai" (my lords - plural!) replacing His singular name
- "HaShem" (the name) - refusing to speak what He commanded spoken
The Complete Abandonment
By hiding YHUH and creating substitutes, Yshral:
- Violated the command to swear by His name (Dbrym 6:13)
- Failed to teach it to their children (Dbrym 6:7)
- Let the nations forget who YHUH is (Shmuth 9:16)
- Enabled every false religion to claim His authority
The result:
- Christianity uses "God" and "Lord" exclusively
- Judaism hides behind "HaShem" and "Adonai"
- Islam claims "Allah" is the same while denying YHUH
- All religions claim the "same God" while serving different entities
The Theft of Authority Through Stolen Names
After establishing Yahushua as the ONLY name-bearer (Shmuth 23:21), suddenly false prophets appear with "Yahu" in their names, even worse, these names placed the Name of YHUH ‘Yahu’ on the ‘tail end’ of the names of their false prophets of Baal Peor, adding to the mockery and disrespect of His Great and Awesome Name YHUH.
- YeshaYAHU (Isaiah) - writes entire book of additions
- YirmeYAHU (Jeremiah) - adds prophecies never commanded
- EliYAHU (Elijah) - creates prophet precedent
- ZecharYAHU (Zechariah) - more unauthorized additions
The mockery pattern:
- AL YHUH gives name to Yahushua for military execution
- Yahushua fulfill end of Torah (Dbrym 34)
- False prophets steal "Yahu" pattern
- Use stolen authority to write books
- Books become TaNaKh contaminating Torah
They use the one person who DIDN'T write to authorize those who shouldn't write. Pure mockery.
The Current State of Mockery
Today YHUH's name suffers complete contamination:
- Hidden by those with no oath to guard it (Judaism)
- Replaced by those claiming to honor it (Christianity)
- Denied by those claiming same source (Islam)
- Unknown to those who never heard it (Nations)
Yshral failed their most important role, guard His name YHUH from mockery. Instead, Yshral enabled the greatest identity theft in history, letting any deity claim to be "God" while the true name YHUH remains hidden.
The Name Theft Pattern - False Prophets with Stolen Authority (Baal Peor)
The One Who Received the Name 'Yahu'
Shmuth 23:20-23 establishes a single authorization of the use of AL YHUH's name:
(20) "Behold, I send a messenger before you, to keep you in the way, and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. (21) Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for My name is in him. (22) But if you shall indeed hearken to his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto your enemies, and an adversary unto your adversaries. (23) For Mine messenger shall go before you, and bring you in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Yebusites: and I will cut them off."
Key elements:
- Verse 21: "My name is in him" - singular, one person, one function only
- Sceptre authority - leading the nation of Yshral into the land
- No mention of writing, prophecy, or scripture creation
- The 20-23 creates multiple 23 markers (AL YHUH's baal peor inversion protection signature)
This messenger's identity: Bmdbr 13:16 - "And Mashah called Hushai the son of Nun Yahushua"
- Name changed from "salvation" to "YHUH is salvation"
- From tribe of Aparym (Bmdbr 13:8)
- Military commander, not writer
What Yahushua Actually Did vs. What He Didn't Do
From the Torah:
- Spied out the land with faithful report (Bmdbr 14:6-9)
- Stood with Mashah as a witness against Yshral and Moab at Song delivery before receiving the land of Yshral (Dbrym 32:44)
- Received the Sceptre as AL YHUH's 'Malakh-King' to lead Yshral into the land they were about to receive as an inheritance.(Dbrym 31:23)
- Received the Sceptre function Yaiqob the forefather of Yshral said would pass to Aparym when Yshral received their land. (Brashyt 49:10, Shmuth 23:20-23)
- Led the Yshralite's with Gad (Bmdbr 32:23-32) into conquest of the land of Yshral as YHUH charged Him to do. End of the Torah, they were successful in their campaign. as commanded (Dbrym 34)
Yahushua Never Did:
- Never wrote one word of scripture
- Never received revelations to record
- Never given prophet/lawgiver status , Mashah's lawgiver function was hidden in and appointed to pass to Gad (Dbrym 33:20-21)
- Never added to completed Torah (Dbrym 34)
Yahushua was given the Sceptre of YHUH promised to Yoseph (Aparym) in Brashyt 49:10, and confirmed by AL YHUH and Mashah in Shmuth 23:20-23, Dbrym 31:23, Bmdbr 27:18-23, Bmdbr 13:16.
Only Mashah was the lawgiver given authority to scribe AL YHUH's "witness" against Yshral known as the Torah. The protection function of the Torah is inherited by the Tribe of Gad (Dbrym 33:21). No one can add or remove from the Torah spoken by AL YHUH and scribed by Mashah.
There is always a "Lawgiver-Law Guardian" and "Sceptre" function for AL YHUH. Any use of the Name "Yahu" by anyone professing to speak for AL YHUH is a false prophet.
Testing Against Torah's False Prophet Warning
Dbrym 13:1-3: (1) "If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and gives you a sign or a wonder, (2) And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spoke unto you, saying, Let us go after other alahym, which you have not known, and let us serve them; (3) You shall not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for YHUH your ALahym proves you, to know whether you love YHUH your ALahym with all your heart and with all your being."
AL YHUH sends these false prophets (Baal Peor - Tanakh) to TEST Yshral, to prove whether they'll follow Torah or additions. Even if their "prophecies" seem fulfilled, they violate Torah's boundaries.
This follows the exact same function that AL YHUH had for the snake in the garden. A testing function, it was ‘most cunning’, Moab is identified in Dbrym 32:32, to be that very ‘snake’ testing function that leads to destruction. Bmdbr 23:21-23 shows no 'Snake' divination would be effective against Yaiqob or Yshral, this statement was made by AL YHUH to Balak the King of Moab. Moabim are not mystical enemies of AL YHUH they are people with exceptional skills in deception and sorcery.
The Name of 'Yahu' Theft is the Bridge to Greater Deceptions
The David Fabrication
- Built through Ruth the Moabite (Dbrym 23:2-3 - mamzer AND Moabite, double ban forever)
- Impossible genealogy becomes "messianic line"
- Created by books from fake "Yahu" prophets
- Foundation for false messiah claims
The Jesus/Yeshua Construction
- Claims descent from impossible David line
- "Fulfills" prophecies from false prophets
- Name stolen from Yahushua but completely corrupted
- Builds on TaNaKh contamination, not Torah
Enabling All False Religions to Base Belief from Torah
- Judaism: Created TaNaKh by adding false prophets to Torah (Baal Peor)
- Christianity: Uses Judaism's contaminated TaNaKh as "Old Testament"
- Islam: Modifies false prophet stories for Quran
- All Abrahamic post Torah religions build on stolen "Yahu" authority. There is no book of Yahushua in Torah. Torah ends at Dbrym 34 with strict warnings to not add anything or any books to it (Dbrym 4:2-3. 12:32-13:2-3, Bmdbr 25:2-3).
The 2-3 (23) Identifiers AL YHUH Uses to Signify the Theft
- Shmuth 23:20-23 - The original authorization of one appointment of His Name 'YaHu'
- Dbrym 23:2-3 - Mamzer banned (v.2), Moab banned (v.3) - whose Ruth creates false line
- Dbrym 4:2-3 - Don't add (v.2), Baal-Peor reference (v.3)
- Bmdbr 25:2-3 - The joining to Baal-Peor through additions
- Dbrym 12:32-13:2-3 - Don't add (12:32), false prophet test (13:2-3)
- Dbrym 32:32 - "Vine of Sedom" identified as "Moab" the "Serpents venom of Asps"
- Every false prophet ADDS or REMOVES, the 23 connection is a witness for AL YHUH marking these warnings that were not heeded by Yshral about guarding Torah from mixture with other belief systems
Common Myths About YHUH's Name Exposed
Myth: "His Name is Too Sacred to Pronounce"
The Deception:
- Rabbinic tradition claims speaking His name equals blasphemy
- Only the High Priest could say it once yearly on Yom Kippur
- Uttering the name brings death or punishment
- Must use "HaShem" or "Adonai" to show respect
- The name became ineffable after Temple destruction
The Torah Truth:
There is no 'temple' nor ever was in Torah, Sheckem-Bayt'AL (Dbrym 27). On the Name being used, the actual prohibition addresses MISUSE not USE: (Shmuth 20:7) "You shall not take the name of YHUH your ALahym in vain; for YHUH will not hold him guiltless that takes His name in vain."
- "In vain" (la-shab) means falsely, deceptively, for worthless purposes
- Not about pronunciation but about false oaths and mockery
Torah COMMANDS using YHUH's name:
- (Dbrym 6:13) "You shall fear YHUH your ALahym, and serve Him, and shall swear by His name"
- (Dbrym 10:20) "You shall fear YHUH your ALahym; Him shall you serve, and to Him shall you cleave, and swear by His name"
- (Dbrym 28:58) "If you will not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that you may fear this glorious and fearful name, YHUH YOUR ALAHYM"
How can you swear by what you won't pronounce? How can you fear what you hide? The "too sacred" inversion violates explicit Torah commands to use His Name.
Myth: "The Pronunciation of YHUH Was Lost"
The Deception:
- Last priests took pronunciation to their graves
- Multiple possible pronunciations exist
- Must wait for a false prophet from a false book 'Eli'yahu' (Name theft of AL YHUH) to reveal it
- The Masoretes tried to preserve it but failed
The Torah Truth:
YHUH's name appears thousands of times in Torah, more than any other word. Every other Hebrew word's pronunciation survived, but the most important name in an Yshralite's world was "lost"?
The letters of YHUH's Name themselves preserve pronunciation:
- Yud (י) - always makes Y sound in Hebrew
- Hay (ה) - always makes H breath sound
- Ua (ו) - makes Uu sound (not V - that's the modern sigil marked contamination)
- Hay (ה) - H breath sound again
Creates: YaHUaH
The Pronunciation is Preserved in Torah names:
- (Brashyt 29:35) Yahudah - "she said, Now will I praise YHUH: therefore she called his name Yahudah"
- The name literally means "praise YHUH" and contains the pronunciation
- Yahushua literally means YHUH saves. YaHU+aH
The ones who falsely profess to be AL YHUH's chosen priesthood didn't preserve the Name, they deliberately corrupted His Name YHUH by adding vowel points, inserting 'V' fang sigil marks, creating false titles that AL YHUH never accepted for use with or amongst Yshral like "Hashem", or "Adonai",or "Most High" even going as far as creating the Torah impossible "Yehovah., and "Yahweh". These are not His Name or His Titles. YHUH is His Name and His Titles most used alongside it are "AL" "ALAHYM" "Adan". (used by Masha only towards YHUH).
*It is not the responsibility of the non-Yshralite nations to carry or know the Name of YHUH. It's a failure on the priesthood of Yshral for walking away from our Guard function and allowing His Name YHUH which was passed as inheritance through our forefathers, to be used in vain, mocked, changed, and ridiculed. We lightly esteemed His Great and Awesome Name YHUH.
Myth: "Lord, God, and Adonai are Acceptable Substitutes for YHUH"
The Deception:
- Shows reverence and respect
- Protects the name YHUH from casual use
- All religions worship same deity under different titles
- Generic titles unite rather than divide
- Tradition sanctifies these substitutes
The Torah Truth:
Each substitute enables identity theft:
"Lord" = Baal in Hebrew
- Baal literally means "lord, master, owner"
- Same title used for Moab's deity Baal Peor the ones who stole the Torah and added their gods character to AL YHUH through the Tanakh
- Calling YHUH "Lord" is calling Him Baal
"God" = Probably the most harmless of the callings towards AL YHUH (the real 'God'). "Gad" is pronounced the same as one of the 12 tribes of Yshral, some equate 'God' with fortune-luck. It is not His Name or title, but its also not the requirement of non-Yshralite's to know or say His Name.
"Adonai" = "My lords" (plural)
- Violates (Dbrym 6:4) "Hear, O Yshral: YHUH our ALahym, YHUH is one"
- Creates multiple lords where Torah declares ONE
"HaShem" = "The name"
- Not found anywhere in Torah
- Post-Torah invention
- Refuses to say what AL YHUH commanded spoken
- Like calling someone "the person" instead of their name absolute mockery of AL YHUH
Generic titles allow any deity to claim authority. When praying to "God," which god? When calling "Lord," which lord?
Myth: "Jesus/Yeshua is YHUH's Name or Carries His Name"
The Deception:
- "Jesus is Lord"
- "The name above all names"
- "At the name of Jesus every knee shall bow"
- Yeshua means "YHUH saves"
- He came in his Father's name
The Torah Truth:
The real Yahushua from Torah:
- (Bmdbr 13:16) Mashah changed Hushai to Yahushua
- (Shmuth 23:21) ONE man received "My name is in him"
- Led military conquest as Sceptre from Aparym, wrote NOTHING, witness to Torah
- Never claimed to be more than AL YHUH's Sceptre of Yshral, in Dbrym 34 it is stated Yahushua was successful in taking the land and Yshral was given their portions
The "Jesus" construction:
- A story built on fake Mamzer and Moabite David through banned Ruth Moabite (Dbrym 23:2-3, Brashyt 18)
- Claims to fulfill fake prophecies from false "Yahu" prophets in false Tanakh (Baal Peor)
- The entire narrative derives validity from post-Torah additions
- Never uses actual name YHUH
The name progression shows complete identity erasure:
- Yahushua (Torah reality) → becomes a fictional character
- Becomes Yeshua (Torah fiction) (shortened, losing "Yah")
- Becomes Iesous (Torah fiction) (Greek with no Hebrew meaning)
- Becomes Jesus (Torah fiction) (Latin final corruption)
Myth: "The Tetragrammaton is a Mystery"
The Deception:
- Hidden meanings in the four letters
- Kabbalistic powers encoded
- Gematria significance
- Represents ineffable concepts
- Too complex for human understanding
The Torah Truth:
(Shmuth 3:15) "And ALahym said moreover unto Mashah, Thus shall you say unto the children of Yshral, YHUH ALahym of your fathers... this is My name la'ulam (forever), and this is My memorial unto all generations"
- It's His NAME, not a code
- Four simple Hebrew letters YHUH, not a mystical formula
- Given for relationship, not speculation
- "Memorial" means to be remembered and spoken
AL YHUH's Judgment on Yshral and His Enemies for Name Mockery
Yshral Failed Duty to Guard the Name of YHUH and His Torah
(Dbrym 28:58-59) "If you will not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that you may fear this glorious and fearful name, YHUH YOUR ALAHYM; Then YHUH will make your plagues wonderful, and the plagues of your seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance"
Yshral's failures:
- Failed to guard AL YHUH's name from contamination and mockery
- Joined to Baal-Peor (Bmdbr 25:2-3, Dbrym 4:2-3, Dbrym 12:32-13:2-3) accepting Moab's inversions of His Name
- Enabled every false religion through abandoning Torah and their guard post
- Let His name YHUH be hidden and mocked while false names spread in its place
(Dbrym 28:37) "And you shall become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword, among all nations whither YHUH shall lead you"
The scattering of Yshral from the land they were given as an inheritance, happened specifically for abandoning AL YHUH alongside a whole list of crimes outlined in Dbrym 32 (AL YHUH's witness against Yshral and Moab).
Moab and Ammon, The Perpetual Ban
(Dbrym 23:2-3) The double ban:
- (2) "A mamzer shall not enter into the congregation of YHUH; even to his tenth generation"
- (3) "An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of YHUH; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the congregation of YHUH forever"
Moab = mamzer from Lot's incest (Brashyt 19:37) Double violation = double ban forever
Moab's mockery methods include:
- Created false prophets with stolen "Yahu" names and attaching it to the hind end of their false prophets names
- Built impossible genealogies through banned Ruth
- Added entire books to Torah (Dbrym 4:2-3 violation)
- Hid YHUH while promoting false deities
(Bmdbr 31:16) "Behold, these caused the children of Yshral, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against YHUH in the matter of Peor"
- Their contamination method established at Peor
- Still operating through religious systems today
The Curses Against Yshral For Oath Abandonment Are Active Now
(Dbrym 28:15) "But it shall come to pass, if you will not hearken unto the voice of YHUH your ALahym, to observe to do all His commandments and His statutes which I command you this day; that all these curses shall come upon you, and overtake you"
The curses operating:
- (28:20) "YHUH shall send upon you cursing, vexation, and rebuke"
- (28:28) "YHUH shall smite you with madness, and blindness, and astonishment of heart"
- (28:43) "The stranger that is within you shall get up above you very high; and you shall come down very low"
- (28:64) "YHUH shall scatter you among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other"
These curses remain in effect until AL YHUH restores the remnant left as He promised in Dbrym 30, 32, marking the return of Yshral to AL YHUH and the Oath made with Him as described in Wyqra 26:40-, Dbrym 30.
The 'non-Yshralite's' Are Not Under Name Judgment
Those who never received the Oath of AL YHUH at Moab:
- Never stood at Horeb (Dbrym 5:2-3)
- Never sworn at Moab (Dbrym 29:14-15)
- Never given His name directly
- Not responsible for what they didn't receive
(Dbrym 4:19) "And lest you lift up your eyes unto heaven, and when you see the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, should be driven to worship them, and serve them, which YHUH your ALahym has divided unto all nations under the whole heaven"
Non-Yshralite nations have their own ways, only those who stole His name for inversion, false prophecy, and mockery are those AL YHUH has spoken of in Judgement.
AL YHUH's Promise to Restore Yshral
(Dbrym 30:1-3) The return conditions:
- (1) "When all these things are come upon you, the empowerment and the curse"
- (2) "And shall return unto YHUH your ALahym, and shall obey His voice"
- (3) "That then YHUH your ALahym will turn your captivity, and have compassion upon you"
This includes restoring His name from contamination.
What this Torah Witness Establishes
His name YHUH will be cleared of all inversion and mockery:
- Hidden name will be revealed (Dbrym 30:1-3)
- False authorities will be exposed (Dbrym 32:35-43)
- Stolen identity will be recovered (Dbrym 30:7)
- Mockery will return on mockers' heads (Dbrym 30:7)
The judgment of AL YHUH for His Name's sake comes for:
- Those who failed their guard duty - Yshral (Dbrym 28:15-68)
- Those who deliberately invert, corrupt, and mock AL YHUH - Moab/religious systems (Dbrym 23:2-3, Dbrym 32)
- Those who profit from the hidden name - false authorities (Dbrym 13:1-5)
The restoration of Yshral comes through AL YHUH's hand. Not an organization or man-made assemblies trying to force what only AL YHUH can make to be. Dbrym 30:1-10
Myth: "Torah and AL YHUH are for everyone"
The Deception Structure
This lie operates through three layers of inversion:
- Universalizing the specific nature of the Torah
- Obligating those to Torah and AL YHUH who never swore
- Creating false guilt for non-participation or lack of knowledge of AL YHUH or His Torah
The Torah Reality - Who Actually Received What
At Mt. Horeb - The Limited Group
(Dbrym 5:2-3) "YHUH our ALahym made a Oath with us in Horeb. (3) YHUH made not this Oath with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day."
Who stood there:
- Yshral who left Egypt (Shmuth 12:37)
- Mixed multitude who joined them (Shmuth 12:38)
- NOT the nations who remained in their lands
- NOT future peoples who never heard
The Oath was location and time specific, those physically present who heard AL YHUH's voice.
At Moab - Yshral Alone
(Dbrym 29:1) "These are the words of the Oath, which YHUH commanded Mashah to make with the children of Yshral in the land of Moab, beside the Oath which he made with them in Horeb."
Two distinct Oaths:
- Horeb: Basic commands to Yshral and mixed multitude
- Moab: Complete Torah to Yshral ONLY
(Dbrym 29:10-15) Lists exactly who enters this Oath:
- (10) "You stand this day all of you before YHUH your ALahym"
- (14-15) "Neither with you only... but with him that stands here... and also with him that is not here with us this day"
The "not here" refers to future Yshral generations, not nations. Nations are never mentioned as Oath participants.
Why Torah Was Never Universal
Yshral Chosen for Specific Function
(Dbrym 7:6) "For you are a Set-apart people unto YHUH your ALahym: YHUH your ALahym has chosen you to be a special people unto Himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth."
Key words:
- "Chosen" - selected from among others
- "Special" - different from others
- "Above all people" - distinct position
If Torah was for everyone, no distinction exists. The choosing becomes meaningless.
The Priest Function Explained
(Shmuth 19:5-6) "Now therefore, if you will obey My voice indeed, and keep My Oath, then you shall be a peculiar treasure unto Me above all people: for all the earth is Mine: (6) And you shall be unto Me a kingdom of priests, and a Set-apart nation."
Additional priest function witnesses:
(Dbrym 4:5-6) "Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as YHUH my ALahym commanded me, that you should do so in the land whither you go to possess it. (6) Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people."
(Dbrym 26:18-19) "And YHUH has avouched you this day to be His peculiar people, as He has promised you, and that you should keep all His commandments; (19) And to make you high above all nations which He has made, in praise, and in name, and in honour; and that you may be a Set-apart people unto YHUH your ALahym, as He has spoken."
Priest structure requires:
- Priests who serve (Yshral) - set apart and elevated
- Those served (nations) - witness and learn by observation
- Different obligations for each group
- Demonstration through living example, not conversion
If everyone is a priest, no one is. The priest function collapses.
Nations Have Different Judgment Standard
(Brashyt 12:3) "And I will empower them that empower you, and curse him that curses you: and in you shall all families of the earth be empowered."
Nations judged by:
- How they treat Yshral
- Basic justice laws from Noah's time
- NOT by Torah observance
- NOT by Oath keeping
The Seven Laws Given to Noah (for all humanity):
- (Brashyt 9:6) "Whoso sheds man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed" - prohibition of murder
- (Brashyt 9:4) "But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall you not eat" - not eating blood from animals
- (Brashyt 2:24) Establishing proper sexual relations (referenced before flood)
- (Brashyt 2:16-17) Basic hearing and doing structure established with Adam
- (Brashyt 9:1-2) Establishing human authority over animals, not their worship
The Universal Justice Principle:
- (Shmuth 21:23-25) "And if any mischief follow, then you shall give life for life, (24) Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, (25) Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe"
- This perfect justice predates Torah - it's natural law
- Applies to all humans regardless of Oath status
Nations operate under natural justice, not Torah Oath. They can't violate what they never received.
Nations ‘Can’ Face Judgment for Mockery and Inversion
While nations aren't bound by Torah Oath, they ARE judged for:
Misusing His Name and Authority:
- (Shmuth 20:7) "You shall not take the name of YHUH your ALahym in vain" - applies to anyone using His name
- Using Torah to prop up false religions while claiming His authority (Dbrym 4:2-3, 12:32-13:2-3)
- Creating inversions of His commands while claiming to follow Him
Leading Yshral Astray:
- (Bmydbr 31:16) "through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against YHUH"
- (Dbrym 23:2-3) Moab receives double forever ban from the Assembly of Yshral for their corruption and inversion method, and hostility against AL YHUH
Putting Stumbling Blocks:
- (Wyqra 19:14) "You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the blind"
- Using partial Torah truths to deceive
- Creating confusion about AL YHUH’s actual commands
This is exactly what's happened today, Moab's inversions from Baal-Peor created the contamination that all false religions now use to prop up their religious power claiming AL YHUH's authority while teaching opposite of Torah.
The Command to Remain Separate
(Dbrym 7:1-3) "When YHUH your ALahym shall bring you into the land whither you go to possess it, and has cast out many nations before you, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Yebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than you; (2) And when YHUH your ALahym shall deliver them before you; you shall smite them, and utterly destroy them; you shall make no Oath with them, nor show mercy unto them: (3) Neither shall you make marriages with them"
This addresses the seven nations IN THE LAND that AL YHUH was giving to Yshral, nations who did exceptionally evil things like child sacrifices and human trafficking, not all nations around the world were meant in this scripture.
The separation commands:
- NO Oaths with these specific nations
- NO mixing through marriage with them
- These seven had filled their cup of iniquity
For other nations:
- (Dbrym 23:7) "You shall not abhor an Edomite; for he is your brother"
- (Dbrym 23:7) "You shall not abhor an Egyptian; because you were a stranger in his land"
- (Dbrym 23:2-3) Specific eternal bans for Moab and Ammon only
The command is separation and distinction, not universal destruction.
What Nations Actually Received from AL YHUH
(Dbrym 4:19) "And lest you lift up your eyes unto heaven, and when you see the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, should be driven to worship them, and serve them, which YHUH your ALahym has divided unto all nations under the whole heaven."
AL YHUH "divided" (assigned) to nations:
- Sun, moon, stars for worship
- Their own systems
- NOT Torah
AL YHUH gave the nations their own systems not His Torah.
The Moab Mockery Method
The universalization of AL YHUH serves Moab's purpose:
- Dilutes Yshral's specific responsibility
- (Dbrym 7:6) Yshral chosen "above all people" - distinction destroyed if all have same obligation
- (Shmuth 19:5-6) "kingdom of priests" - priest function requires non-priests to serve
- (Dbrym 26:18-19) Made "high above all nations" - not equal with them
- Creates false obligations on nations
- (Dbrym 4:19) Nations given "sun, moon, and stars" not Torah
- (Dbrym 32:8) "He set the bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Yshral"
- (Dbrym 5:2-3) Oaths were only made with Yshral, and the mixed multitude not all nations have obligation to AL YHUH
- Enables false religious authority claims
- (Dbrym 4:2-3) "You shall not add" (v.2) directly tied to "Baal-peor" (v.3) - the 23 pattern marking their method
- (Dbrym 12:32-13:2-3) "You shall not add thereto" (12:32) then false prophet warning (13:2-3) - another 23 marker
- (Bmydbr 25:2-3) The joining at Peor through ADDITIONS - the contamination method (2-3 marks it again)
- Justifies missionary invasion
- Opposite of (Dbrym 7:3) "Neither shall you make marriages with them"
- Violates (Bmydbr 23:9) "the people shall dwell alone, and shall not be reckoned among the nations"
- Against (Dbrym 23:2-3) where some are banned FOREVER from assembly
- Destroys the priest/nation structure
- (Shmuth 19:6) requires distinction between priests and served
- (Dbrym 4:5-6) Nations observe Yshral's wisdom, not join it
Torah's Exclusive Execution Assignment is to Yshral - Never Universal
Torah belongs to:
- Yshral by inheritance (Dbrym 33:4) "Mashah commanded us a law, even the inheritance of the congregation of Yaiqob"
- Confirmed by (Dbrym 4:8) "And what nation is there so great, that has statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?"
- Sealed at Moab (Dbrym 29:1) "These are the words of the Oath, which YHUH commanded Mashah to make with the children of Yshral"
- Mixed multitude by choice at Horeb (Shmuth 12:38, Shmuth 19:8)
- NO ONE ELSE
AL YHUH never commanded:
- Spreading Torah to nations - (Dbrym 7:2) "make no Oath with them" / (Bmydbr 23:9) "shall dwell alone" / (Dbrym 4:5-6) They observe Yshral, not receive Torah
- Converting peoples - (Dbrym 23:2-3) Moab/Ammon banned FOREVER / (Dbrym 7:3) "Neither shall you make marriages" / (Shmuth 34:15) "Lest you make a Oath with the inhabitants of the land"
- Universal obligations - (Dbrym 5:3) Oath only with those present / (Dbrym 4:19-20) Nations given different systems, Yshral taken for Himself / (Dbrym 29:14-15) Even future Oath is only Yshral's responsibility to fulfill
- Missionary work - (Dbrym 23:2-3) Some can NEVER enter assembly / (Shmuth 23:32) "You shall make no Oath with them" / (Dbrym 4:6-8) Nations witness Yshral's wisdom, not join it
Making Torah universal or inviting those to join who are not part of the oath by blood destroys its entire structure and mocks AL YHUH's specific choosing.
Myth: "AL YHUH demands your worship"
The Word "Worship" is a Foreign Contamination of the Torah
The word "worship" doesn't exist in the Torah. Nor is there any instance in the Torah where AL YHUH instructs ‘worship’ of Him (especially by all nations).
This English word ‘worship’ is used to replace the actual method of aligning with AL YHUH and carries serious inversion implications.
Worship defines and describes:
- Bowing to idols
- Mindless repetition
- Performance for deity approval
- Trying to appease or buy favor
- Narcissistic need for constant praise
Hebrew Torah uses completely different concepts:
- Shema (hear/listen) - active listening that leads to action (Dbrym 6:4)
- Asah (do/make) - performing commanded actions
- Abad (serve/work) - functional service like farming
- Ahab (love through action) - demonstrated care, not feelings
The Real Torah Instruction - Hear and Do
(Dbrym 6:4-9) "Hear, O Yshral: YHUH our ALahym, YHUH is one: (5) And you shall love YHUH your ALahym with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. (6) And these words, which I command you this day, shall be in your heart: (7) And you shall teach them diligently unto your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up. (8) And you shall bind them for a sign upon your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. (9) And you shall write them upon the posts of your house, and on your gates."
This is the actual requirement:
- HEAR the commands (not worship)
- DO them with all your being
- TEACH them to your children
- BIND them on hands (how we act)
- FRONTLETS between eyes (how we perceive)
- ALIGNMENT of perception and action with Torah
No "worship" - just hearing and doing.
The Feast Reality - Joy Not Burden
The appointed times weren't "worship services" but functional celebrations:
(Dbrym 16:13-15) "You shall observe the feast of tabernacles seven days, after that you have gathered in your corn and your wine: (14) And you shall rejoice in your feast, you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Luyite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within your gates. (15) Seven days shall you keep a feast unto YHUH your ALahym in the place which YHUH shall choose: because YHUH your ALahym shall empower you in all your increase, and in all the works of your hands, therefore you shall surely rejoice."
Key word: REJOICE (repeated 3 times)
- Families gathering for trade and celebration
- Wine drunk together
- Deals made, marriages arranged
- AL YHUH participating in the joy WITH them
(Dbrym 14:26) "And you shall bestow that money for whatsoever your being lusts after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever your being desires: and you shall eat there before YHUH your ALahym, and you shall rejoice, you, and your household"
Feasts are gatherings where:
- Tribal leaders meet
- Trade negotiations occur
- All males answer their King's summons
- AL YHUH joins the celebration
Not "worship service" - KINGDOM GATHERING.
Prayer - Barely Mentioned in the Torah
What AL YHUH actually commands in (Dbrym 6:7-9):
- (7) "And you shall teach them diligently unto your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up"
- (8) "And you shall bind them for a sign upon your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes"
- (9) "And you shall write them upon the posts of your house, and on your gates"
Key Details:
- TALK of His words while walking the path
- TEACH them to children throughout the day
- BIND them on hands (affecting actions)
- PLACE between eyes (affecting perception)
- WRITE them on doorposts and gates
Not one command is mentioned for repetitive prayer or bowing. It's about constant awareness and discussion of Torah throughout daily life.
Actual prayer instances in Torah are rare:
- Mashah speaks directly to AL YHUH in crisis (Shmuth 33:11, Bmydbr 11:2)
- Emergency appeals for help (Bmydbr 12:13 - Mashah's brief "AL, please heal her")
- Not daily repetitive "worship"
- Not treating Him as genie for wishes
- Not formal bowing ceremonies
AL YHUH wants His words in our consciousness while we work, walk, eat, and live - not segregated into "prayer time." AL YHUH is not sitting in the heavena demanding constant praise like a narcissistic human ruler. That's Moab through Baal Peor projecting their character traits onto Him.
Who Actually Has Obligations to AL YHUH
Those Under Oath - Action Required
(Dbrym 10:12-13) "And now, Yshral, what does YHUH your ALahym require of you, but to fear YHUH your ALahym, to walk in all His ways, and to ahab atah AL YHUH, and to serve YHUH your ALahym with all your heart and with all your soul, (13) To keep the commandments of YHUH, and His statutes"
Requirements:
- Fear (enough to respect His power, and Authority)
- Walk His ways (live by Torah)
- Love (through action - ahab)
- Serve (functional work - abad)
- Keep commandments (DO them)
Not one mention of "worship."
Nations - No Worship Command
(Dbrym 4:19) "And lest you lift up your eyes unto heaven, and when you see the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, should be driven to worship them, and serve them, which YHUH your ALahym has divided unto all nations under the whole heaven."
Nations were GIVEN different systems - not commanded to abandon them for Torah.
(Brashyt 12:3) Nations judged only by: "I will empower them that empower you, and curse him that curses you"
- Treatment of Yshral
- Not worship performance
- Not religious conversion
The Mockery of "Worship" Systems
All religions that build on the TaNaKh (the first contamination of Torah) paint AL YHUH as:
- Demanding constant praise and validation
- Jealously requiring exclusive worship
- Punishing insufficient groveling
- Needing human submission to feel complete
This dark picture comes from TaNaKh additions also known as Baal Peor, not Torah itself.
These TaNaKh-based systems create "worship" to replace hearing and doing:
- Ritual performance replacing Torah action
- Singing/praising while violating His instructions
- Prayer services instead of kingdom gathering
- Submission theaters instead of joyful feasts
All violate (Dbrym 4:2-3) by adding worship to forms of connecting with AL YHUH the He never commanded.
The pattern across all TaNaKh-contaminated religions:
- They reject His actual commands
- Create their own worship methods
- Teach worship saves without hearing and doing
- Use worship to replace Oath requirements (which are only for Yshral to be bound to anyway)
This serves Moab's purpose, keeping people busy with empty ritual while they invert and violate every aspect of AL YHUH’s Torah.
The Narcissistic Projection of Worship onto AL YHUH
Moab attributes to AL YHUH their own needs:
- Constant praise and validation
- Jealous rage if not worshipped
- Demanding submission and groveling
- Punishing for insufficient worship
This isn't AL YHUH's character in Torah:
- He establishes functional relationships
- Gives commands for man's benefit (Dbrym 10:13) "for your good"
- Participates in joy and celebration
- Works WITH His people not OVER them as tyrant
Hearing and Doing is ‘worship’ Not Performance Rituals
(Dbrym 11:13-15) "And it shall come to pass, if you shall hearken diligently unto My commandments which I command you this day, to love YHUH your ALahym, and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul, (14) That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain, and your wine, and your oil. (15) And I will send grass in your fields for your cattle, that you may eat and be full."
The pattern:
- IF you DO commandments
- THEN tangible earthly empowerments
- Not "worship me and go to heaven"
- Practical cause and effect
Empty Worship = Vanity
(Dbrym 32:21) "They have moved Me to jealousy with that which is not AL; they have provoked Me to anger with their vanities"
Vanities = empty performances including:
- Worship without Oath
- Rituals without hearing and doing
- Praise while violating Torah
- Religious performance for show
The Real Requirement
For Yshral:
The GUARD Function - Before Everything Else
The first commands at Horeb establish the guard priority:
- (Shmuth 20:2-3) "I am YHUH your ALahym, which have brought you out of the land of Egypt" - WHO He is, WHAT He did
- (Shmuth 20:4-6) "You shall not make unto you any graven image" - HOW He is to be respected (not replaced with images)
- (Shmuth 20:7) "You shall not take the name of YHUH your ALahym in vain" - GUARD His name from misuse
Before Sabbath (Shmuth 20:8), before murder prohibition (Shmuth 20:13), before ANY other command - GUARD YHUH's identity and name from mockery.
(Dbrym 4:2-3) "You shall not add unto the word which I command you" - GUARD Torah from contamination (Dbrym 12:32) "What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: you shall not add thereto" - GUARD from additions
The word "shamar" (guard/keep) appears separately from "asah" (do) throughout Torah:
- Guard is protecting Torah from corruption (Dbrym 4:2)
- Do is performing the commands (Dbrym 28:1)
- Two distinct functions, both required (Dbrym 11:22)
The Reality of Progressive hearing and doing of Torah
Like AL YHUH led Yshral 40 years in the wilderness (Dbrym 8:2-4), He leads individuals progressively:
- (Dbrym 8:2) "And you shall remember all the way which YHUH your ALahym led you these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you, and to prove you"
- First: Guard His name and Torah from mockery even when you can't DO perfectly (Shmuth 20:7, Dbrym 4:2)
- Second: Learn and implement the Ten Words - foundation (Shmuth 20:1-17)
- Third: Gradually align life with all Torah - takes years (Dbrym 6:1-3)
Examples of progression:
- Diet changes from unclean to clean - takes time (Wyqra 11)
- Clothing from mixed fibers to natural - gradual replacement (Wyqra 19:19, Dbrym 22:11)
- Home from synthetic to natural materials - years of transition (Wyqra 14:33-53)
- Calendar from Roman to His appointed times - learning process (Wyqra 23)
AL YHUH doesn't Judge for imperfection during transition, He judges for:
- Abandoning the guard function (Dbrym 28:15)
- Adding to or removing from Torah (Dbrym 4:2-3, Bmydbr 25:2-3)
- Claiming His authority while teaching opposite (Dbrym 13:1-5)
- Leading others astray through false doctrine (Dbrym 13:6-11, Dbrym 18, Dbrym 32:32)
Yshral's Primary Failure
Yshral failed the GUARD function:
- Allowed His name to be hidden (violating Shmuth 3:15)
- Permitted additions to Torah - TaNaKh (violating Dbrym 4:2)
- Enabled Moab's mockery through silence (failing Dbrym 7:2)
- Let inversions replace truth (abandoning Dbrym 6:4-9)
Even when scattered and unable to DO all Torah - no Mishkan/Mikdash (Dbrym 12:5-7), no land (Dbrym 26:1-2) - Yshral could have maintained the GUARD function. This was the first and most critical failure.
The Continuing Obligation
- Hear and do (Dbrym 6:4-5)
- Keep commandments progressively (Dbrym 10:13)
- GUARD Torah and His name ALWAYS (Dbrym 4:2, 12:32)
- Live Torah daily as able (Dbrym 6:7-9)
For Nations Not Bound to Torah:
- Treat Yshral well (Brashyt 12:3)
- Recognize AL YHUH through Yshral's success (Dbrym 4:6-7)
- Follow basic justice from Noah (Brashyt 9:1-7)
The Kingdom Reality Not Religious Performance
Torah describes a KINGDOM of a people, not a religion:
- A King (AL YHUH) with subjects (Yshral)
- Laws for the kingdom (Torah)
- Appointed gatherings (feasts)
- Economic system (tithes and offerings)
- Justice system (eye for eye)
- Military structure (tribal armies)
Modern "worship" replaced Torah function with religious performance.
AL YHUH doesn't demand worship. He demands hearing and doing from those sworn to Him, and justice from all mankind. The "worship" concept is pure mockery, projecting narcissistic human rulership onto AL YHUH who is far above this kind of behaviour, creating each nation with their own character. AL YHUH joins His people Yshral in celebration rather than demanding grovelling submission.
Myth: "If you don't believe in AL YHUH you go to hell"
The Terrorism Through Fear
This doctrine operates as psychological terrorism:
- Creating fear of infinite torture for finite actions
- Forcing conversion through threat not truth
- Establishing religious authority through terror
- Controlling populations with unprovable threats
Torah Contains NO Eternal Torment
Death = Return to Dust
(Brashyt 3:19) "In the sweat of your face shall you eat bread, till you return unto the ground; for out of it were you taken: for dust you are, and unto dust shall you return"
The Torah verdict on death:
- You came from dust
- You return to dust
- Sheol is known as the ‘resting’ ‘sleeping’ place neither a heaven or a hell (Dbrym 34)
- No eternal destination described
(Brashyt 2:7) "And YHUH ALahym formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being”
- Body from dust + breath from AL YHUH = living soul
- Remove breath = return to dust
The Grave (Sheol) - Not Hell
When Torah mentions "sheol" it means grave/pit:
- (Brashyt 37:35) Yaaqob says he'll go down to sheol mourning - meaning the grave
- (Brashyt 42:38) Yaaqob fears going to sheol in sorrow - again, the grave
- (Bmydbr 16:30,33) Korah goes down alive into sheol - literally swallowed by earth
Sheol = physical grave, not spiritual torture chamber.
Consequences Are Earthly Not Afterlife
The Torah Justice System
(Dbrym 28:15-68) All curses are EARTHLY:
- Disease, drought, defeat (v.21-25)
- Madness, blindness, oppression (v.28-29)
- Children taken, wife ravished (v.30-32)
- Scattered among nations (v.64)
- NO mention of afterlife punishment
(Dbrym 30:15,19) "See, I have set before you this day life and good, and death and evil... I have set before you life and death, empowerment and cursing"
- Life vs death (not heaven vs hell)
- empowerment vs cursing (earthly consequences)
- Choice affects THIS life and descendants
Generational Consequences Not Eternal Ones
(Shmuth 20:5) "Visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate Me"
- Consequences pass to children
- Limited to 3-4 generations
- NOT eternal punishment
(Dbrym 24:16) "The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin"
- Individual responsibility
- Death is the maximum penalty
- No extended torture mentioned
Justice Through Perfect Recompense
Eye for Eye - Perfect Justice
(Shmuth 21:23-25) "And if any mischief follow, then you shall give life for life, (24) Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, (25) Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe"
This is AL YHUH's justice:
- Exact recompense, not excessive
- You kill = you die (not eternal torture)
- You steal = you repay (not infinite punishment)
- Perfect balance, not sadistic overkill
Eternal torment for finite actions violates this principle entirely.
Who Faces What Consequences
For Nations - Natural Justice
Nations not under Oath face:
- Natural consequences (cause and effect)
- Earthly judgment for actions (Brashyt 12:3)
- Death returning to dust (Brashyt 3:19)
(Dbrym 4:19) Nations given their own systems, not threatened with hell for following them.
For Yshral - Oath Curses
(Dbrym 28:58-59) "If you will not observe to do all the words of this law... YHUH will make your plagues wonderful"
- Plagues are earthly
- Scattering is earthly
- Suffering is earthly
- Death ends it - no eternal extension
For Enemies Like Moab
(Dbrym 23:2-3) Banned forever from assembly
- Earthly exclusion
- No mention of afterlife punishment
- Their judgment is separation, not torture
The Origin of Hell Doctrine
Hell comes from:
- Greek "Hades" mythology
- Persian "Zoroastrian" dualism
- Roman "Infernum" concept
- NOT from Torah
These Baal Peor additions through religions that take root in the TaNaKh are the creators of this false heaven and hell concept. AL YHUH does not describe any such place in His Torah.
Why They Created the Hell Doctrine
Control Through Fear
Unprovable threat = ultimate control:
- Can't be verified until death
- Creates desperate compliance
- Bypasses rational evaluation
- Exploits survival instinct
Stolen Authority Through Terror
Religious systems claim:
- Power to save from hell
- Authority to condemn to hell
- Monopoly on salvation
- Control over eternal destiny
This creates dependency on religious authorities who claim keys to avoid the torture of hell when you die.
Conversion Through Coercion
Hell doctrine enables:
- Forced conversions through fear
- Children terrorized into compliance
- Deathbed exploitation
- Missionary aggression
"Accept or burn forever" = spiritual rape, not free choice.
The Character Assassination of AL YHUH
Hell doctrine created through Baal Peor makes AL YHUH into:
- Infinite torturer for finite crimes
- Sadist enjoying eternal screams
- Unjust judge violating eye-for-eye
- Terrorist using ultimate threats
This isn't the AL YHUH of Torah who:
- Establishes perfect justice (Shmuth 21:23-25)
- Shows mercy in judgment (Dbrym 30:1-3)
- Gives earthly consequences (Dbrym 28)
- Returns all to dust equally (Brashyt 3:19)
- Establishes a resting place in Sheol where people are gathered to their Kin (Dbrym 34)
The Moab Mockery and Inversion Method
Religions basing their root on the Tanakh use hell to:
- Replace Torah's earthly justice with cosmic terrorism
- Create priest dependency for "salvation"
- Generate converts through fear not truth
- Control populations with unprovable threats
- Mock AL YHUH as infinite torturer
They project human sadism onto AL YHUH, making Him worse than any earthly tyrant.
What Actually Happens at Death - Torah's Witnesses
Gathered to Your People
Torah consistently uses this phrase for death:
- (Brashyt 25:8) "Then Abraham died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years; and was gathered to his people"
- (Brashyt 25:17) "And these are the years of the life of Ishmael... and he died; and was gathered unto his people"
- (Brashyt 35:29) "And Ytsaq died, and was gathered unto his people, being old and full of days"
- (Brashyt 49:33) "When Yaaqob had made an end of commanding his sons... he gathered up his feet into the bed, and died, and was gathered unto his people"
This gathering implies:
- Joining ancestors in death (not location)
- Continuity with your bloodline
- Rest with your kin
- NOT conscious activity or torment
Some Are Blotted Out
(Shmuth 32:33) "And YHUH said unto Mashah, Whosoever has sinned against Me, him will I blot out of My book"
- Blotting out = removal from remembrance
- Suggests some are remembered, some forgotten
- Not about torture but about legacy/memory
Sheol - The Resting Place
- (Brashyt 37:35) Yaiqob: "I will go down into sheol unto my son mourning"
- (Dbrym 32:22) "For a fire is kindled in Mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest sheol"
Sheol = the grave/pit where all rest. Not a torture chamber but the common destination - the ground.
The Sleep Description
(Dbrym 31:16) "And YHUH said unto Mashah, Behold, you shall sleep with your fathers"
- Death described as sleep
- Joining fathers in rest
- No consciousness implied
The Torah pattern: Death → Dust → Rest/Sleep → Gathered to people (for some) → Blotted out (for others)
No eternal hell with demons. No conscious torment. There is only AL YHUH, and we return to the dust from which we came, either remembered with our kin or blotted from memory.
The Real Fear to
(Dbrym 28:66-67) "And your life shall hang in doubt before you; and you shall fear day and night, and shall have none assurance of your life: (67) In the morning you shall say, Would it were evening! and at evening you shall say, Would it were morning!"
Real fear is EARTHLY suffering under the curses like Yshral, not imaginary afterlife torture.
Why They Created Satan and Hell - To Hide Moab
The creation of "Satan" and "Hell" serves a specific purpose: hiding the real enemy.
Moab IS Everything They Attribute to Satan
What they claim "Satan" does:
- Deceives the whole world - This is MOAB (Bmydbr 25:2-3, 31:16)
- Accuses and slanders - This is MOAB through false prophets
- Leads astray from truth - This is MOAB through Baal-Peor (Dbrym 4:3)
- Creates false religions - This is MOAB through TaNaKh additions
- Opposes AL YHUH's people - This is MOAB (Dbrym 23:3-4)
By creating a mythical "Satan," they:
- Hide Moab's actual identity as the adversary
- Make the enemy "spiritual" and unfightable
- Distract from real humans with real addresses
- Create complacency - "it's spiritual warfare" instead of exposing Moab
- Enable Moab to operate unchallenged while everyone fights imaginary demons
The Brilliant Deception
AL YHUH identifies Moab as the serpent throughout Torah:
Dbrym 32:32-33 "For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter: (33) Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps"
- Moab = vine of Sodom (through Lot's incest)
- Their wine = serpent poison
- They ARE the serpent, not fighting one
The Serpent Markers Throughout Torah:
- (Bmydbr 22-25) Entire Balak/Balaam narrative - Moab trying to curse Yshral
- (Bmydbr 23:23) "Surely there is no enchantment against Yaaqob" - Moab's curses can't work
- (Bmydbr 25:2-3) The joining at Baal-Peor - the 23 pattern of contamination
- (Dbrym 4:2-3) Don't add (v.2) + Baal-Peor reference (v.3) - the 23 marking
- (Dbrym 12:32-13:2-3) Another 23 pattern warning against additions
- (Dbrym 23:2-3) Moab banned forever - the double 23 witness
Their Character Revealed: (Dbrym 23:4-6) "Because they met you not with bread and with water in the way... and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor... to curse you. (5) Nevertheless YHUH your ALahym would not hearken unto Balaam... (6) You shall not seek their peace nor their prosperity all your days forever"
AL YHUH describes them as:
- Refusing basic hospitality (bread and water)
- Hiring curses against His people
- Forever enemies never to be helped
- The actual serpent adversary
Their Symbols Everywhere:
- Serpent on medical symbols (claiming to heal while poisoning)
- V-sigil (serpent mark) added to Hebrew names (Vav instead of Uav)
- Snake imagery on their controlled institutions
- Dragon/serpent symbols on banking and legal systems
By creating mythical "Satan," they:
- Hide that THEY are the serpent
- Make the enemy "spiritual" and unfightable
- Distract from Moab with real addresses and bloodlines
- Create complacency - "spiritual warfare" instead of exposing Moab
- Enable Moab to operate while everyone fights imaginary demons
AL YHUH was careful to put everything needed to identify and testify against them in Torah. The serpent isn't mystical - it's Moab, marked with 23 throughout their operations.
Hell Serves the Same Purpose
While people fear imaginary afterlife torture:
- Moab creates earthly hell through their systems
- Real suffering happens NOW through their inversions
- Focus shifts from earthly justice to afterlife fear
- Moab escapes accountability - "the devil made them do it"
The truth: There is no Satan except Moab operating. There is no hell except what they create on earth. There are no demons except human enemies with genealogies and addresses.
By exposing this, we can finally fight the real enemy instead of shadows.
Myth: "AL YHUH loves everyone equally"
The Universal Love Deception
This doctrine inverts AL YHUH's specific relationships by:
- Erasing His chosen people's distinction
- Denying His declared enemies exist
- Creating false unity where He established separation
- Mocking His specific Oaths
Torah Declares Specific Relationships
The Chosen People - Yshral
(Dbrym 7:6-8) "For you are a Set-apart people unto YHUH your ALahym: YHUH your ALahym has chosen you to be a special people unto Himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth. (7) YHUH did not set His love upon you, nor choose you, because you were more in number than any people; for you were the fewest of all people: (8) But because YHUH loved you, and because He would keep the oath which He had sworn unto your fathers"
Key words:
- "Chosen" - selected specifically
- "Special people" - not equal with others
- "Above all people" - elevated position
- "YHUH loved you" - specific love for Yshral
(Shmuth 19:5) "Now therefore, if you will obey My voice indeed, and keep My Oath, then you shall be a peculiar treasure unto Me above all people"
- "Peculiar treasure" - unique value
- "Above all people" - not equal love
Those He Hates - Explicitly Stated
(Dbrym 16:22) "Neither shall you set up any image; which YHUH your ALahym hates"
- He HATES certain things and those who do them
(Dbrym 12:31) "You shall not do so unto YHUH your ALahym: for every abomination to YHUH, which He hates, have they done unto their alahym"
- He HATES those practicing abominations
(Wyqra 20:23) "And you shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them"
- "Abhorred" = active disgust and rejection
The Forever Banned
(Dbrym 23:2-3) "A mamzer shall not enter into the congregation of YHUH; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of YHUH. (3) An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of YHUH; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the congregation of YHUH forever"
How is this equal love?
- Banned FOREVER
- No redemption offered
- Perpetual exclusion
- Their children inherit the ban
(Dbrym 23:6) "You shall not seek their peace nor their prosperity all your days forever"
- Commanded to NEVER help them
- NEVER seek their wellbeing
- Forever adversarial relationship
The Yaaqob and Esau Reality
(Brashyt 25:23) "And YHUH said unto her, Two nations are in your womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from your bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger"
Before birth, AL YHUH:
- Chose Yaaqob over Esau
- Determined their destinies
- Established inequality
- Set one to serve the other
This predestined preference destroys "equal love" doctrine.
Different Treatment for Different Nations
Some Nations Protected
(Dbrym 2:4-5) "And command the people, saying, You are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau... Meddle not with them; for I will not give you of their land, no, not so much as a foot breadth; because I have given mount Seir unto Esau for a possession"
(Dbrym 2:9) "And YHUH said unto me, Distress not the Moabites, neither contend with them in battle: for I will not give you of their land for a possession; because I have given Ar unto the children of Lot"
Despite Moab being banned from assembly, their land is protected. Complex relationships, not universal love.
Some Nations Destroyed
(Dbrym 7:1-2) "When YHUH your ALahym shall bring you into the land... and has cast out many nations before you... seven nations greater and mightier than you; (2) And when YHUH your ALahym shall deliver them before you; you shall smite them, and utterly destroy them; you shall make no Oath with them, nor show mercy unto them"
Seven nations marked for complete destruction:
- No mercy shown
- No Oaths allowed
- Total elimination commanded
- Where's the equal love?
Some Nations Neutral
(Dbrym 23:7) "You shall not abhor an Edomite; for he is your brother: you shall not abhor an Egyptian; because you were a stranger in his land"
- Don't abhor but don't specially love
- Historical relationship acknowledged
- Third generation can enter assembly
AL YHUH's Love Has Conditions
For Yshral - Oath Love
(Dbrym 7:9) "Know therefore that YHUH your ALahym, He is ALahym, the faithful AL, which keeps Oath and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments to a thousand generations"
His love requires:
- Loving Him back
- Keeping His commandments
- Maintaining Oath
- NOT unconditional
(Dbrym 7:10) "And repays them that hate Him to their face, to destroy them: He will not be slack to him that hates Him, He will repay him to his face"
- Those who hate Him get destroyed
- No equal love for haters
- Direct recompense for hatred
For Nations - Based on Treatment of Yshral
(Brashyt 12:3) "And I will empower them that empower you, and curse him that curses you"
- empowerment for those who empower Yshral
- Cursing for those who curse Yshral
- Conditional, not universal
- Based on actions toward His chosen
The Character Traits Revealed
AL YHUH demonstrates:
- Preference - Choosing some over others (Dbrym 7:6)
- Hatred - Of evil and evildoers (Dbrym 12:31)
- Exclusion - Forever bans (Dbrym 23:2-3)
- Favoritism - For His chosen (Shmuth 19:5)
- Vengeance - Against enemies (Dbrym 32:35)
- Jealousy - For His people's loyalty (Shmuth 20:5)
These aren't human flaws but His declared nature. The "universal love" doctrine makes Him a liar about His own character.
Why Moab Created Universal Love Doctrine
To Destroy Distinctions
If AL YHUH loves everyone equally, then Yshral's choosing becomes meaningless. The Oath that sets Yshral apart as a kingdom of priests (Shmuth 19:6) loses all value when everyone claims equal standing. The specific oath sworn at Horeb (Shmuth 19-24) and the expanded oath at Moab (Dbrym 29) become arbitrary selections rather than divine appointment.
Moab needs this distinction destroyed because Dbrym 23:2-3 bans them forever from the assembly. If AL YHUH loves everyone equally, how can Moab be banned? The universal love doctrine provides Moab's entry point - claiming that a loving deity wouldn't exclude anyone, that forever bans contradict divine love, that all exclusions must be human additions not divine commands.
To Enable Religious Inclusion
Universal love allows Moab to create religious systems where everyone can claim AL YHUH's love regardless of their actual relationship to Him or their bloodline status. Christianity claims "God loves everyone." Judaism teaches "all souls are precious." Islam declares "Allah's mercy encompasses all." Each system built on TaNaKh (Moab's contamination) uses universal love to override Torah's specific exclusions.
This enables Moab to enter assemblies they're banned from, lead congregations they shouldn't approach, and claim authority they can never possess. Through universal love doctrine, the forever banned become religious leaders, the excluded become teachers, and those AL YHUH commanded to never help (Dbrym 23:6) become objects of missionary charity.
To Mock AL YHUH's Sovereign Choice
By claiming equal love, Moab mocks AL YHUH's sovereign right to choose. When AL YHUH says (Dbrym 7:6) "YHUH your ALahym has chosen you to be a special people unto Himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth," universal love doctrine responds "that's unfair." When He declares (Dbrym 10:15) "Only YHUH had a delight in your fathers to love them, and He chose their seed after them," Moab's doctrine claims "God would never play favorites."
This mockery serves multiple purposes. It makes AL YHUH appear unjust for choosing specific people. It generates resentment among the unchosen who now believe they deserve equal treatment. It creates guilt in the chosen who feel uncomfortable with their elevated status. Most importantly, it opens the door for everyone to claim chosen status since "God loves everyone equally."
The Reality of Specific Love
(Dbrym 10:15) "Only YHUH had a delight in your fathers to love them, and He chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day"
"Only" - exclusive "Delight" - special pleasure "Above all people" - not equal "Chose" - selected specifically
This is not universal love but specific, Oath, conditional relationship with defined parties and excluded parties.
Those AL YHUH Loves
Based on Torah evidence:
- Yshral when obedient (Dbrym 7:9)
- Those who love Him (Dbrym 7:9)
- Those who keep commandments (Dbrym 11:13)
- Those who empower Yshral (Brashyt 12:3)
He Also Loves the Vulnerable
(Dbrym 10:18-19) "He does execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loves the stranger, in giving him food and raiment. (19) Love you therefore the stranger: for you were strangers in the land of Egypt"
AL YHUH specifically:
- Defends fatherless and widow
- LOVES the stranger with food and clothing
- Commands Yshral to love strangers too
- This applies to all EXCEPT banned nations (Dbrym 23:2-3)
The Esau Paradox - Moab's Lie Exposed
Moab's TaNaKh claims: "Yaiqob I loved, Esau I hated" (Malachi - false prophet book)
Torah Truth: (Dbrym 23:7) "You shall not abhor an Edomite; for he is your brother: you shall not abhor an Egyptian; because you were a stranger in his land"
- DON'T abhor Edomite (Esau's descendants)
- He is your BROTHER
- Third generation can enter assembly
(Dbrym 2:4-5) AL YHUH protects Esau's land inheritance
- Gave Mount Seir to Esau permanently
- Commands Yshral not to take even a footstep of it
- Respects oath to Abraham's seed through Esau
This proves Moab LIES about AL YHUH "hating" Esau. Torah commands brotherly respect, not hatred. Being your brother's keeper means respecting different paths while maintaining family bonds.
The Character Revealed
AL YHUH shows:
- Special protection for vulnerable - (Dbrym 10:18) "He does execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow" / (Shmuth 22:21-22) "You shall neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him... You shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child"
- Brotherly love even with different destinies - (Dbrym 23:7) "You shall not abhor an Edomite; for he is your brother" / (Dbrym 2:4-5) Protects Esau's inheritance
- Provision for strangers - (Dbrym 10:18) "loves the stranger, in giving him food and raiment" / (Wyqra 19:34) "The stranger that dwells with you shall be unto you as one born among you"
- Justice for the defenseless - (Dbrym 24:17) "You shall not pervert the judgment of the stranger, nor of the fatherless" / (Dbrym 27:19) "Cursed be he that perverts the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow"
- Complex relationships, not simple hate - (Dbrym 23:2-3) Moab banned forever / (Dbrym 23:7) Edom respected as brother / (Brashyt 12:3) Nations empowered or cursed based on actions
This destroys both extremes:
- He doesn't love everyone equally (Moab banned forever)
- He doesn't hate arbitrarily (loves strangers, protects Esau)
Those AL YHUH Hates/Excludes
Based on Torah evidence:
- Yshral when not aligned to oath obligations they swore - (Dbrym 31:16-17) "And this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the alahym of the strangers of the land... and My anger shall be kindled against them in that day" / (Dbrym 32:19-20) "And when YHUH saw it, He abhorred them, because of the provoking of His sons, and of His daughters"
- Those who hate Him - (Dbrym 7:10) "And repays them that hate Him to their face, to destroy them"
- Moab and Ammon forever - (Dbrym 23:2-3) Banned to tenth generation and beyond
- Those practicing abominations - (Dbrym 12:31) "every abomination to YHUH, which He hates"
- Those who add to Torah - (Dbrym 4:2-3) Adding linked directly to Baal-peor judgment
- Those cursing Yshral - (Brashyt 12:3) "I will curse him that curses you"
Conclusion
AL YHUH loves:
- Yshral as His chosen people (Dbrym 7:6-8)
- Strangers, widows, orphans with provision (Dbrym 10:18-19)
- Those who empower Yshral (Brashyt 12:3)
- Those who keep His commandments (Dbrym 7:9)
AL YHUH excludes or opposes:
- Yshral when not keeping the oath they swore to AL YHUH (Dbrym 31:16-17, 32:19-20)
- Moab and Ammon forever (Dbrym 23:2-3)
- Those who hate AL YHUH (Dbrym 7:10)
- Those who curse Yshral (When they are aligned with the oath) (Brashyt 12:3)
Torah proves AL YHUH chooses specific people, maintains complex relationships, and exercises sovereign preference. The universal love doctrine contradicts explicit Torah statements about AL YHUH's choices, AL YHUH's bans, and AL YHUH's Oath relationships.
Moab created this doctrine to enter assemblies Moab is banned from and destroy Yshral's distinct status.
Myth: "AL YHUH needs sacrifices/offerings to forgive"
The Blood Requirement for Forgiveness Lie
The teaching that AL YHUH requires blood sacrifice for forgiveness represents one of the most fundamental inversions of Torah truth. This doctrine, spread through every TaNaKh-based religion, claims that without blood shedding there can be no forgiveness, that AL YHUH's justice demands death for every violation, and that offerings were primarily about appeasing His wrath through substitutionary death.
This blood obsession doctrine inverts Torah's entire offering system by:
- Making AL YHUH dependent on blood for forgiveness - as if He needs death to enable mercy
- Turning joyful feasts into death rituals - replacing celebration with somber guilt ceremonies
- Creating perpetual guilt where celebration belonged - making people feel inadequate without constant blood
- Establishing priest monopoly on forgiveness - only through their blood rituals can guilt be removed
The reality Torah presents is completely different. Meal offerings are kingdom functions that occurred only in the land at AL YHUH's chosen place, serving as joyful gatherings where Yshral ate WITH AL YHUH, not death payments for cosmic guilt.
The following evidence from Torah exposes how this blood doctrine contradicts everything AL YHUH stands for and actually established.
Torah's Actual Offering System
Offerings Only in the Land at Appointed Place
(Dbrym 12:5-7) "But unto the place which YHUH your ALahym shall choose out of all your tribes to put His name there, even unto His habitation shall you seek, and thither you shall come: (6) And thither you shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks: (7) And there you shall eat before YHUH your ALahym, and you shall rejoice in all that you put your hand unto, you and your households, wherein YHUH your ALahym has empowered you."
Key elements:
- Specific location required (not everywhere)
- You EAT there before AL YHUH
- You REJOICE in empowerment
- Household celebration, not somber ritual
(Dbrym 12:10-11) "But when you go over Yardan, and dwell in the land which YHUH your ALahym gives you to inherit, and when He gives you rest from all your enemies round about, so that you dwell in safety; (11) Then there shall be a place which YHUH your ALahym shall choose to cause His name to dwell there"
Offerings require:
- Being in the land
- Rest from enemies
- Dwelling in safety
- AL YHUH's chosen place
Without these conditions, no offerings possible. Based on this offerings are not a forgiveness requirement.
The Feast Connection - Joy Not Death
(Dbrym 14:22-26) "You shall truly tithe all the increase of your seed, that the field brings forth year by year. (23) And you shall eat before YHUH your ALahym, in the place which He shall choose to place His name there, the tithe of your grain, of your wine, and of your oil, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks; that you may learn to respect YHUH your ALahym always. (24) And if the way be too long for you... (25) Then shall you turn it into money... (26) And you shall bestow that money for whatsoever your soul lusts after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever your soul desires: and you shall eat there before YHUH your ALahym, and you shall rejoice, you, and your household"
This is the reality:
- Buy whatever your being desires
- Wine and strong drink included
- EAT with AL YHUH
- REJOICE with household
(Dbrym 16:11) "And you shall rejoice before YHUH your ALahym, you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Luyte that is within your gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you"
Everyone rejoices together, not in some squeamish death cult, but over dinner with AL YHUH the Malak of Yshral.
Forgiveness Without Blood
The Wyqra 26 Formula
(Wyqra 26:40-42) "If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against Me, and that also they have walked contrary unto Me; (41) And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity: (42) Then will I remember My Oath with Yaiqob, and also My Oath with Ytsaq, and also My Oath with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land."
The forgiveness process:
- RECOGNIZE the iniquity (confession)
- ACCEPT the consequences graciously
- HUMBLE the heart
- AL YHUH remembers oath
No blood mentioned. No sacrifice required. Just recognition, acceptance of consequences, make restitution where required, do no more, and carry on.
The Dbrym 30 Return
(Dbrym 30:1-3) "And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon you, the empowerment and the curse, which I have set before you, and you shall call them to mind among all the nations, whither YHUH your ALahym has driven you, (2) And shall return unto YHUH your ALahym, and shall obey His voice according to all that I command you this day, you and your children, with all your heart, and with all your soul; (3) That then YHUH your ALahym will turn your captivity, and have compassion upon you, and will return and gather you from all the nations"
The return process:
- Call to mind the oath
- Return to AL YHUH
- Hear and Do According to His voice
- AL YHUH has compassion
No blood requirement. Scattered Yshral can't offer meals to YHUH with no land, and no chosen place. Forgiveness and restoration is promised based on meeting the conditions of the return protocol not offerings.
Who Needs Forgiveness and From What
Only Yshral Under Oath Needs Oath Forgiveness
(Dbrym 29:12-13) "That you should enter into oath with YHUH your ALahym, and into His oath, which YHUH your ALahym makes with you this day: (13) That He may establish you today for a people unto Himself"
Only those who entered oath can violate it:
- Yshral at Horeb (Shmuth 19-24)
- Expanded at Moab (Dbrym 29)
- Future generations included (Dbrym 29:14-15)
- Nations never sworn, can't violate
The Nations Other than Yshral are Under Natural Justice Not Oath
For nations, it's cause and effect:
- Murder = death penalty (Brashyt 9:6)
- Theft = restitution (Shmuth 22:1-4)
- Harm = equal recompense (Shmuth 21:23-25)
- No "sin" or trespass - those are fictions of modern religions. Only oath violations require this form of forgiveness from AL YHUH
The Nations outside of Yshral (unless they personally contend with AL YHUH) don't need forgiveness at all because they:
- Never entered oath to violate
- Face natural justice consequences
- Eye for eye settles accounts completely
- No guilt concept, just recompense
Torah uses "transgression," "iniquity," "trespass" for oath violations. Without oath, there's only:
- Crimes with earthly punishments
- Natural consequences for actions
- Justice through recompense
- No forgiveness needed - justice completes the matter
The Baal-Peor Blood Addition
The portraying of AL YHUH as a blood thirsty ‘god’ with an obsession with war, blood, and death comes from the very Baal-Peor contamination that AL YHUH warned Yshral about. (Dbrym 4:2-3, Dbrym 12:32-13:2-3, Bmdbr 25:2-3)
(Bmydbr 25:2-3) "And they called the people unto the sacrifices of their alahym: and the people did eat, and bowed down to their alahym. (3) And Yshral joined himself unto Baal-peor"
Moab's system involved:
- Blood sacrifices to their alahym
- Death cult worship
- Mixing with Torah instruction
- Creating blood dependency
(Dbrym 12:31) "You shall not do so unto YHUH your ALahym: for every abomination to YHUH, which He hates, have they done unto their alahym; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their alahym"
AL YHUH specifically rejects:
- Human sacrifice systems
- Blood obsession worship
- Death cult practices
- Child sacrifice especially
What Offerings to AL YHUH Actually Were
Fellowship Meals with the King
(Shmuth 24:9-11) "Then went up Mashah, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Yshral: (10) And they saw the ALahym of Yshral: and there was under His feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness. (11) And upon the nobles of the children of Yshral He laid not His hand: also they saw ALahym, and did eat and drink."
They SAW ALahym and ATE with Him - this is the offering reality:
- Shared meal with AL YHUH
- Fellowship not fear
- Celebration not death
- Assembly and gathering with the King of Yshral AL YHUH
Economic and Social Functions
Offerings to AL YHUH serve the Yshralite Assembly and kingdom purposes:
- Fed the Luyim who had no land (Bmydbr 18:8-19)
- Provided for widows, orphans, strangers (Dbrym 14:28-29)
- Facilitated trade at gatherings (Dbrym 14:24-26)
- United tribes at appointed times (Dbrym 16:16)
Like modern tax system supporting government functions, not mystical blood magic rituals that celebrate death and blood. Blood is a necessary part of preparing an animal for a meal, not the intent of the feast, even the word ‘feast’ in both Hebrew and English denotes ‘Joy’, ‘Gathering’, ‘Eating fine things’, ‘Friendship’, ‘Music’, ‘Celebrations’, ’Trade between neighbours, friends, and allies’ .
The False Guilt Creation of Baal Peor Inversions
Moab's blood doctrine the prophets and writings added to the Torah creates:
- Guilt for normal human actions
- Dependency on priest intervention
- Fear of unforgiven "sin"
- Perpetual inadequacy
When Torah shows FOR YSHRAL:
- Clear cause and effect justice for oath violations (Dbrym 28:1-2 empowerments for obedience, 28:15 curses for disobedience)
- Defined consequences for breaking oath (Dbrym 28:15-68 - specific curses)
- Restoration processes for oath people (Dbrym 30:1-3 - return path / Wyqra 26:40-42 - recognition)
- No perpetual guilt - some consequences have endpoints (Shmuth 20:5 - only to 3rd and 4th generation)
AL YHUH's Sovereign Mercy and Judgment
His Mercy is His Choice Alone
(Shmuth 33:19) "And He said, I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of YHUH before you; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy"
AL YHUH declares:
- Mercy is His sovereign decision
- Not earned through blood payments
- Not controlled by priest rituals
- His choice whom to forgive
This completely revokes the blood requirement inversion added to AL YHUH’s Torah. AL YHUH shows mercy based on His will, not blood offerings.
Those Who Mock Him Personally Are Blotted Out
(Shmuth 32:31-33) "And Mashah returned unto YHUH, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them alahym of gold. (32) Yet now, if You will forgive their trespass; and if not, blot me, I pray You, out of Your book which You have written. (33) And YHUH said unto Mashah, Whosoever has sinned against Me, him will I blot out of My book"
Even when Mashah intercedes:
- AL YHUH refuses substitution
- Each person who sinned AGAINST HIM personally gets blotted out
- Not general violations but personal mockery
- No offering changes this
(Bmdbr 14:19-23) After Mashah intercedes for Yshral: "(20) And YHUH said, I have pardoned according to your word: (21) But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of YHUH. (22) Because all those men which have seen My glory, and My miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted Me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to My voice; (23) Surely they shall not see the land which I swore unto their fathers"
AL YHUH's pattern:
- Pardons the nation for Mashah's sake
- But individuals who mocked Him personally never enter the land
- No protocol exists to save those who personally mock YHUH
(Bmdbr 16:20-21,41-49) With Korah's challenge to AL YHUH's appointed authority: "Get you up from among this congregation, that I may consume them in a moment"
- Those who directly challenged AL YHUH's appointment were swallowed
- The 250 offering incense were consumed by fire
- No offering could save those who opposed His appointments
AL YHUH's actual forgiveness pattern:
- Mercy to whom He chooses (Shmuth 33:19)
- Blotting out personal mockers (Shmuth 32:33)
- National pardon but individual consequences (Bmdbr 14:20-23)
- Those who challenge His authority destroyed regardless of intercession (Bmdbr 16)
- Nations not in oath to Him have no obligation to fulfill the Torah and are only guilty by cause and effect of actions
For Individual Wrongs - Specific Justice Not Blood
Torah establishes specific consequences for specific actions, not universal blood requirement:
(Wyqra 5:1-13) Lists specific trespass situations with specific remedies:
- Failing to testify when witnessing - bring offering according to ability
- Touching unclean things - acknowledgment required
- Rash oaths - recognition of error
- If too poor for lamb, bring two turtledoves; if too poor for birds, bring flour
This sliding scale proves offerings weren't about blood but about participation in the kingdom system according to ability.
(Wyqra 6:1-7) For crimes against neighbors:
- Lying about deposit or pledge - return principal plus 20% plus ram offering
- Robbery - full restitution plus penalty
- The offering comes AFTER making things right with the victim
- Justice first, offering second
The pattern: Make restitution to the wronged party, THEN bring offering to rejoin community fellowship.
The Breaking Bread Pattern - Peace Through Shared Meals
Torah consistently shows reconciliation through eating together, not through blood:
Abraham and AL YHUH: (Brashyt 18:1-8) "And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat"
- AL YHUH and messengers eat with Abraham
- Fellowship through shared meal
- No blood sacrifice, just hospitality
Yaiqob and Laban's Oath: (Brashyt 31:44-46,54) "Now therefore come, let us make a Oath, I and you... And Yaiqob offered sacrifice upon the mount, and called his brethren to eat bread: and they did eat bread, and tarried all night in the mount"
- Oath sealed by eating bread together
- Sacrifice becomes shared meal
- Peace established through breaking bread
Yaiqob’s Reconciliation with Esau: (Brashyt 32:13-20) Yaiqob sends gifts ahead: "Two hundred she goats, and twenty he goats, two hundred ewes, and twenty rams, Thirty milch camels with their colts, forty kine, and ten bulls, twenty she asses, and ten foals"
- Living animals as gifts, not blood sacrifices
- Appeasement through wealth transfer
- (Brashyt 33:10) "Take, I pray you, my empowerment that is brought to you"
This hospitality and gift-giving is what AL YHUH valued in the forefathers:
- Abraham's hospitality to strangers (Brashyt 18)
- Ytsaq's peaceful well negotiations (Brashyt 26:26-31) ending in feast
- Yaiqob’s gifts establishing peace (Brashyt 32-33)
The Kingdom Pattern Established: (Shmuth 24:9-11) "Then went up Mashah, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Yshral: And they saw the ALahym of Yshral... also they saw ALahym, and did eat and drink"
- Seeing AL YHUH and EATING with Him
- Not cowering in fear or offering blood
- Oath sealed through shared meal
This pattern continues in most offerings - animals brought were EATEN by priests and offerers, creating communal meals that maintained kingdom unity. The exceptions were:
- Burnt offerings completely consumed (Wyqra 1) - demonstrating complete dedication
- Day of Atonement offerings (Wyqra 16) - annual kingdom cleansing
- Certain trespass offerings for major violations
But even these weren't about blood appeasing AL YHUH. Animals represented wealth and payment:
Animals as Kingdom Currency: (Wyqra 27:9-13) Animals dedicated to AL YHUH had monetary values assigned - they were economic assets, not mystical blood carriers.
(Wyqra 1:2-3) "If any man of you bring an offering unto YHUH, you shall bring your offering of the cattle, even of the herd, and of the flock... a male without blemish"
- Had to be perfect = giving your BEST to AL YHUH
- Animals were wealth, increase, future food production
- Giving up a perfect breeding animal = significant economic sacrifice
AL YHUH's Love for Choice Foods: (Wyqra 3:16) "All the fat is YHUH's" - AL YHUH claims the choicest parts (Bmydbr 18:29) "Out of all your gifts you shall offer every heave offering of YHUH, of all the best thereof" (Brashyt 4:4) "And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And YHUH had respect unto Abel and to his offering"
AL YHUH repeatedly claims He loves:
- The fat portions (choicest parts)
- The firstlings (best genetics)
- The perfect specimens (breeding stock)
The "sacrifice" was economic - giving up wealth in the form of prime livestock that provided milk, wool, meat, and offspring. The blood was incidental to the death required for meat consumption, not the mystical component. When making restitution or fulfilling oaths, you gave AL YHUH your best animals as payment, just as Yaaqob gave Esau hundreds of animals as reconciliation gifts (Brashyt 32:13-15).
For National Oath Violation
Torah's actual pattern for national return:
(Dbrym 30:1-10) - The Complete Return Process Without Blood: (1-2) "And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon you, the empowerment and the curse... and you shall call them to mind among all the nations... And shall return unto YHUH your ALahym, and shall obey His voice"
- First: Experience the consequences (empowerments and curses)
- Second: Remember while scattered among nations
- Third: Return and obey
- No blood sacrifice mentioned or possible while scattered
(3) "That then YHUH your ALahym will turn your captivity, and have compassion upon you"
- AL YHUH responds to return with compassion
- No blood required to enable His mercy
(Wyqra 26:40-45) - Recognition and Acceptance Process: (40-41) "If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers... if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity"
- Confession of iniquity (recognition)
- Humbling of heart (submission)
- Accepting punishment graciously (not fighting consequences)
(42) "Then will I remember My Oath with Yaaqob... and I will remember the land"
- AL YHUH remembers oath AFTER acceptance
- No blood triggers this remembrance
The Impossibility of Sacrifice When Scattered: (Dbrym 12:13-14) "Take heed to yourself that you offer not your burnt offerings in every place that you see: But in the place which YHUH shall choose"
- Offerings only at AL YHUH's chosen place
- Scattered Yshral has no access to that place
- Yet restoration promised without sacrifice (Dbrym 30:3-5)
This proves blood was never the requirement - obedience, recognition, and return are what AL YHUH seeks from oath-breaking Yshral.
The Heart Circumcision
(Dbrym 30:6) "And YHUH your ALahym will circumcise your heart, and the heart of your seed, to love YHUH your ALahym with all your heart, and with all your soul, that you may live"
AL YHUH Himself performs the heart change:
- Not through blood sacrifice
- Not through human priest
- Direct action by AL YHUH
- No intermediary required
The Mockery Through Blood Obsession
The joining of Torah to Baal Peor created religions based upon a false idea that AL YHUH requires blood and animal carcasses heaped in piles to initiate forgiveness or to have compassion on someone.
Judaism's System:
- Yom Kippur without Temple becomes problem
- Created substitutes (kapparot chicken swinging)
- Perpetual guilt without sacrificial system
- Rabbinic authorities claim forgiveness power
Christianity's System:
- Jesus as ultimate blood sacrifice
- "Without blood no forgiveness" doctrine
- Perpetual guilt requiring priest absolution
- Communion as blood drinking ritual
Islam's System:
- Eid sacrifices required annually
- Blood letting for religious merit
- Blood atonement concepts
All miss Torah's point - most offerings in the Torah required by Yshral were kingdom celebrations, not guilt payments.
Moab via Baal Peor Projects Their Own Blood-Thirsty Nature onto AL YHUH:
The way Moab paints AL YHUH as a demonic blood-thirsty deity in their book the Tanakh (Torah with false prophets and writings stapled to it) reveals THEIR character, not AL YHUH’s. AL YHUH explicitly identifies who the blood-thirsty ones really are:
(Dbrym 32:32-33) "For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter: Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps"
- AL YHUH calls Moab cruel
- Moab’s wine is poison
- Moab possesses venom of asps
(Dbrym 12:31) "For every abomination to YHUH, which He hates, have they done unto their alahym; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their alahym"
- Moab sacrifices children to their alahym
- Moab burns their sons and daughters in the fire to Moloch
- AL YHUH hates these practices
(Wyqra 17:7) "And they shall no more offer their sacrifices unto devils"
- Moab sacrifices to devils
- Moab serves demons
- All the abominations AL YHUH ‘hates’ they do for their alahym/gods. This is Not AL YHUH's system He does not accept any form of human sacrifice or require relentless blood to atone for mistakes.
(Wyqra 18:21) "And you shall not let any of your seed pass through the fire to Molech"
- Moab worships Moloch with child sacrifice
- Moab demands blood of innocents
- AL YHUH forbids this absolutely
Moab's blood-thirsty alahym demand constant death, child sacrifice, and blood payment. Unable to conceive of mercy without blood, Moab projects their cruel ‘venom’ and their merciless brutality (Dbrym 28) onto AL YHUH, using His Torah and His Name to make people believe AL YHUH demands what their demons actually require.
Anyone with half a brain would hate the ‘deity’ Moab portrays in their Baal Peor joining to Torah, which is exactly Moab's purpose. Make AL YHUH appear so cruel, so blood-obsessed, so unreasonable that anyone would reject Him, not realizing they're rejecting Moab's projection, not the actual AL YHUH whose mercy requires no blood (Shmuth 33:19), whose justice is perfect recompense (Shmuth 21:24), and who eats WITH His people rather than demanding their blood (Shmuth 24:11).
What This Witness Testimony Establishes
AL YHUH doesn't need blood to forgive as has been falsely claimed about Him:
- Forgiveness comes through recognition and return (Wyqra 26:40-42)
- Scattered Yshral can't offer sacrifices yet can return (Dbrym 30:1-3)
- Nations aren't under Oath, face natural justice (Brashyt 9:6)
- Offerings were joyful feasts, not death payments (Dbrym 14:26)
The blood requirement for something called ‘sin’ (which doesn’t exist in Torah) is Baal-Peor contamination (Bmdbr 25:2-3) that Moab added to create:
- Perpetual guilt
- Priest dependency
- Death cult worship
- Mockery of Torah's joyful gatherings
AL YHUH forgives through oath mercy for Yshral when Yshral returns. Nations not in oath to AL YHUH and who have not personally attacked or mocked Him are bound to simple cause and effect. No universal blood requirement for something called an ‘original sin’ exists in the word of AL YHUH Himself.
Torah WIitness
AL YHUH revealed Himself clearly in Torah. The inversions come from those who hate Him, particularly Moab and their allies who mock through systematic replacement of every truth with lies. They use AL YHUH's own words against Him, claiming His authority while teaching opposite of what He commanded.
The mockery of AL YHUH by Moab and Ammon is deliberate, systematic, and comprehensive. But Torah truth stands stronger than all inversions. His name is YHUH, His word is Torah, His people are scattered Yshral, His enemies are identified Moab, His justice is perfect, His oaths stand forever.
