""Now therefore write ye this song for you, and teach it the children of Yshral: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Yshral. "Take this book of the Turah, and put it in the side of the ark of the oath of YHUH your AL, that it may be there for a witness against you."

Torah Witness Authority: Brashyt 1:1- Dbrym 34
(Dbrym 4:2) "You shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall you diminish ought from it, that you may keep the commandments of YHUH your AL which I command you."
(Dbrym 12:32) "What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: you shall not add thereto, nor diminish from it."
AL YHUH's Torah
AL YHUH gave His Turah to Adam.
(Brashyt 1:26) "And ALahym said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have radah over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."
(Brashyt 1:28) "And ALahym barukh'd them, and ALahym said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have radah over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."
(Brashyt 1:29) "And ALahym said, Behold, I have given you every asab zera, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat."
(Brashyt 1:30) "And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every yereq esheb for meat: and it was so."
(Brashyt 2:16-17) "(16) And YHUH ALahym commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: (17) But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."
(Brashyt 2:19-20) "(19) And out of the ground YHUH ALahym formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. (20) And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field."
(Brashyt 3:21-22) "Unto Adam also and to his wife did YHUH ALahym make coats of skins, and clothed them. And YHUH ALahym said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know thub and ra: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever."
AL YHUH gave His Turah to Habel.
(Brashyt 4:2) "And she again bare his brother Habel. And Habel was a keeper of sheep, but Qayin was a tiller of the ground."
(Brashyt 4:4-5) "(4) And YHUH had respect unto Habel and to his offering: (5) But unto Qayin and to his offering he had not respect."
AL YHUH gave His Turah to Nuakh.
(Brashyt 6:22) "Thus did Nuakh; according to all that ALahym commanded him, so did he."
(Brashyt 7:2-3) "(2) Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female. (3) Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth."
(Brashyt 8:20-21) "And Nuakh builded an altar unto YHUH; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar." (21) "And YHUH smelled a savoury aroma; and YHUH said in His heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done."
(Brashyt 9:3-4) "(3) Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the asab zera I have given you all things. (4) But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat."
(Brashyt 9:12-13) "(12) And ALahym said, This is the token of the oath which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: (13) I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of an oath between me and the earth."
AL YHUH gave His Turah to Abraham
(Brashyt 12:1) "Now YHUH had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee."
(Brashyt 12:4) "So Abram departed, as YHUH had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran."
(Brashyt 17:10-11) "This is my oath, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised." (11) "And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the oath betwixt me and you."
(Brashyt 17:23) "And Abraham took Yishmael his son, and all that were born in his house, and all that were bought with his money, every male among the men of Abraham's house; and circumcised the flesh of their foreskin in the selfsame day, as ALahym had said unto him."
(Brashyt 22:2-3) "And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Yitsaq, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriyah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of. (3) And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Yitsaq his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which ALahym had told him."
(Brashyt 26:5) "Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my Turah."
AL YHUH gave His Turah to Ytsaq
(Brashyt 26:2-5) "(2) And YHUH appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Mitsrayim; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of. (3) Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will barukh thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father. (4) And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of Shmayim, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be barukh. (5) Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my Turah."
(Brashyt 26:24-25) "(24) And YHUH appeared unto him the same night, and said, I am the AL of Abraham thy father: fear not, for I am with thee, and will barukh thee, and multiply thy seed for my servant Abraham's sake. (25) And he builded an altar there, and called upon the name of YHUH, and pitched his tent there: and there Ytsaq's servants digged a well."
AL YHUH gave His Turah to Yaiqob
(Brashyt 28:13-15) "(13) And, behold, YHUH stood above it, and said, I am YHUH AL of Abraham thy father, and the AL of Ytsaq: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed. (14) And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be barukh. (15) And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of."
(Brashyt 31:3) "(3) And YHUH said unto Yaiqob, Return unto the land of thy fathers, and to thy kindred; and I will be with thee."
(Brashyt 35:1) "(1) And ALahym said unto Yaiqob, Arise, go up to Bayth-AL, and dwell there: and make there an altar unto AL, that appeared unto thee when thou fleddest from the face of Esau thy brother."
AL YHUH spoke the Turah to Yshral at Horeb.
(Shmuth 19:3-9) "(3) And Mashah went up unto ALahym, and YHUH called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Yaiqob, and tell the children of Yshral; (4) Ye have seen what I did unto the Mitsrites, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself. (5) Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my oath, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: (6) And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and a qadesh nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Yshral. (7) And Mashah came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before their faces all these words which YHUH commanded him. (8) And all the people answered together, and said, All that YHUH hath spoken we will do. And Mashah returned the words of the people unto YHUH. (9) And YHUH said unto Mashah, Lo, I come unto thee in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with thee, and believe thee for ever. And Mashah told the words of the people unto YHUH."
(Shmuth 20:1-17) (1) "And ALahym spake all these words, saying,"(2) "I am YHUH thy AL, which have brought thee out of the land of Mitsrayim, out of the house of bondage."(3) "Thou shalt have no other ALahym before me."(4) "Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in Shmayim above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:"(5) "Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I YHUH thy AL am a jealous AL, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;"(6) "And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments."(7) "Thou shalt not take the name of YHUH thy AL in vain; for YHUH will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain."(8) "Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy."(9) "Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:"(10) "But the seventh day is the sabbath of YHUH thy AL: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:"(11) "For in six days YHUH made Shmayim and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore YHUH barukh'd the sabbath day, and hallowed it."(12) "Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which YHUH thy AL giveth thee."(13) "Thou shalt not kill."(14) "Thou shalt not commit adultery."(15) "Thou shalt not steal."(16) "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour."(17) "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's."
Yshral requested that Mashah be lawgiver to them instead of AL YHUH.
(Shmuth 20:18-19) "(18) And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the shofar, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off. (19) And they said unto Mashah, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not ALahym speak with us, lest we die."
(Dbrym 5:25-27) "(25) Now therefore why should we die? for this great fire will consume us: if we hear the voice of YHUH our AL any more, then we shall die. (26) For who is there of all flesh, that hath heard the voice of the living AL speaking out of the midst of the fire, as we have, and lived? (27) Go thou near, and hear all that YHUH our AL shall say: and speak thou unto us all that YHUH our AL shall speak unto thee; and we will hear it, and do it."
AL YHUH declared Yshral's request wise and established the lawgiver function.
(Dbrym 5:28-31) "(28) And YHUH heard the voice of your words, when ye spake unto me; and YHUH said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people, which they have spoken unto thee: they have well said all that they have spoken. (29) O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever! (30) Go say to them, Get you into your tents again. (31) But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it."
AL YHUH taught Yshral His statutes and judgments through Mashah in the wilderness.
(Shmuth 24:3) "And Mashah came and told the people all the words of YHUH, and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which YHUH hath said will we do."
(Wayqra 26:46) "These are the statutes and judgments and Turah, which YHUH made between him and the children of Yshral in mount Sinai by the hand of Mashah."
(Bmidbar 9:23) "At the commandment of YHUH they rested in the tents, and at the commandment of YHUH they journeyed: they kept the charge of YHUH, at the commandment of YHUH by the hand of Mashah."
AL YHUH commanded His Turah to Yshral through Mashah in Moab.
(Dbrym 1:5-8) "(5) On this side Yarden, in the land of Moab, began Mashah to declare this Turah, saying, (6) YHUH our AL spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount: (7) Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and unto all the places nigh thereunto, in the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Kenaanites, and unto Lebanon, unto the great river, the river Perath. (8) Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which YHUH sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Ytsaq, and Yaiqob, to give unto them and to their seed after them."
(Dbrym 4:1-2) "Now therefore hearken, O Yshral, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which YHUH AL of your fathers giveth you. "Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of YHUH your AL which I command you."
(Dbrym 4:5) "Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as YHUH my AL commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it."
(Dbrym 27:1) "And Mashah with the elders of Yshral commanded the people, saying, Keep all the commandments which I command you this day."
(Dbrym 27:9-10) "And Mashah and the priests the Levites spake unto all Yshral, saying, Take heed, and hearken, O Yshral; this day thou art become the people of YHUH thy AL." (10) "Thou shalt therefore obey the voice of YHUH thy AL, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command thee this day."
AL YHUH's Torah Witness
AL YHUH made a second oath with Yshral in the plains of Moab.
(Dbrym 27:1-3) "(1) And Mashah with the elders of Yshral commanded the people, saying, Keep all the commandments which I command you this day. (2) And it shall be on the day when ye shall pass over Yarden unto the land which YHUH thy AL giveth thee, that thou shalt set thee up great stones, and plaister them with plaister: (3) And thou shalt write upon them all the words of this Turah, when thou art passed over, that thou mayest go in unto the land which YHUH thy AL giveth thee, a land that floweth with milk and honey; as YHUH AL of thy fathers hath promised thee."
(Dbrym 27:8) "(8) And thou shalt write upon the stones all the words of this Turah very plainly."
(Dbrym 27:9-10) "(9) And Mashah and the priests the Levites spake unto all Yshral, saying, Take heed, and hearken, O Yshral; this day thou art become the people of YHUH thy AL. (10) Thou shalt therefore obey the voice of YHUH thy AL, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command thee this day."
(Dbrym 27:15-26) "(15) Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image... And all the people shall answer and say, Amen. (16) Cursed be he that setteth light by his father or his mother... (17) Cursed be he that removeth his neighbour's landmark... (18) Cursed be he that maketh the blind to wander out of the way... (19) Cursed be he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow... (20) Cursed be he that lieth with his father's wife... (21) Cursed be he that lieth with any manner of beast... (22) Cursed be he that lieth with his sister... (23) Cursed be he that lieth with his mother in law... (24) Cursed be he that smiteth his neighbour secretly... (25) Cursed be he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person... (26) Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this Turah to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen."
(Dbrym 29:1) "These are the words of the oath, which YHUH commanded Mashah to make with the children of Yshral in the land of Moab, beside the oath which he made with them in Horeb."
(Dbrym 29:12-15) "(12) That thou shouldest enter into oath with YHUH thy AL, and into his oath, which YHUH thy AL maketh with thee this day: (13) That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee an AL, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Ytsaq, and to Yaiqob. (14) Neither with you only do I make this oath and this oath; (15) But with him that standeth here with us this day before YHUH our AL, and also with him that is not here with us this day."
AL YHUH knew Yshral would fail to keep their oath and betray Him.
(Dbrym 4:25-27) "(25) When thou shalt beget children, and children's children, and ye shall have remained long in the land, and shall corrupt yourselves, and make a graven image, or the likeness of any thing, and shall do evil in the sight of YHUH thy AL, to provoke him to anger: (26) I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land whereunto ye go over Yarden to possess it; ye shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed. (27) And YHUH shall scatter you among the nations, and ye shall be left few in number among the heathen, whither YHUH shall lead you."
(Dbrym 9:22-24) "(22) And at Taberah, and at Massah, and at Kibroth-hattaavah, ye provoked YHUH to wrath. (23) Likewise when YHUH sent you from Kadesh-barnea, saying, Go up and possess the land which I have given you; then ye rebelled against the commandment of YHUH your AL, and ye believed him not, nor hearkened to his voice. (24) Ye have been rebellious against YHUH from the day that I knew you."
(Dbrym 31:16) "And YHUH said unto Mashah, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods of the strangers of the land, whither they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break my oath which I have made with them."
(Dbrym 31:27) "For I know thy rebellion, and thy stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, ye have been rebellious against YHUH; and how much more after my death?"
(Dbrym 31:29) "For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of YHUH, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands."
AL YHUH commanded Mashah to scribe the Torah Witness against Yshral.
(Dbrym 31:19) "Now therefore write ye this song for you, and teach it the children of Yshral: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Yshral."
(Dbrym 31:21) "And it shall come to pass, when many evils and troubles are befallen them, that this song shall testify before them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed: for I know their imagination which they go about, even now, before I have brought them into the land which I sware."
(Dbrym 31:22) "Mashah therefore wrote this song the same day, and taught it the children of Yshral."
(Dbrym 31:24-26) "(24) And it came to pass, when Mashah had made an end of writing the words of this Turah in a book, until they were finished, (25) That Mashah commanded the Levites, which bare the ark of the oath of YHUH, saying, (26) Take this book of the Turah, and put it in the side of the ark of the oath of YHUH your AL, that it may be there for a witness against you."
AL YHUH called Shmayim ha'Aratz to witness His testimony against Yshral.
(Dbrym 31:28) "Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to record against them."
(Dbrym 31:30) "And Mashah spake in the ears of all the congregation of Yshral the words of this song, until they were ended."
AL YHUH said He would raise up a Lawgiver like Mashah in the latter day.
(Dbrym 18:15-19) "(15) YHUH thy AL will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken; (16) According to all that thou desiredst of YHUH thy AL in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of YHUH my AL, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not. (17) And YHUH said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken. (18) I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. (19) And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him."
AL YHUH warned against false prophets who speak in His Name without His command.
(Dbrym 18:20-22) "(20) But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other mighty ones, even that prophet shall die. (21) And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which YHUH hath not spoken? (22) When a prophet speaketh in the name of YHUH, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which YHUH hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him."
AL YHUH called Mashah the Lawgiver and Hushai of Aparym the Sceptre as Witnesses.
(Dbrym 31:14-15) "(14) And YHUH said unto Mashah, Behold, thy days approach that thou must die: call Hushai the son of Nun, and present yourselves in the tabernacle of the congregation, that I may give him a charge. And Mashah and Hushai went, and presented themselves in the tabernacle of the congregation. (15) And YHUH appeared in the tabernacle in a pillar of a cloud: and the pillar of the cloud stood over the door of the tabernacle."
(Dbrym 31:23) "(23) And he gave Hushai the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou shalt bring the children of Yshral into the land which I sware unto them: and I will be with thee."
(Dbrym 32:44) "(44) And Mashah came and spake all the words of this song in the ears of the people, he, and Hushai the son of Nun."
AL YHUH commanded Turah Witness for the Yaiqob function.
(Dbrym 33:4) "Mashah commanded us Torah, even the inheritance of the congregation of Yaiqob."
(Bmidbar 23:21) "He hath not beheld iniquity in Yaiqob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Yshral: YHUH his AL is with him, and the TRUAH of a Malakh is among them."
(Dbrym 33:28) "Yshral then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Yaiqob shall be upon a land of grain and wine; also His Shmayim shall drop down dew." (29) "Happy art thou, O Yshral: who is like unto thee, O people saved by YHUH, the shield of thy help, and who is the sword of thy excellency! and thine enemies shall be found liars unto thee; and thou shalt tread upon their high places."
AL YHUH sealed the lawgiver function in Gad.
(Dbrym 33:20-21) "(20) And of Gad he said, Barukh be he that enlarges Gad: he dwelleth as a lion, and teareth the arm with the crown of the head. (21) And he provided the first part for himself, because there, in a portion of the lawgiver, was he hidden; and he came with the heads of the people, he executed the justice of YHUH, and his judgments with Yshral."
(Dbrym 34:5-6) "(5) So Mashah the servant of YHUH died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of YHUH. (6) And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Beth-peor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day."
AL YHUH declared the TRUAH to Balak king of Moab directly.
(Bmidbar 23:21-24) "(21) He hath not beheld iniquity in Yaiqob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Yshral: YHUH his AL is with him, and the TRUAH of a King is among them. (22) AL brought them out of Mitsrayim; he hath as it were the strength of a bullock. (23) Surely there is no nachash against Yaiqob, neither is there any divination against Yshral: according to this time it shall be said of Yaiqob and of Yshral, What hath AL wrought! (24) Behold, the people shall rise up as a great lion, and lift up himself as a young lion: he shall not lie down until he eat of the prey, and drink the blood of the slain."
(Bmidbar 24:14, 17) "(14) Come therefore, and I will advertise thee what this people shall do to thy people in the latter days. (17) There shall come a Star out of Yaiqob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Yshral, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth."
AL YHUH established Yum'TRUAH as a feast.
(Wayqra 23:23-25) "(23) And YHUH spake unto Mashah, saying, (24) Speak unto the children of Yshral, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of Truah (Torah Witnessed), a set apart gathering. (25) Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto YHUH."
